Late service , bad service ..staff sangat tidak alert .. no common sense .. first and last beli sini.. not recommended

Was going to order the 39.90 combo set but was told have to wait 30min for the chicken. OK fine. I was not in a hurry. After I have paid then only I was informed they have run out of the rice which is part of the set! I noticed that someone had made a similar comment 5 months ago and yet this is still happening today. What is Baker's Cottage coming to?

Baker’s cottage. Any outlet that i went, they tend to have issues with staffs attitude. Needless to say which outlet. ALMOST ALL of the outlet that i been to, their customer service is poor. And baker’s cottage cakes and pastries needed to be upgrade. Price getting higher, taste getting worse.

Muka staff dekat counter mcm ta*k!! Sorry to say but i dah going through this a lot since covid lagi but today i went there and their attitude are still the same! Gosh!!!Dgn muka tak senyum (ko ada masalah buasir ke dik!), Org tanya jawab nak tak nak je. Aku ras nak campak je duit kat muka dia!! The PIC please take notes on this otherwise ppl won't go there. This would be my last day be there.

Very affordable price and super delicious

Bought percik chicken, egg tart and burgers. Percik - if they cud soaked the chicken with spices much longer will be better. Egg tart - good. No comment Burgers - if they cud provide chilli sauce or mayonnaise wud be better as the burgers were quite dry

The roasted chicken is cheap and nice! I also bought an American Chocolate cake for my son's birthday. The cake was too sweet for us, it doesn't have that strong chocolate taste that we had expected. We have never tried on any of the pastries yet.

Decent selection. The hot breads are good(pies, sausage roll, egg tarts etc). And there's a nasi roasted chicken set, which is great and cheap too.

All staffs were at the counter with no one to explain or help out on the product displayed on the shelve etc.

Got ice cream cake.. the roasted chicken is also good

I just order my cake to celebrate my husband birthday today. But the wording like hell. Its can't read at all. Expensive but not worthy. So disappointing

bad experience for three time,when i walk in shop buy the roast chichken set at 11.35am but the staff told me the rice is already finish,how come they didnt cook more the rice ? is almost lunch time but rice is finish at 11.35am?what the heck?i will not go to the shop anymore.....a very bad experience for me
