Remember to bring your own ketchup sauce. Ive dined in here for the past 2 months, they are always out of ketchup sauce. Also, dont forget to bring your own table cloth. Leftovers were left unattended evethough the workers are free. I guess they expect us to do the job. Sometimes, they have no fries too. I went on a Thursday at 4pm and was told their driver had not delivered their fries to them (i guess business was too good). They had a good employee some time ago, but the rest looked as if they couldnt be bothered.

I have seen the reviews which is not so good and went there to see any improvement on current date. Unfortunately, it still need lots of upgrades. As what other people hv mentioned, the service was really bad. We need to wait about 45min to get our orders. The drive through lane seems like not functioning as no one taking the order from the counter. Do not trust on the menu picture as usual, as the size and amount is much lesser compared to the one displayed. The tables are not clean, and no any staff incharge in cleaning nor taking the left trays on the table. The washroom need proper cleaning as well. Strategically located but very poor management and will lost it popularity if they didnt make any improvement. Thanks.

Good service and good environment.

I love the burger king’s food. It’s tasty and nice. I love that it has mozzarella stick and onion ring. What i dun like is the their preparation time. I noticed that they prepare the food as you order thus will take time in completing each order. The place setting is nice. They have charging station for customers. Their toilet needs more cleaning as they have some smells. More things to improve. They don’t have drivethru.

The experience was awful, the drive thru took so long and the waitress was unfair not familiar on the ordering system. The order was repeated for 3 times yet when I reach the paying counter I have to reorder again. Hopefully the management can train the waitress more . But the good thing was the waitress apologised for the delay. Hope to receive a better service in future.

Tables were not clean up when we entered ,there were 2 staff chatting happily and did not bother to clean up until we make the request. Then 1 starts throwing temper by making loud noises by knocking the chairs and sweeping the leftovers on the table directly to the floor!!!! I mean how can u run F&B like that..we decided to leave.

The service is really bad when deal with customer. Need to educate about customer relationship to the workers. Toilets not clean at all. Spoil the standard of the outlet. Supervisors plz look in to the issues.

No Star, tooooo long waiting. Drive thru 7 out of 10 car drive away cause by your slow service. Want to try new burger but too long to wait I go to other fastfood 10min done.
