The most worst place that i take dinner is seoul garden in sunway mall carnival in seberang jaya ..charge per person RM67 include tax ...but item food less and not fresh item....dessert and ice cream not available...not clean...not korean items food...all local styles item....unsatisfied..... Mee goreng n Keow teow goreng very hard to eat look like cooked on Morning. Wont recommend to others and this my 1st and last visit..

Ordered from Food Panda 🐼 Teriyaki chicken rice bowl: simple. Lots of chicken meat. Spicy sauce given to mix with the rice. Yachae meat free: I enjoyed them. Soft and vegetables gives the texture I need

The food quality is very good. I chose the superior tier. I could say the price is quite affordable for something with good quality 😍. The best part is the service. It's very good. The staff is very friendly. Hopefully the restaurant could provide blackpepper sauce... Overall I'm satisfied🥰

The manager is so friendly. Credit for that. MR Razif. The real Seoul Garden is only when you take the premium/ superior package. If not. Better think twice..! And, for the premium, u have to order by using the QR code and it is not so convenient because u have to order again and again and again sampai Abang Jamel Mamp**. Last but not least... where are all the mushroom and vegetables ???? Have to order..? Seriously..? 3-4 brocoli per order...?? ( video ) Over all.. all the meat are superb. Say no to crab. Not fresh at all. Will come back..

Ordered Bento Curry Fish Set. I like the fish, freshly cooked. Boiled egg is nice. Vege is fresh, kimchi hmmm okay, not sure how put comment, will try others and see how. At this moment taste 50/50. I hope they could increase more portion for fish, its kind like little portion you know for the price. Thank you.

The staff named Nur was very helpful and being so friendly to us. The food is delicious and the sauces provided were marvelous. But unfortunately the ice cream booth was not so hygienic and clean. The scoops were sticky and there were a few black spots seem like blackmold inside the ice cream tub and a few more at ice cream tub edges.Need to improve on that.

Honestly, as my family and I entered, we were greeted with just a glance from the two waiters that were at the counter. My wife was wondering "aren't they going to greet us or sit us?". Very unprofessional of the staff but in the end it was another staff maning the payment counter. As we sat and began to take our food, I realized that the food didn't look fresh at all. There were flies roaming around, the lamb was literally still frozen so I had to pry it to get it. Realising I didn't get my drink, I walked to the back were the dispenser was and there was a very bad smell in that area. There were also flies around that area and that's also where some of the food was. Overall horrible experience. The only saving grace was that the food wasn't too bad.

Very few choice with frozen stuff and some item are not fresh, even the item are mostly not replenish. Wonder how it get so popular, maybe with the trend nowadays, everything with the word “Korean” sells.

Overall, service was okay. Marinades are good too, but I wonder why there was no kimchi and any other side dishes when I visited. Seafood selection is rather limited but the coffee is nice, not too sweet

Came here on Hari Malaysia, (public holiday) tables were packed but service was fast. Staffs are friendly especially the lady at the counter. Lots of choices and I love the dessert table the most! Took regular tier and very satisfied with that. Highly recommended!

Big big thumbs up to waitress named Nur. 💗 She is very sweet, very polite , very friendly. I left her a 20 ringgit tip as a token of appreciation before I left the restaurant. Food and taste wise is okay , just the cleanliness if the store and utensils can be upgraded abit. 💗

My first time here.went to few restaurant before but not all good as this restaurant with good staffs. The good was amazing, atmosphere is good, the food was good our family felt rilex, happy@enjoying so much! Good ambiance and friendly staff expecially one of the staff name Nur i think. 100% Recommended ! Will definitely come again.keep it up..!!

Expensive place and lack of choices of food not worthy for your money.. not recommended

Staff was good and attentive but food choice is limited. We paid for the standard entry which was RM58 per person and suddenly they said that the lamb slices had finished!! This is not fair as we paid the full price.. so we upgraded to RM78 per person be able to get the lamb and other meats in the cold premium shelf.. This is not fair. The food presentation also needs to be improved.. the desserts section looked disgusting and unclean so we didn't touch it..

not the greatest impression due to lack of choices for the meats, partially due to my own fault for coming near the closing hours. staff were decent enough i guess? fountain drink is alright, table is quite small for me to be honest. the grill is also quite small and limited if you are planning on eating with 4 people. recommend 2 per table if you want to enjoy a pleasant session.

Take the superior set that has all the preium beefs and mutton . Try their teriyaki lamb marinated 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 not much choices. Hygiene of the shop is poor. Smelly at the hand washing area. Manager can improve the dining experience for the customers.

Today having a blast at Seoul Garden for fun grilling and chatting. The staffs are all friendly, good ambience and great for chilling with friends.

Service by the staff were pleasant. But when it comes to food, total disappointment! The fried rice and mushroom soup is cold. The coffee machine is out of order. Ice cream? Only 2 choices but looks the same. Veges? Even broccolis, lotus roots and cucumbers are no where to be seen. I thought all Seoul Garden restaurant should have the same menu choices and shouldn't differ much from their other counterparts but this one in Sunway Carnival was totally poor in choices. Not worth at all. What was served were just inferior food. If another hot pot restaurant within the same mall is halal, I think Seoul Garden needs to say goodbye to their business. You guys are losing out your edge if you don't improve. The only thing I came to Seoul Garden is due to their halal status. This has to be my last time visiting this restaurant. The other branch over in Penang island on the other hand was way better and choices are abundance. Not revealing which one so it won't get overcrowded.

Tried the Premium Set, worth it ! Recomended But now no more choosing ourself, they will serve us

Service was okay. But choice of food is very limited. There is no lamb at all for regular paid price. Beef also just got 1 choice. This is so sad. We can get a lot of lamb and more variety of food with the same price at other steamboat restaurant outside there. Got a lot of small COCKROACH here and there at the food and drink station. the smell of cockroach also quite strong. U need to improve about the pest because you got an open space of food display. Not hygiene at all.

Super Korean good Frozen seoul garden

Calamari dia dah la busuk basi lagi. Astagaaaa. Also my friend and i walked in and waited at the counter to be seated and to make the payment. The waiter (Malay guy with cap and specs wearing red) was just there standing and chilling watching tik toks. Ummm hello??? We waited 5 mins watching him watching his tik toks without him realising our presence.

The food is not really hygienic, we had stomachache after dine in. The food serving area is full with flies which make us have bad impression at this restaurant. Hope the management will look into this issue.

I order through Grab. The food being decreased day by day. Today is my 4th time ordering from here. Ordered grill pork and vegetable they provide only FOUR 4 slices only. Please take note; it’s really disappointing to a loyal customer :

Really well marinated faw food that you can enjoy cooking on the table by yourself. Had my son's first birthday there and it was an amazing experience! They even have ice creams and drinks that you can take as much as you want. Just don't waste any food or you will have to pay extra.

Note: Student price only available on weekdays only. This month your birthday? Come with 3 friends and you dont have to pay "literally". Pay and eat everything there is without any extra charge. Food stored under display like salmon and sliced beef? Feel free to ask as much as you want and the waiter will give it to you.

No variation of foods. Not worth to eat there . Very different compared I went before MCO. I want take Pepsi but plain water only come out. Then change to Marinda but same happened.. I'm not sure why.. maybe they did not refill it🤷
