Love their burger especially Baconizer, super yummy BUT this outlet's service get 1 star from me. The staff do not look like they are happy with their job. The way they show us as a customer as if we are giving them trouble or we are there for free food. They won't come to their counter to take order when they see customer standing in front of the counter. Showing us sour face. This comment is base on few times experience, not once.

Excellent burger joint in BM if you are craving hand made burgers. Their burgers are made from charcoal buns which are soft and moist. Their patties are decent. Not the best but definitely better than regular fast food joints. I usually go for the Dark Knight which comes with patty, cheddar, cheese crisps, bacon bits and its special house sauce. The other one I typically get is the Shinobi that has seaweed crisps, smoked salmon, and teriyaki mayo to go with the patty.

I think Spades has some of the best burgers in town! I have been having their burgers for a while to know that their food and quality standards haven't lowered in these past few years. One of my favourite burger station. Recommend if you are finding a pork / beef flavour burger fans. The menu is fairly extensive – with more than 15 choices of burgers and side orders to choose from. It can be as simple as a basic cheeseburger or as extravagant as a double patty with sautéed pork belly on top. The combo option (RM6.50 onwards) gives you a choice of side and unlimited soft drink or hot drink.

Had a wonderful time and meal at spade's burger unfortunately the same can't be said for the atmosphere. The ambience feels odd and isolated for some reason. Try to make the place more warm and welcoming, prolly that will attract more people into your place. Other than that, your food and service is definitely up there :) 😉

Visited on 24/09/2023 for dinner. The burgers is just amazing bcz their charcoal buns are soft, the patties are THICK and JUICY. Cheese wedges and fries are VERY CRISPY, coming with two sauces. Worth the price. What imperfect are the service and the atmosphere. The cashier buried herself under the counter, kinda busy with her phone. She had done preparing the drinks but didn't call us to take them until we noticed the drinks and confirmed with her. Next is the atmosphere. Not a big deal but just awkwardly quiet.

Went for the more popular Dark Knight Burger. Meat patty was juicy and succulent but the side dish bacon strips was a bit too hard and too dry. Nevertheless still an enjoyable and delicious but expensive burger.

Burgers are absolutely good but seriously they need to improve on the queue management especially during peak hours where tables are so limited, and queue cutting happens. Issuing queue numbers isn't a difficult solution I reckon.
