US is the best right now. In this outlet his service was superb. His name is Khairil if i not mistaken. Very helpful and suggest a good menu and no worries if you got problem to understand. I order large set + Burger, OMG that burger was so succulent and juicy. Trust me the best burger within other fast food franchise. American burger style. Before back i tapau back loh another regular pizza.

Totally different from Pizza Hut, Domino. The crust is really nice and crunchy. The place is nice and full of people here, seemed like it's kinda popular though. The service kinda slow but they're staffs friendly. The price is affordable and it suits for family gathering.

First time visit this branch, the worker at night hour likely no mood to serve you. I was looking for bundle promotion and the staff doesn't really care about and doesn't really explain something helpful, at last ordered alacart while more costly than bundle. Last before go I saw the bundle menu and ask him is this available he was like "hmmm, ya". I gave 3 stars because of the environment quite nice, with arcade machine help me spent some pizza waiting time. almost forget the pizza dough a bit undercook for my order, at the crust there quite chewy.

The most terrible experience ever and no more stepping in this shop again. Bought vouchers through lazada and went to this BM branch to redeem, and was served by a middle aged Indonesian lady. I show her my voucher code and she didn’t even check the store location before swiping to redeem the voucher. So it seems the store location was chosen wrongly and she blamed the problem to her customer. Not even trying to resolve this problem but saying that we are going to make her lose money to pay for this pizza as if we didn’t spend money to buy this voucher lol Anyway I really think you guys need to pick employees carefully, not untrained and unprofessional employees which will blame their customers for the mistakes caused by the employee

Overall okay for food and service but I would like prefer if they can play any soft music on store so it wont be soo bored while waiting the food be serve.

Went for the Ramadan Buffet,It was a great experience managed to eat all you can,The Pizza are freshly made and Staff will refill it every 15minutes so you don't have to worry that Pizza will run out,The place are very clean too even though lots of people,RM39+ it was a reasonable price for a Pizza buffet,definitely recommend to give it a try just remember to book it online before going in

We order from Grab pick up service. But we decided to have it there. We ordered 2 personal pizza and 1 Florida Honey Chicken wings for me and my husband. Total cost Rm60. We are so surprised that the personal pizza is so smallllllll. We ended up order another regular pizza.
