The zinger dunked nuggets get spicier in Bulawayo. I enjoyed the zingy feeling.

KFC has become one of our regular and most loved chicken and chips fast food outlet. I generally prefer the drive through and the service is very quick and efficient with friendly staff both at the check in and collection points. There's a good range of meals for solos, pairs and family size. The portion size is well balanced, ensuring there's no wastage, my favourite being the chips with the chilli salt. From the family meals, we had the mashed potatoes with gravy and they're pretty good. Great crispy coated zinger wings as well. The chocolate and brownie sundae was really nice though it melts faster than one can savour it. All in all, a great place to enjoy a quick and fresh traditional favourite. Highly recommended

No litter inside and good food as usual. Staff were ok but order took quite a while to straighten out and in the end we still managed to get 1 more SM chips than ordered for somehow. Really annoyingly some of the prices are something like $1.50 which means you have to get something that maybe you didn't want to make it a whole number instead of them losing 50c. Pretty good overall.

Exceptional service from Sir Kerby and Team. I had an order that had ice cream cones, it was difficult to carry but Sir Kerby and Team ensured I got cups and a cup tray too then one of the Team members escorted me to the car. This is excellent! We bought 2 wraps/ twisters and dunked wings. The wings were beyond salty. Infact they were dunked in salt. The pine apple in the Hawaiian wrap/ twister was disgusting. My 7 year old ended asking for 2 minute noodles after he couldn't eat his dinner

Still good. It's a KFC. Of takeaways they have maintained good standards country wide. Their chicken is to die for. Still the best takeaway in the land. Like all branches the negatives are outside. Beware of potholes and entering and exiting the shopping center maybe tricky. Beware of impatient unruly drivers.

The standard of the chicken fried at kfc just reminds me of the finger licking goodness i used to enjoy during my stay in South Africa. Keep up the decadent taste i have always loved and enjoyed

Got there late evening. Was told I could not enter by your security guard as I had no mask. Was told to use the drive through which I did. Lo and behold when I got to the collection point saw two Caucasian men inside with no masks. So I was obviously not amused at the obvious prejudice. I did ask your staff and they pretended not to know anything. I did approach the same guard about the prejudice and he was dimissive of me. I have a video footagw of the whole thing. Our money is the same as far as I'm concerned. I am seriously not amused

Very efficient and friendly service. Wait times in the drivethru when busy are not more than 15mins. Eating area is clean and hygienically maintained.

I give these guys a million stars, I have never been to KFC but based on what I've read and heard from people this is a place to be. The elderly relate to this place never knew where this place was in Bulawayo only attended to maps to help some who really wanted a KFC.

Wings run out every week. Story about supplier/s not coping with demand. But overall service is satisfactory.

Nice place, clean food, professional staff. Impressive food. There are sometimes issues of change where you are forced to buy what you don't want. They are fast in service especially drive through side.
