Breakfast at this place is just what you need to start off your day. It's all up to you. The teach had an array of alternatives for those of us who do not take pork and it's up to you to double up on what you like. It's also a good working space. You can pull out your laptop and check your work calendar, diary and emails. Safe for your car as well. Vehicle security has to a greater extent improved so no need to worry about your car. However, it is important to take necessary precautions in mitigating any risk of theft. The kitchen team is always on its toes making sure the service is second to none and found that a commendable attribute. Keep up the good work Brooks. If you want space indoors or outdoors just to send emails and charge for the day then this is the place for you.

Brookes Café & Deli serves nice food. The food looks appetizing and they also have a variety of cakes to order. The service is quick and the waiters know the menu very well. The place is located at the Zonke Zizwe Mall where you have easy access to Pick and Pay Supermarket and Food lovers Fruit & Veg. There is also free , secure parking at the Mall.

I loved the food, had the most beautiful fish n chips. The chocolate mousse was on point, yo Americano coffee did it for me as well. I loved the experience

The worst omnet I have ever eaten, half fried on the outside, raw eggs inside. On 18 November. On 4th of November I tried poached eggs on avocado and toast bread. I ordered medium eggs, one egg it was ok, the other one hard boiled. No proper control in the kitchen. One toilet for mam and women. Next to the kitchen, they are not even subject to minimum hygiene standards.

Food is good and the cafe is well situated and decorated but service is poor. Had to get our own menu from the counter even though there were a few waiters/waitresses around. Tried calling some to our table repeatedly but they kept skipping past us and it took 20 minutes to just be able to order cake which was ready made. Overall, there was a huge lack of hospitality which diminished the experience.

Very nice cafe, icing on the cake was a little sweet, but overall we enjoyed everything we ate

Great coffee shop in Bulawayo, but during hot summer days the non-smokers are completely subject to the smokers in the outside area. A huge disappointment. Please guys, make provision for your loyal non-smoking customers too!

I always love a brooks breakfast. I like sour dough so i always order my meals with it instead of bread. Nice staff.

Had fish and chips, looked good but was not at all tasty. We were told there was Wifi but there was none.

The food is well cooked and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend the half Peri Peri chicken.
