Well stocked shop. They accepted my master card which made shopping much easier as a tourist.

Very clean place and kind staff. Great selection of foods, cleaning stuffs and many more items. As usual there were problems with change but that can't be helped. It's a good one stop shop if you need anything.

I enjoy shopping at Pick n Pay Bradfield, but I feel prices for certain commodities is expensive n it doesn't have some commodities on the shelves e.g. condensed milk, lobels Marie biscuits, meat, chicken, fish, simple things like cows hooves, beef bones, mince meat, roasting meat, boerowors etc etc it's just too expensive, sometimes meat, chicken will be off, I can't remember the last time I bought these at pick n pay, lately I had to look elsewhere to buy certain things so I can stretch my money, like detergents, body spray, n so many other stuff I buy else where, fruits it's a non starter I can't afford it at pick n pay it's too expensive, if pricing n more commodities be made available I would happily shop there for everything under one roof. I've been shopping at TM Bradfield now Pick n Pay for years n I'm shocked at just how things are, if you can improve n make us the customers satisfied I'll be a happy customer thank you.

My go to place to shop when I'm in Bulawayo . I love that they have tried to boost the security of the cars by giving you a card when you enter. Well-done guys . The cashier's and staff members are quite pleasant. I haven't had an unpleasant experience there as yet

Nice supermarket with most grocery items and Zimbabwean prices which are more than south African ones. So I never buy anything bulk just milk and bread

PnP you really need to sort out your cash sales process.....everyone one else can do multi currency transactions. Checking out is a very annoying process

The Supermarket has a cool environment for peaceful shopping. I noticed here that the staff members value customers and their shop is impressively smart with most products from green vegetables to grocery items. However we experienced short ques at the tills but there were attendants who help shoppers to identify moving ques and product locations around the supermarket.
