This was an amazing experience. For 180TL I started off with 15 min steam bath then 15 min sauna. Then about 15 minutes in a kind of marble hall with a marble heated platform in the middle which you lie on and sweat. We were then taken into a room and scrubbed from head to toe by a strong Turkish guy and given a massage. This was followed by a hot oil massage to end it. You need to strip down completely but are given a towel the whole way along. Women and men are in separate parts of the hamam. This is a great experience.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Very friendly staff. Fully segregated. Hamam started with lie down in the marble room followed by a couple minutes each in sauna & steam room. Then for a deep cleaning body wash and peel. After a cuppa Turkish tea, a deep body oil massage. 300TL so around £17. Felt supper soft and clean afterwards, my skin was glowing. Would highly recommend.

800 TL will buy you a "full service", which includes the Hamam experience, the scrub, the soap bath, and the oil massage. It is a 1/3 of the price of Hamams across the railroad tracks and it is definitely worth it. Very friendly staff and close to authentic restaurants.

I had a great experience here. The place was very clean and the treatments I got were thorough, and I left feeling better than I have in a long time! I took the 200 lira package and would recommend that to someone interested in experiencing a Hamam for the first time.

Third visit to Antalya and here. Excellent professional service. Clean, safe and friendly. Traditional Hamam. The full package includes tea, steam room, hamam, body scrub with massage and oil massage. 200 TL in October 2021.

Best experience! The hammam was so clean. The women there are professionals and kind. It was the best hammam I ever had! The massage was so relaxing. You feel very fresh and clean. It's divided into 2 sections, one for men and one for women. At the end, they offered çay(turkish tea).

Great Hamam place, very welcoming hosts. My wife and I went one evening and where really blown away. They organized transport for us from old city to Hamam and back and full treatment for both of us. They really took care of higiene and to make us feel relaxed. Place is mostly visited by locals but it is also welcoming to tourists, even tho they do not speak too much English. Baths are separated for men and women. Massages where great and really revitalizing.

The Hamam itself was really nice. I feel like a baby. I would have given 5 stars but I have to subtract two stars. Firstly, it was unfortunately very loud in the bathroom and in the lounge and secondly, I was told the total time is 1 hour and 40 minutes but it was only 1 hour and 15 minutes

After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I fully recommend it to anyone! Currently the price is for 500 lira for the full package, 300 lira if you don't want the oil massage. The full package includes steaming, sauna, scrubbing, peeling, foam wash/massage, tea, and oil massage. They give you a mini room with a key where you can prepare yourself and keep your belongings. The women were really kind, showing me around and guiding me on what to do next. The woman scrubbing me was thorough in her work and she was the same who did my massage. I came oil clean, smooth, and relaxed. Note: don't expect opulence, the place is clean and functional and just perfect for the reasonable price.

I’ve had many baths and massages from various countries and hate to admit that this was the best I’ve had. Service was efficient and price was very reasonable. Baths for men and women are separate. The ladies barely understood me and i barely understood them, but we communicate with signs and it all worked out. I had the Turkish bath massage and coffee scrub. The facility is clean and service very professional. I never felt cleaner in my life 😀 Total cost was about ⅓ of what i would pay for the same service at the hotel. It’s outside of the old town but in a nice neighborhood.

Todella hyvä hamam. This hamam is also the favourite of local women. Be sure to take the package with foam wash, peeling and oil massage. I visited this place the first and last day of my stay and I recommend you to do the same.

I messaged the Spa and they responded straight away with all the information. I went down today and oh my what an experience. The ladies there are amazing, so professional and hard working. It is a military operation and their English is limited but trust me they tell you step by step what is happening. I went at 11.30am and it was nice and quite. When I messaged they said its quiet 9am to 2pm so I suggest going by early afternoon as I can imagine it gets busy. The whole experience was just amazing. I will say it is not for the fainthearted. The exfoliating and massaging etc is vigorous but I enjoyed it. If you want a gentler experience I would learn the word for that in turkish before you go!

Omg! Hamam experience is as good as it is told. Probably the cheapest and quality bath u will find around the town. Staff are helpful and nice, bath is clean. Entrance fee is 65 Tl and includes sauna, vapor room unlimited tea, locker room. You might as well get a nice massage if u pay extra. Female and male baths are apart. P. S. There is hair removal service downstairs as well. Wanna go in every two weeks 🤣

This is my first try at having the full Turkish experience, I’ve traveled many places and have had all sorts of massages. Demirhan has to be 10/10 for Location, professionalism, value for money and Service this alone will require another visit before I go this coming Monday. I strongly recommend these Baths. Earl B

This was a great Turkish bath! They speak English and although they don’t accept credit card, they let me pay in USD and the Turkish lira I had left. It’s well worth the value, 700 lira for a full package plus 100 lira for a facial. The peeling, soap bath and oil massage were so nice. In total it was 2 hours including the bath on the stone bed, sauna and tea.

Clean, great service, normal prices, and a VERY hot hammam. Brace yourself as you go in. It's unfortunate this was the first hammam i went to because most others I've tried afterwards simply don't compare.

The final post of our Antalya travels: The famous Turkish Hamam 🛁🧔🏻‍♀️ After seeing videos of what a Turkish Hamam experience could be like, the stereotype in my mind was a culmination of extreme heat to moisten the skin, a big hairy man slapping your body all over and scraping off all the moist dead skin cells zealously 🔥 It was exactly that - followed by a soothing soap bath and a massage. ✌🏻😊 Michelle experienced a gentler experience in the females only Turkish Bath. It was quite an experience. Our skin was like that of newborn babes. 📍Demirhan Hamam, Antalya Based on the reviews, this Hamam happens to be one of the best and the most affordable in all of Antalya. I would definitely recommend it.

It’s not easy to find a top rated hamam place available in Antalya without an earlier booking but thank god Demirhan Hamam came to my rescue. It was like 10 mins walking distance from old town so it’s easy to get access. The receptionist guy, Sechat, is fluent in English so don’t worry about getting confused there. Just remember that they only accept cash but ATM is also around the corner. The full package includes pre-sauna, sauna, steam, scrub, bubble bath, tea break, massage and all done by Sir Hūseyin. I really admire him for his patience and effort to make every session done perfect. He was doing every single session with full time and knew how to deal with details. He was doing a bit shoulder and back massage at bath session to relax me a bit. The massage part was a true pleasure, Hūseyin treated the same part from gentle to strong but slowly evolved with all finger techniques as you could mention in a massage. When it was all completed, I barely couldn’t open my eyes meaning I’m gonna have a really good night. I promised to them I’ll definitely go back for another round!

This is a relaxing time spending for relatively low price. I enjoyed it a lot. There are separate entrances for men and women. They provide towels, slippers, you only need a swimsuit.

There is no official price anywhere at the entrance to the bathhouse. Locals on the street told me that the price for a full package was 150 liras, but as a foreigner, the owner took 300 liras from me. The price is clearly a gimmick, because in Istanbul in a historical hammam I paid 150 liras. When I entered the hammam, I was constantly rushed, asked if I was ready for a massage. In general, they were not allowed to relax normally. But most of all I did not like that the massage therapist impudently asked for Tips. He took me to a box in which 100 lire was specially planted. I didn’t like the massage itself and the car wash. the bath is dirty, old. in general, if you are a foreigner, then you are sure to be deceived here DON'T COME HERE

First time at a turkish bath. Went with my husband & 2 kids. Male & females are separate. Enjoyed our experience. The ladies were really kind, treatment was not rushed. My husband & son also raved about their treatment which was done by males. Definately well worth the bus ride from our hotel in Lara beach. We had the full package including oil massage for 400TL per person & came out squeaky clean & relaxed.

What an experience. We got the whole package for 500 TL. It included the steam room, sauna, scrub and message. In total probably there for 1 1/2 hrs. Compared to Istanbul, it is about half price. Note: There is an entrance for men and a separate one for women. I also believe the women price is a bit less.

This is an authentic Turkish experience. It is a communal process but modesty is mostly maintained. Men start in a dry sauna for five minutes then move to a hellish steam room for a short time. You cool down for a bit in a quiet room then get scrubbed and bubbled on marble tables. SIp apple tea in comfortable chairs before the massage.

The value is outstanding and this is the real deal. Separate sections are available for men and women. I would highly recommend this hammam bath because of the excellent service.

My first Turkish bath experience but won’t be my last, highly recommended! I paid 400 TR for the whole service from steam room, sauna, scraping to soap and oil massage, worthy for every penny! The staffs were very professional and nice, some of them could communicate in basic English so don’t worry if you can’t speak Turkish like myself.

It was my first Turkish bath and I am very satisfied and positively surprised by this experience. As a pre-sauna, I first went into a very humid room for 5 minutes, then I stayed in a dry and wet sauna for 5-10 minutes each. After that I had a foam massage and peeling followed by an oil massage. My muscles feel more relaxed and my skin feels softer than before. I will definitely try this experience again 😃

Didn’t fully know what to expect but it was a lovely experience. We came with three kids. My husband and son went to the men’s side and had a good experience. In the women’s side I paid for the package which was 800TL. Loved it all. I wish I had stayed in the sauna a bit longer at the beginning. Once they start the peel they move you through the massages and you don’t want to go back and get more sweaty. This place came by recommendation from our Airbnb host.

Very good. 700 Lira for the full package- sauna, steam room, exfoliating scrub, bath and oil massage. Dawud served me and was very professional. It’s not amazing from an aesthetic point of view but great value for money

I loved it. The massage and scrubbing was so good. I took the mix package (650 TL) and the face message along with the mix package. Very affordable and separate from men. Only wish the scrubbing could be done in shelter from other woman. Anyway I have never had this good massage before. I wish this could be found in Sweden. Very kind and professional staff who took all the time and didn't rush with anything. Made me young again. Thank you so much. The best of Turkey. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

To be fair enough, everything was beautiful when I went there for the first time. And two weeks after, it became quite messy. The whole process was finish in an hour, there’s 30 min disappeared. And the massage was too soft and some details were missing in the scrubbing part, compare to my first time experience. The lady who serve me for the first time is much more professional. It was quite disappointing for 500 lira for me that i wouldn't want to go back again.

Wonderful experience. I paid 300tl for a wash, scrub and oil massage. The place was clean and in great condition. I love the old school vibe. Felt very authentic and it was mostly locals visiting. I'll be back if I have time.

Great place to visit. The female staff were very nice and friendly. They welcome you with open arms and provide a good and pleasant service. I got a good oil massage both times. I highly recommend Demirhan Bath in Antalya!🥰

Me and my mom went here today. After seeing all the positive reviews, we decided to go here and we are extremely happy! We got picked up from our hotel and they brought us back with the car. The ladies at the hamam were so friendly. They don’t really speak English but we could still understand each other. Everything was so nice and they offered us free Turkish tea. We even received the peeling scrub thing which they used for our peeling massage. Everything was for 400 lira per person, which is a really good deal. We will definitely recommend a visit here. Thank you so much!

Reading recent reviews we expected to pay 400 lyra. But we got charge 500 lyra each by the blond lady with glasses. Hopefully we wasn't charged that because we are tourists. Overall its nice. Especially the girls doing the massage and the bath.

Strongly recommend this place. Steam room, peeling and massage 200 TL. Not full of tourist, I was the only one. Peeling and bath was so good, massage also. Really relaxing experience.

This has been an excellent experience, very professional and friendly, and the oil massage was very good. It is quiet because of Covid and this morning at 10am there were only 2 of us here plus one other customer. We booked in advance and found our own way here, it’s a 20 minute walk from the old town. I would recommend!

  • 4/5 AweTravels 3 years ago on Google
It is an okay Hamam. They give you the different prices depending how you look like. Expect to pay more if you are a tourist. Hamam and was not so good , however a person who performs massage know what he is doing , very nice massage. We’ve experienced much much better hammam for the same price in Istanbul. Wouldn’t come back again to this place.
