Where has this place been all my life. Love this place. Plenty of seating on the front patio. Plenty of seating on the side patio. Plenty o seating on the back patio. Plenty of seating inside. You know how many other places in the Seattle have all of those things. Zero. Add charming interior and a friendly staff. Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

This is the coziest coffee shop I’ve been to in Seattle. It has seating outside in the front and in the backyard as well. They hold love music performance inside also. You can also book the place for private gatherings and parties. There are different sections inside with different decor. The drawing room, the dining room, the little area around the mantle piece are all decorated with contrasting furniture and really stand out. They stock stuff from Theo chocolates and also have ready to go sandwiches. We got a cold brew with vanilla syrup and a theo dark mocha. Both the drinks were fantastic. The mocha was really showcasing the dark chocolate well. The cold brew was strong and fresh. One can spend hours here without any fuss.

Community coffee house with the best coffee in Seattle. Poetry reading, live music, art walk and plenty of comfortable spots to sit inside and outdoors. Excellent spot for a cool glass of rose on a hot afternoon

What a fantastic cafe! Had heard of this place as one of the venues for the Silent Book Club and was eager to check it out. It’s a readers’ paradise! There’s ample seating options - couches, reading chairs, desks, 3 different patios for outdoor seating. The drinks are great - we got the mocha and a matcha latte, and enjoyed some of their baked items too - the spinach cheese bun and croissant. Service was great too!

I love this place. The patio has an amazing front, side and rear space to enjoy solo or with friends. A heated covered side patio makes a year round patio enjoyable for a coffee drinker and their dog with a walk up order window in the rear of the building. Interior rooms have a very home-like feel that matches the outside 60s style home turned coffee shop.

Solid cozy coffee shop in West Seattle! I really like the interior and how cozy it was. A solid place to work from home! The drinks are your usual options, nothing special BUT the prices are great. Seattle has become so expensive these days and this place was a lot of affordable. They also offer Macrina Pastries, I wish they toasted the food though. I got a French press, and it was really solid - no complaints here. The wifi was fast and it wasn’t too busy during noon.

What a cute spot! I am so impressed by all of the elements that make up this cozy sweet cafe! I will definitely be back. Even though I wasn’t a bit fan of the quality of the beans, I will try something else next time!

First impression: “Oh wow!” I was expecting an “average coffee shop.” What they have here is so much more. Variety of baked goods (very tasty), my spicy mocha was great, the whole place has a great vibe. They have live music, seating outside both in front of the shop and in the back, the crew is friendly, efficient, there is seating for you and seating for a group (larger tables). I see dogs outside with their owner so I am assuming dog welcoming. This was my first time here and it’s now my favorite place!

Amazing cafe. Quite busy but they get though the line pretty fast. The atmosphere is amazing. It's so cozy. They have live music some days and it's just magical. So many people show up and you get a slight feeling of community. The cafe is quite charming with comfortable sofas.

This space is super cute! Awesome back patio area. They have heat lamps for those rainy days like today. Coffee was great. My new West Seattle spot to get some work done!

Just moved to Seattle from Florida and I really appreciated having a nice spot to drop by for coffee and a snack to recharge my phone and myself before doing some more apartment hunting. The coffee is delicious and everyone working here has been very kind and helpful when I've visited. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a cozy place for coffee. ☕️🤎

It is a really great place to work. People are mainly reading or working, the desk and chairs are comfortable, indoor and outdoor siting, the coffee is very good. The cafe is located on a hill and has nice view. It is a great place to get a lot of works done!

Great coffee, good pastries and environment. This place is great for studying or working, just make sure to not go when they have live music if you need quiet time. One of my favorite coffeeshops in West Seattle.

Got coffee here today while live music was playing. Very nice atmosphere and friendly/attentive baristas. Even had some gluten free options that were tasty. Dog friendly (outside at special window). Nice outside seating areas. Highly recommended.

An amazing latte made with style and grace. A pastry to satisfy the strongest craving. What more could you ask for. Stopped by with my sister, service was amazing, quick, helpful, and sweet. I can’t wait for my next visit

A favorite of all true West Seattlelites, and home of the "Classic Novels (and Movies) Book Club"! We meet once a month at an outdoor table (under an umbrella) to discuss powerful literature and enjoy the lively scene. Highly recommend for the coffee, the amazing people, and the cozy atmosphere inside as well!

I played here for the songwriter showcase. Got a coffee and ready made pasta dish, good stuff! The space is very comfortable and feels like you're right at home, since it literally is a house! Cool vibe, good for relaxing or enjoying the music events. As a musician I found the audience to be welcoming and attentive as well.

Oh!! Such a homely rustic beautiful little cafe in West Seattle. The vibes are perfect for a cup of delicious coffee (seasonal flavours are the best!) and to catch up on a conversation or some work. Service is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend a coffee and some food here!!

C & P coffee is nestled right on California Ave in West Seattle. This is a great coffee house. I found them back in March & loved this place. The coffees are great. The place has a homey Livingroom feel to it. There is setting out front and in back with a small garden. They have live music and serve beer and wine. A wonderful neighborhood meeting place.

This is a fun coffee spot with outdoor seating and good strong coffee. Independent with a bohemian vibe... It's a great place to grab a cup of Joe and sit down with friends or a good book. Parking around back or on the street up front... Its pretty centrally located on California Ave just a mile or so south of the junction... In an old Craftsman bungalow.

Adorable little coffee shop! Service is friendly and quick. The atmosphere is really sweet and cozy. Definitely the kind of place you could go read a book or work from for a while. Plus they had a vegan chocolate berry muffin which was delicious!

TL;DR: A classic feeling 2nd wave shop with an incredible vibe that well makes up for its outdated coffee flavor. I was looking for something nice to do with my free time on a beautiful Saturday, and had been meaning to check this place out. As I walked up, the outdoor seating was teeming with people enjoying their Saturday, and I could hear some lovely jazz music drifting through the air. As I reached the front door of the shop, I was surprised to see there was a live jazz trio going on their small stage! The house was full of people enjoying their food, chatting happily. The line was long, but well worth the wait based on the vibe alone. I ordered a cappuccino and Marionberry pastry. The pastry was delicious! The coffee... not so much. The cappuccino was topped with an abundance of foam, and the coffee itself tasted bitter and burnt. I honestly was happy not to finish it. Now, my introduction to coffee was an award winning specialty roaster in California, so I'm admittedly very biased. So, if you're a 3rd wave coffee surfer, wanting to dissect the subtle flavors of Seattle, give this one a pass. But if you're looking for a lovely place to hang, bring the fam, chat with friends, catch some live music, read a book, you've gotta check this place out!

There are a LOT of coffee shops in Seattle, but you need to visit C&P coffee. My favorite coffee shop in Seattle. Has everything you need - great coffee, wonderful people, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, tasty baked goods, live events, etc. The coffee and people that work here are what make this place so special and keeps me coming back every day.
