First time dining here, I really enjoyed the food! It was so fresh and tasty. The service was quick and pleasant. The Atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing! The Customer service was 10/10. I will definitely return and recommend. PS. You must try the in house carrot cake before departing.

Came here for a quick lunch with the wife. Staff is super friendly and our waitress was very attentive! Food is incredible, especially the seafood chowder. One of the best I've had, and I've had quite a few in my visits to Boston. Steak was cooked to perfection, and the sauce for the fingerling potatoes was amazing!

Super happy with the food at Jake’s Grill & Oyster House! My boyfriend & I had the most delicious meals. My bf made a reservation in advance and we didn’t have to wait! We were welcomed by the staff and they guided us right away to our table. Lighting is a big standout for me so it was a bit dark in here but not a big deal since it set the mood of the restaurant. The menu could use an upgrade to its design but the names/ description sounded so delicious, wish I could have gotten everything. The food IS amazing and that’s all I would have to say.

Can't believe that I have lived in Burlington for over 16 years and I have never been to Jake's. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was really nice. Friends of ours joined us and felt like they were in Florida or the East Coast. I started my dining experience with shucked oysters and clam chowder. Both were incredible. For my main course, I went with the pan seared pickerel with grilled red peppers and fingerling potatoes. This was cooked to perfection and the portion size was more than enough to leave me satisfied. I definitely will be back and I highly recommend Jake's Grill.

It's a little pricey for my taste. We sat by the bar which was very loud ...I recommend trying the dining room for a more pleasurable experience. If you don't like seafood, there aren't a huge amount of other options. I had the Baja chicken sandwich which was tasty. We started with baby calamari and buffalo cauliflower....which was my favourite thing.

We celebrated my mom and my sister's birthdays here and while it was our first time eating here, I don't think it'll be our last. The service, the atmosphere and the food were great, and our waiter was quite pleasant. The food was well worth the price and the wait, and the wait wasn't even that long. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good time!

The oysters are a must try here. There is a good variety and were all of good quality, tasting fresh with a firm bite to them. The Cajun Cobb salad was delicious and had a surprisingly large portion with generous servings of toppings. The mussels tastes delicious, as the white wine and butter provided a rich flavour. However, it would've been even better if the meat inside was larger, as the mussels given were quite small. Overall positive experience with the servers, and would recommend.

Our first time here and it was our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. Hannah our server was full of energy, helpful and very professional. She made the evening even better. Will most definitely one again.

My partner and I came for date night. The restaurant was packed, so it was a bit loud but to be expected on a Friday night. Ordered oysters, ribs & lobster linguine. Oysters were phenomenal. The rib sauce was finger-licking good ! & Linguini had a lot of lobster; I'd say the sauce could have been better, a little too cheesy. Our server was very nice & knowledgeable. I'd say overall 4.2⭐️, as we felt the pricing was a bit high (total 130$). Would come back in the future

I brought my fiance here for his 55th birthday dinner. I am allergic to shellfish, but that's his favorite food. He had lobster, oysters, shrimp and steak and enjoyed it all! We appreciated the birthday dessert as well. Loved the service

Food was fresh and tasty. We got the sushi nachos and the fish tacos. Both were good and left us contented. The kids meals were big and they came out faster than the adult entrees which was very appreciated.

We had a craving for seafood as we were passing through the town of Burlington and Jake's Grill & Oyster Bar popped up...we were not disappointed. It was busy on a Sunday evening as a few dinner parties were happening but the wait was not long and it was well worth it. Our meals were delish and we will be back to try more items on their very tall menu. Lots of parking, very clean and attractive decor especially the Oyster chandelier. Love the high ceiling, airy ambiance and good for large crowds. Love the atmosphere.

I must admit when I first drove into the parking lot and saw Jake's sitting next to a hotel, I was leery (my experience with these has been hit or miss). Well, let me just tell you, I'm glad I didn't turn around and leave. Phenomenal is an understatement. At the recommendation of Sara J, I tried the Snake Bite Salmon which was seasoned and wood grilled, glazed with Jake's Snakebite sauce, and served over sweet potato gratin. I'm from the southern United States and we often eat our sweet potatoes with brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. This gratin didn't need it. It was somehow shaved thin as paper and I ate every single bite! The charred lemon and side veggies, which were a mix of fresh zucchini, red peppers, and small carrots (that looked and tasted like they'd just been harvested) is like a party in your mouth, ha! Oh, and Sara was so gracious. I got distracted talking with her and didn't realize I hadn't added a tip yet. I was mortified as I ALWAYS tip! I tried to get her to figure out a way to run my credit card again, but she assured me our conversation was enough and that it really was ok. I'm only here for a few days, but I plan to return at least one more time, ask for her, and make that up to her! 😊 Just go. You won't regret it!

Yum! Yum! Yum! My Bloody Mary was delish as were the oysters (nice presentation too) and my tuna nachos. So delicious and the bartender was very pleasant, check in regularly - without being a nuisance - made small talk and nice background info regarding the restaurant history. Would definitely come back!
