Pretty busy when we entered , no one at cashier to take order so had to use kiosk . Place in general had nice architecture and patio. But cleanliness is bad and tables not cleaned . Got our mango pineapple smoothie and left .

I went to the drive thru at 11.15 pm last night January 15th 2024, orders 2 quarter pounder sandwiches and med Fries, and they asked me to wait in the reserved parking spots as they will be a min late, after 20 min (11.35 pm) where no body bring anything i went down and knocked on their door as it was locked and the guy told me that he forgot about me and after almost 5 more minutes he brought me the 2 sandwiches i ordered with the fries “ the sandwiches were room temp not even warm , the fries were good, NO ketchup,

Best Mcdonalds in Burlington without a doubt. Service is quick and staff are very helpful. Ben, at the first window, was particularly friendly and polite. I noticed his positive attitude right away and did not want it to go unrecognized, though I am sure his coworkers are aware. Keep up the great work!

Their ice cream cones are almost always small and hollow inside, everything was fine last year, lack of training i guess.

Friendly staff, quick and accurate service. However on several occasions I have seen the female manager/supervisor talk down to her staff. Yes, a job does need to be done but there is no need to berate your employees in front of customers.

I come to this location often, workers are always friendly and helpful. My orders are always correct (except for dipping sauces being forgotten occasionally). The service is very efficient, even during busy times. Growing up, this location was always a good hang out space for friends, and offers an amazing atmosphere.

Cold food every time. Every time. I also starting doing curb side pickup because they get you to pull up in the waiting spot every single time if you use the drive thru. I keep giving it a chance because it's so close to my house but I'm just not going to go anymore. Wendy's is the better choice for a quick burger and just up the street.

This area caters to an older clientele. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food was perfect. Tue store exceptionally clean.

The tray my food was on was so dirty (greasy) I had to wash my hands and then return to eating. I wonder how the rest of the cleanliness looks like. Especially in the kitchen.

We ordered 2 $4. McMuffin & coffee deals. My son was given no ham or meat on his McMuffin & no sugar in his double-double coffee despite the order being placed correctly & on the receipt correctly. We could not understand the order taker, she spoke way too fast. We kept having to repeat our order to ensure she got it right. She did, but whoever prepared the food order got it wrong! My coffee & McMuffin were great!

I just don't understand why do they need two different counters in drive through. It may be convenient for them but inconvenient for us to stop in 2 different counter in the drive through. Management should look for customer convenience and not employers or employees convenience only.

I ordered a quarter pounder and asked for it plain, nothing on it. The first time they gave me it with cheese, so I sent it back, then they gave me one with everything on it, sent it back and had to explain to three different people that it was a plain burger, just meat and a bun. How hard can it be. Always check your order, they screwed our orders up alot of times over the years.

i understand the idea of “parking” in the drive through but it makes no sense when every car is sent to get parked and i don’t think i’ve had a sandwich from them in years that doesn’t look like it was thrown at a wall first

The food is what you’d expect from a McDonalds. Nothing to write home about, but that is not the fault of the staff. In fact, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and kind. My order was out relatively quickly and there was lots of seating. My issue with this McDonalds is that the inside is disgusting. There are flies everywhere, the tables aren’t wiped down, and there is stains and spills everywhere. Again keep in mind it is a McDonalds. That being said 3/5

Found boogers attached to what was clearly nose hairs on my order. What a garbage establishment. Manager was completely useless. Disgusting food just got worse. Free items with meal usually infers a toy, not snot with hair from who the hell knows employee! Had to give 1 star otherwise I can’t post! -100
