Deanna is amazing! I always come in to see her for all my inspections on my rings and will ask for her when wanting to make a purchase. She goes above and beyond and her customer service is on point! She is knowledgeable on products, warranty, and listen to the wants and needs of her customers. Michael Hill is so lucky to have her on staff. I tell everyone to ask for her when they shop at her location.

I had a wonderful experience at Micheal hill, maple view. April is amazing, She spent time looking through the stock to find me a beautiful necklace keeping my budget in mind. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends or anyone else. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Considering this is a jewellery store, you'd think that the sales personnel would be more personable and professional. My partner experienced unsatisfactory service while purchasing an engagement ring (no courtesy or regard for people's time being wasted due to their errors, I'll leave it at that). I've gone to the store myself to ask about ring resizing and felt like the staff could care less to be friendly or helpful. Despite having a ring from Michael Hill, I will not be returning to this specific location for service.

I went in with my wife to exchange a gift I had purchased from Michael Hill that was defective. Was met with nothing but bad attitude from all the staff I encountered, the manager was the worst of all. She didn’t even hear my reason out for exchanging and just straight up said no. Felt judgement immediately, they were extremely condescending and rude. I took it to another Michael Hill right away and they exchanged it without a second thought and couldn’t believe I was met with the attitude I was. Staff there had a big power trip issue. It’s very sad when a company I’ve had so many good experiences with has such a rotten location. I hope some higher management sees this review because I have spent thousands of dollars at Michael Hill and this one experience almost pulled me away from ever spending another dollar there. Save your time and go to Erin Mills or literally any other location.

I had a wondrous experience here at Michael Hill, Maple view. Normally I am very apprehensive to walk into any jewelry store cause it's not my cup of tea. But I was determined to surprise my wife with diamonds as an anniversary gift. I think the lady who assisted me was Carol. She was very patient with all my questions and was kind. I let her know my budget and she eased my anxiety and presented a wonderful collection of earrings to chose from. She helped me with my purchase and we had a lovely conversation as well.
