Recently we visited for the first time for a birthday party. I was pleasantly surprised with all the place has to offer and how friendly and engaging were the staff from the entrance to the helpers around the floor. I had food from their venue and I really enjoyed! The space was very well kept and clean and adults can certainly enjoyed their time while kids can have fun. I must also note that the party host was praising the staff for being so helpful and friendly and during the party I was able to see that she was great. Really keeping all organized and helping the parents at the eating time. She was friendly, fast and super attentive to ensure the party was a hit 🎯 It’s hard to see that in other kids venues - so congratulations

This indoor playground is the best one we have been to so far. Too bad it's a little far from us. There is plenty for the kids to do. Food is ok, they have lots of extra things to do for extra money. Arcade- I found it to be over priced but bought the 2nd basic package so my little one can go on some rides and play some games, and get enough points to get some prizes. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended for birthday parties. We had Chloe as our hostess and she made sure we had everything we needed and helped us with serving, cake cutting, etc. The kids loved the pizza and even the parents had a good time with the complementary coffee and comfy couches. I love how this indoor playground is well kept and always innovating with new games/attractions for the kids. The staff was great as well.

This place is kept very clean. The staff always vacuums and pays attendtion to cleanliness. However, you should also pay attention to safety. It is easy to get stabbed at the entrace of a tree tower (?). In fact, my child was stabbed here, her clothes were torn and knee was bleeding. I think there are cable ties under the pads and comes up when you press it. There are also many crevices in other areas, and there is a risk of plywood getting stuck and thorns. Parents need to pay attendtion..

Fantastic experience. We held our birthday party at 9:30am and it was a game changer! We were the only ones in there for quite a bit! So much fun! The other amazing thing was in our birthday package since it was a morning time slot, we had pancakes for our meal! It was such a hit! What a fantastic idea! Win win! Mackenzie, our party host was so attentive to us and everything, everything was taken care of! Thank you for the great experience for us and our birthday girl!

Great place to take the kids with fun for all ages. Such a great place for kids to learn and develop their motor skills with so many areas to climb. As a parent very safe and comforting to know it’s such a safe and fun space!

Great customer service, refreshing to see a lot teenagers working. The staff we attentive, place very very clean, I witness staff clean washroom after use, saw they cleaning toddler area play structure, also wiping down vending machines and walls, high touch spots, also loved the couches that were situated near the play structure. Also witness staff training new employees and seem very involved. Never saw any staff at on phone, which was refreshing. I would 1000% go back and would pick them to have my kids birthday party.

Wow, the moment i brought my 2 year old into this place he did not stop. He was constantly running pointing things and dancing to the music (game audios). I have never seen so much excitement and giggles on his face ever. It made me so happy to see how much fun he was having. For us, the highlight was the eye play. The amount of attention to cleaning was a VERY welcoming sight. Every spot was either wiped down or vaccummed. Forsure this will become a once a month visit. Only problem I have is that this place is 1 hour away from where we live. However once you step foot in the place, it makes the hour drive totally worth it. Good job Lil Monkeys! keep doing the great job you doing!
