I can't say I'm surprised... A business to have only five star reviews, you have to know it's good. David was such a joy to work with! I went in newly engaged with a ring that was my fiance's late aunt's wedding ring. Such an important and meaningful piece to our family! The ring was just a little too big so I needed it resized. My sister previously went here and had a necklace that was broken in three spots fixed in a matter of minutes! So by her suggestion I went here. For a very reasonable price he was able to resize my ring and clean / polish it to perfection! I was told by a different jeweler I needed the clause reinforced but David assured me that I did not, he also allowed me to look through the magnifying glass to see that I had plenty of claws left! A very honest and talented man! The only place I would go for any type of jewelry in the future. I plan on making another visit to have personalized wedding bands created.

David did an amazing job designing and building the perfect engagement ring! He is very knowledgeable and helped me to visualize the design of the ring with a drawing of it. The final product perfectly matched the design drawing. You could not go wrong with using his services, he is truly a master of his craft. My fiance was left speechless when she saw the ring. David fixed my engagement rings as I kept losing one diamond and they look amazing and I feel better about not losing the diamond anymore! Also he made beautiful matching opal rings for me from earrings that I had. Both experiences were very good- he knows his industry and his work very well. I’m almost a year late on my review but better late than never!! My engagement ring from peoples jewellers broke and was missing one of the diamonds after wearing it for only a year!! I didn’t think it could be repaired but I still went to Jockheck Jewellers to fix the ring itself. David also replaced the missing diamond and you wouldn’t even be able to tell that something was missing in the first place!! Thanks David! You are the best at your craft

Quickly fixed an earring stone that had fallen out of its setting, much cheaper than others were quoting. I was concerned about the inconvenient downtown location, but quickly found a spot nearby and parking is under $2, so it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I’ll definitely return the next time I need a repair (or maybe some jewelry).
