A peaceful park to spend quality time with family. There is a river flowing which is not to deep, so everyone can soak themselves. A playground for kids, so many picnic tables, and trails to walk...!

Excellent experience, park has great trails, walkways and is a good place for BBQ the park has a playground and plenty of space for outdoor activities and seating. However the washrooms could use better maintenance, only one sink was working, as well as you’ll be greeted with plethora of Spiders at the entrance and inside.

As a local guide, I found Lowville Park is an absolute gem! I can't say enough good things about this place. The natural beauty here is breathtaking, with scenic trails that lead you through lush forests and along the serene creek. Whether you're into hiking, picnicking, or simply enjoying the tranquility of nature, this park has it all. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's the perfect spot for a family outing, a romantic walk, or some quiet alone time with nature. I've visited many parks, but Lowville Park stands out as one of the best. Highly recommended!

I believe it's a great place to visit. No parking issue during week days, park is this much silent that you can hear river pleasing noise. Very good place to visit with family, especially kids, as it has a little playground, a couple of open fields, and a very clean site. It was my first visit, and I loved it and planned to visit it again.

This is one of our favourite park to go. You have a good small trail around the water stream. Kids can enjoy the park at the same time. It’s even has a good picnic area including the shed. The only problem we have noticed lately is men’s washrooms are closed quite often.

Really nice fun and cute park with a river flowing where kids tend to fly fish a lot. You have to pre book a spot for picnics and pay for parking. Plenty of green space and a nice play area for kids as well, caters to different ages as well. Also has a mini hike along the river which is always fun with kids. My only problem was the bathrooms. Yuck. They were so disgusting. I saw people peeing in bushes because the bathrooms smelled so gross and was actually pretty disgusting. There has to be a better way to maintain hygiene.

Beautiful park, very accessible and easy to walk, just make sure to make your free reservation online for parking as it gets busy in the summer. Good sledding in the winter as well.

This park was a great place once upon a time. Alot of rude people that have no respect for personal space. They have garbage cans all around but think it's appropriate to litter in the park. Not to mention using the river as a cooler? See photos 🫣

This is such a beautiful n scenic park. Multiple areas with benches n stuff to have family picnics, etc. Even going for a walk or some. Park for kids available aswell. Creek running through the entire park. Make sure to have ur mosquito/bug spray. Have to book a spot and pay before entering. 8 pm park closes, very well maintained. Although, some inconsiderate ppl leave garbage behind, in such a prestine park is beyond my understanding. 1 thing that hit me was some tress that were cut were probably 70+ years old, I'm sure it was for a reason but it's an ancient tree. Overall it was a wicked experience and definately recommend for those weekend picnics or evening walks.
