I visited for their Taste of Burlington three course menu. Loved the pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs, plus their chocolate Gelato was so decadent! Only giving 4 star because they weren't super generous with the salad dressing (which was delicious once we received it), but everything else was awesome. Would definitely visit again.

Truly blew my expectations! Pasta was fresh. The pizza dough was done right. Great taste overall. Service was good, and the place had a great ambiance and decor.

Really one of the best locations when it comes to service and food quality. Always my favorite Italian restaurant. Belgian moon beer 🍺, fried calamari, pene polo and fettuccine shrimp.

Honestly, we went to Scaddabush in Burlington because I had a $20 off coupon, with low expectations. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised! This location was great, from service to food.Joe, our server, was engaging and friendly, I could see he was busy serving a large table next to us, but he was still pleasant and checked in on us. Started with the bruschetta, which was fresh and well presented, followed by a linguini pasta dish, again, was well presented and flavourful but I will warn you, the portions are very large, I couldn’t finish mine, but it was tasty! The ravioli stuffed with butternut squash was well made, with a great fresh taste, again a decent portion that will fill most. Pictures say it all For dessert we had a lemon sorbet sundae that was very refreshing and I’m sure would be great on the patio on a hot summer day! This dinner was very reasonably priced even without the “coupon” Will definitely come back again for Italian food…. The pizzas looked fantastic! Bring your appetite!

Unfortunately this was a big miss for us. I went with a party of 6 to celebrate a birthday. I have previously had great experiences at other locations and I can’t say the same for this one. Service was subpar, they were very understaffed and it seemed like there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant during Saturday lunch. She never came to check on us once we got meals and didn’t offer pepper or cheese for our meals. The food was also disappointing and lacked flavour. Given the prices you would definitely expect more. Everyone in my party was disappointed with their meal and felt that it was overpriced. The design of the restaurant is nice I did like the chandeliers and quirky Italian decor. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

Amazing place. Great atmosphere, design, service, and most importantly, food. I went with my family recently and we had a wonderful time, ordering their amazing fresh mozzarella, daily made pasta, and their deliciously light cheesecake. Every time I go, I am amazed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. If you have not been before, I would highly recommend it. 5/5 stars.

We came for a family dinner this evening and had an absolutely delightful time. I cannot recommend the fresh mozzarella enough - I had the sweet, balsamic version and my goodness was it delicious. The pizza is also solid (and served with scissors!). One of our diners ordered the spaghetti and meatball - it was a swing and a miss for us (the pasta was a bit too chewy but it was a busy night and that happens). Other mains with spaghetti were cooked just right. The highlight of our visit was definitely our server, Joe. Joe was an absolute delight - he was so friendly, bubbly, and very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. To make a long and ridiculously flattering story short, we was a solid 10/10, the best server I’ve had on a night out in recent memory. I would recommend a stop in (even if it’s just for some appetizers and drinks) - I hope you get seated in Joe’s section!

I’ve been to many scaddabush locations in the gta, this was my first time at this location. Giving covid I understand things run differently- only 10 people inside at once with a 90minute dine in rule. Our server was slow to attend to us, we had to wave down another server to get our drinks in. We would’ve ordered our food at the same time but we were told to order with our assigned server. Our assigned server didn’t really seem to be into it, didn’t get much out of her. Our food took some time to arrive and when it did I was highly disappointed. I ordered the chicken and shrimp with herb pasta- my pasta was clumped together and there was literally green liquid from the pasta on my plate, as if the pasta was not strained after being boiled. They also served the sauce on the side of the past and not on top, which I thought was kinda bizarre. And not to mention my food was not hot at all. I’m not the type to complain, I ate it anyways but best believe I didn’t tip for that service. The one star is for the drink which had great flavor but I couldn’t taste any alcohol in it. A buddy of mine had a similar experience at this location so I won’t be visiting again.

I had beat and goat cheese salad with added salmon. Had their mozzarella ball for an app. Food was beyond awesome and could not be any better. Waitress was kind friendly and could not be any better. This was one of my all time best restaurant experiences.

Busy place - use Open Table! We were seated immediately. Our server Emma was terrific. She welcomed us, was attentive, friendly and made sure our Birthday girl got her special cake. Good food, good kids menu, good place to dine out at!

Had some friends come down from up north where they don't have a Scaddabush. They loved the decor and the environment. Some staff were excellent and some staff were acceptable. Food quality is always good. Had a couple of issues that were resolved. Being in the industry for so long, you kinda know when staff are picking up a table and they just want you in and out and you feel like a burden in their section. Other than that...some staff were excellent. 3 stars this time...but hopefully next time in a different section.

Met out friends at this beautiful restaurant for dinner. The first thing which hit me upon entering the place was the amazing ambience. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They guided us since it was our first time. The menu had a great variety of dishes. Definitely recommend this place to satisfy your craving for Italian Cuisine.

Wonderful experience. We reserved an outdoor table for a late lunch and everything was perfect. The fresh mozzarella with balsamic reduction was very good, as was my truffle gnocchi. Lots of flavour. Definitely will eat there again.

We had Aoun as our server for the night and he was awesome! Such a friendly and enthusiastic server. He also was very knowledgeable about all the dishes on the menu, including the limited time summer menu. Probably has to be the best server I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant :) The food as always was also delicious!

Very nice place and atmosphere. Service was good overall. We enjoyed our food, was tasty and fresh. Recommended if you're in the mood for Italian. We also tried the chocolate hazelnut cake.

Food is ok, front staff lousy. Went to pick up an order, was told via phone it would be 45 minutes. Arrived at expected time and paid, was told the order would be out in a few minutes. Checked with server as she brought other orders out here and there on status. No update. 30 minutes after expected pick up, asked again. Server said I need to go in and pay. I showed her the receipt that I'd paid when I arrived. She immediately brought out cold food, lied that it had just finished and shoed me away. I won't return. Food is OK, but the front staff is atrocious, to ignore a paid customer and flat out lie after a 1.25 hour wait.

My boyfriend and I went to this Scaddabush tonight for our anniversary. We had been there before with no issues and have always had a pleasant time; it has been my favourite restaurant for years! We had such a terrible experience today that we will not be revisiting. When we first got in, the man at the door told us that they only allow patrons to dine in for 2 hours. Right off the bat, this does not give off the impression that you are being welcome into the establishment, although we are in a pandemic and I do understand that this time limit is in place for a reason, this made us feel like we were being rushed right off the bat. The worst part of the whole experience was definitely the service. We were attended to by a male server, I say this because the other times we were there we had really nice female waiters and no problems. As soon as we sat down, he asked us what we wanted to order -- we hadn't even had a chance to pull up the menu on our phones yet. When I told him we weren't ready, he told us to take our time, yet he kept coming back (way too quickly) to ask us if we were ready yet, which really made us feel like we were being rushed. When we ordered our main courses I decided to add an appetizer to our meal at the last minute and he seemed very annoyed because apparently he had to reinput our entire order since I changed my mind. Afterwards, I decided to order a drink however the only ID I had on me was my health card. He said he would ask his manager if he could take it but ultimately concluded that he couldn't accept it although I have used my health card as ID at the LCBO and other restaurants many times without any problems at all. Pretty bummed that I was not able to get a drink to celebrate my anniversary. When we finally got our food he checked in with us a total of one time during the whole meal. We could clearly see that he had checked in with the other patrons multiple times over, it made us feel ostracized and honestly discriminated against. We decided to order dessert. After we had ordered, the server came back and asked us again if we wanted to order dessert. We were confused, and my boyfriend replied that we had already ordered the cake. He gave us a snarky reply, as if we had insulted him somehow when he was the one who had made a mistake. The food was the same quality as usual, however, we were so offput by the entire experience that we barely even touched our meals. Overall, super disappointed that an establishment that I've been supporting for years and recommending to friends and family treated us this way. Felt super disrespected and will not return.

I was looking to have a fresh dinner tonight and some great service. Jessie was amazing and very catering to my needs. She gave a very kind and sweet vibe, was quick in terms of responding to my order and was quite presentable in her outlook. Thank you Jessie👍

The service, food, and environment was great! Their pasta dishes are so good. I made the mistake of ordering a burger while at an Italian restaurant. My wife and son got pasta dishes and they were really good. Definitely would recommend going here and we would go here again, but order a pasta dish next time 🙂

Always have a wonderful experience at Scaddabush ! Had the holiday menu’s Butternut Squash Soup, the Chicken Gnocchi, and finished off with the Cheesecake. The food was a good portion for the price and all tasted really good. The staff were also all very friendly as well! Will definitely be back very soon.

This has some of the best pizza and pasta I've ever had before. They never disappoint. We make the point to come here every so often just because we love it so much. Definitely worth visiting.

I like this restaurant. The decor, the service, the ambiance (although music can get a little too loud sometimes) is all really good, but what I think is great here is the food! We had such a fantastic dinner here! Appetizers are hard to choose because they are always so great and the mains were fantastic! My go-to is the gnocchi and chicken. What a great combo! The creamy sauce with mushrooms and peas brings the whole thing together wonderfully! Everyone else ordered different things and all were very happy with their choices. We also ordered sides of the fries just to have on the table for everyone to pick at. On another note other than food, we really liked the plates with the different designs on them. We thought they were cute, fun, and a nice little difference other than just all white same plates. Overall it was a great experience with awesome food. We will definitely consider this location next time we're in the area and want to have some real good Italian food!

I went here for lunch for a friend's birthday. We ordered the social size of the mushroom truffle fettuccine (I think that's the name lol). It was so good!! And it was more than enough for 3 people. The waitress was exceptionally kind! I would definitely recommend this place :)

It was the first time to to try it. It was really delicious food and nice service. When we went, indoors was at max capacity and sat in the patio. It was a cold day but shielded patio with heaters made it really a good setting

Visited this location recently and the food was terrible. The service took forever and the pasta arrived all clumped together and cold! The bathroom smelled too... It's funny because, I've visited other Scaddabush locations (Square One, Gerrard, and Sherway) I've had no issues there. I enjoy the food so much that I decided to give Burlington a try since I was in the area. BIG MISTAKE. I could have made better pasta at home. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Overall just a bad experience. Waitress was nice, food was average but the actual dining experience was horrible. Staff had no consideration for the cool night and customers located near the door. After several people commenting at our table of how cold it was we asked for the door to be closed, only for it to be left open by the next waitress over and over. We had asked for the door to be closed over a dozen times and actually closed it ourselves a few more. Understandable if their hands are full but a door closer is not very expensive and can be purchased at any hardware store to improve dinning experience.

I had the Mushroom Truffle Steak and it was cooked to perfection. Very Delicious! My first time dining at Scaddabush and will definitely return!

Long waiting time for take out

Scaddabush has become our new favourite Italian restaurant! We love the homemade pasta and the Alfredo sauce is divine! Chicken Parm is my dish of choice! So good!

Since Ontario is in under lockdown, we decided to support Scaddabush by ordering a curbside dinner. We chose one of the special offers which includes a salad, a pizza and two social size pastas. We also added a mozzarella ball to our order. The mozzarella, pizza and the salad were excellent, fresh and tasty as expected from previous experiences from this establishment. Unfortunately, upon trying the pasta dishes the texture surprised us. Sadly the noodles were overcooked, turning us away from finishing the dishes. Besides that, the pasta sauce was very flavourful. If not for the overcooked pasta, my rating would have been 5 stars. This is the first time that we have been disappointed with the quality of the food delivered by Scaddabush as they are our go to dinner spot. Other than that the employee who delivered our food to our car was very friendly and professional.

We love ordering their family meal on uber. The food is so delicious and definitely worth the price and the pasta is to die for. The combo is such a great bank for you buck I would definitely recommend ordering it for dinner. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and they wheel your food out from the kitchen when you order for takeout!

Ordered delivery through doordash. Sophia pizza and Mushroom Fettuccine. Scaddabush server did not handover the pizza to delivery person. Also, the order was delayed for over half an hour. When I called , the server/whoever answers phone was rude but they said they missed the pizza. The bag that was delivered had no information of the item that got delivered. So I asked the lady about why they didn't put any note of the item..and she simply said she can't and then started being so rude that it is dinner time and she has no time to talk to me because it is dinner rush. Well how about my dinner which got delayed for 2hours tonight? I would not even expect such treatment and carelessness from a small restaurant- scaddabush being a chain surprises me the way the lady talked to me, unprofessional. Doordash has placed my missing order again- I hope that gets delivered sometime tonight- else a 60$ bill gone in vain.

Because of the circumstances we are facing we decided to take our food to go for our Christmas work dinner and it was an excellent choice. I had wonderful help from Tiffany and when I arrived at the time I stated to pick my food up it was ready and the staff was very helpful. Food was excellent, huge portions. Our staff loved the food!!! Definitely do that again. Once this Covid-19 is over we would love to enjoy the food and service sitting in the restaurant. Cheers!! Thanks again.

Curbside pickup works beautifully. Order was ready on time, I took it home, followed reheating instructions and we had a really enjoyable meal. We had ordered earlier in the pandemic and this time the online menu had an entire take out menu section which was very easy to navigate and offered lots of great choices, including wines and cocktail boxes. Bruschetta and spag carbonara were delicious!

We ordered in dinner this evening, and it did not disappoint. This is by-far the BEST take out dinner I have had...EVER. The meals were packaged perfectly to maximize flavour and experience. My family enjoyed the butternut squash ravioli, mushroom fettuccine and the penne with chicken. Each meal was so flavourful. We also enjoyed the Caprese Panzanella and Calamari. We cannot wait to order from here again!

You guys should put disclaimers or little notes on your menu for food that is spicy or contains spicy ingredients as people who do not understand this cuisine can be easily misguided due to incomplete information. My wife ordered the seafood pasta that was probably 99% chilli pepper and is severely intolerant to spices. She lost her appetite after the first bite. We appreciate the staff working quick to make things right and they replaced her dish with the shrimp linguini in a matter of minutes (bravo) but to her dismay her “shrimp” dish was just overcooked pasta with two tiny little pieces of shrimp drowned in a watered down Alfredo sauce that was not fresh at all. Definitely not worth the 25 dollars. In the end we were served with a 120 dollar bill for food that definitely was not worth its price. To add to this, I had the Sausage Garganzola pizza which was overly burned, tasted like it had expired ingredients but I kept my mouth shut because I was just very hungry and did not want to cause anymore problems. You guys should hire better chefs or shake up your kitchen staff as we always visit the Scaddabush in Oakville since they opened many years ago and we NEVER had a disappointing experience there. This is our first time here at the Burlington location and definitely our last. Only giving two stars because of the great service our waitress and manager on duty gave us, otherwise this would have been 0/5.

We were very happy with our experience on Friday afternoon. Our server was personable but not overbearing. Our food was great and the portion sizes were much larger than what we're used to! Would recommend saving room for dessert... Yumzone!

Had a terrific experience. Excellent service and the meal I had was absolutely amazing. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had great things to say about my experience at this restaurant, just the first time I’ve reviewed it. We had reservations on the patio, great day for being outside last Saturday. There were heaters available in a covered area They did the social distancing quite well. Lots of pick up orders Food is very good, I enjoyed the Diavlo pizza. Would definitely do again
