The Bursa Tophane Clock Tower is a magnificent landmark that stands proudly in the heart of Bursa. As I approached the tower, its grandeur and intricate architecture immediately caught my attention. The tower's tall structure, adorned with ornate details and a prominent clock face, adds a touch of elegance to the cityscape. The Tophane Clock Tower holds significant cultural and historical value for the city. It serves as a symbol of Bursa's rich heritage and architectural excellence. Visitors can not only admire its impressive facade but also delve into the fascinating stories and legends associated with the tower. Overall, the Bursa Tophane Clock Tower is a must-visit attraction for anyone exploring the city. Nice historical park with great view over bursa city with various souvenir shops and cafes with great turkish coffee. Around there are plenty of traditional turkish houses and there are fragments of old city wall from byzantine times I guess. Nice place to have a walk, to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and to have a relaxing evenings looking over the city Bursa. Highly recommend to visit in the evening 👌

Bursa top attraction which provides bird eye view of Turkey's third largest city! Beautiful views of the surroundings from the top!! When you visit the tombs of Osman Ghazi and Orhaan Ghazi you can find the iconic and historic Tophane Clock Tower which is roughly 65 metres high and has 6 floors!! Constructed in 1905 to view serve as fire lookout Station!! Cafeteria serving hot and cold drink including snacks and traditional tea available!!

We traveled from Morocco to see the tomb of Osman Ghazi and his family & companions, in Bursa. We finally made it. It was a great feeling except for the taxi drivers who ripped us off both ways, to & from cable car station to the tomb site and then from the tomb site to the Green Mosque in Bursa. The distance was only about 2km. Same thing happened in Istanbul too. It is hard to find honest traders, shopkeepers and taxi drivers in this part of the world, unfortunately. They ruin your sentiments for the heroes.

Enjoyed this short visit to tomb of Osman Ghazi and family. The place gives a clear and wonderful view of historical Bursa city, which remained capital Ottomans some centuries ago. A pleasing experience.

The view is good because you can see Bursa city from the peak of the hill. The are some restaurants nearby, so you can have the meal while enjoying the view there. However, I recommed you to bring your own food.

Very nice place to drink and enjoy the view. The tombes of both Osman (founder of the ottoman empire) and Orhan (the second sultan) are also there. Centuries of history lies behind me whilst i'm enjoying my tea along with the view. Crazy good vibes.

Located on a hill in Osmangazi area and overlooking the city of Bursa, the historical clock tower, standing besides few old canons.First built during the reign of Sultan Abdülaziz (1861-1876), the original clock tower was destroyed.  The existing clock tower was rebuilt in 1904 and in recent years was reconstructed to its current condition. This clock tower at Tophane is not the real attraction but the tombs of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi that are situated in the same small park at Bursa’s old citadel which provides a platform with magnificent views of Bursa.

This is a nice place on top of the hill. It has the shrine of Osman who was the founder of the ottoman empire. The clock tower is there standing proud and over looking the city. The views are spectacular spoilt only by the visible air pollution. This area is free to visit. There is a short walk up to the place from the main road.
