So...
before
the
Covid-19
we
stayed
at
the
hotel
several
times.
Even
in
that
time
it
has
its
advantages
and
disadvantages.
Before
it
was
A
la
cart
restaurant,
breakfast
and
dinner
included.
Food
was
not
so
good
and
service
whished
to
be
better.
Evenings
are
very
quiet,
so
if
someone
prefer
to
have
some
fun
better
go
out,
but
I'm
not
sure
if
there
are
much
entertainment
around.
Now
it's
even
worse.
Now
they
charge
full
price
for
a
child
above
6
years
old
(if
you're
doing
this
please
be
sure
that
your
rooms
have
proper
bed
for
child
to
sleep).
When
we
stayed
there
in
September
they
bring
fix
menu
(although
it's
still
A
la
cart).
Starters
were
avfull...
main
dishes
were
not
bad,
desserts
could
be
better...
But
service
is
terribly
bad,
I'm
sorry
but
it's
true.
Waitress
just
put
next
serving
on
the
previous
plate
without
looking
is
there
still
food
on
it
or
not
(I
mean
there
is
my
plate
with
some
food
on
it
but
she
put
next
plate
on
top
of
dirty
one).
You
should
point
each
time
to
clean
table.
There
are
no
napkins
on
the
table.
Well
service
is
bad.
If
you're
ordering
food
next
to
pool
be
careful.
Prices
for
food
is
much
more
higher
than
it
should
be
(lower
your
prices
or
make
dishes
worthy).
Management
of
this
hotel
is
very
poor
unfortunately.
Luckily
in
Turkey
there
are
lots
of
different
thermal
hotels
to
choose,
so
No
I
wouldn't
recommend
this
one.
P.S.
2
star
for
thermal
indoor
pool.
Balcony
is
small,
but
they
managed
to
put
there
two
big
chairs
and
huge
coffee
table,
so
it's
impossible
to
use
them.
Last
but
not
least
pillows
in
the
room
are
horrible,
it
was
impossible
for
me
to
have
a
good
night
rest...
