We had a very pleasant stay at Uzan. This was also because we were there outside of the peak rush hour. If you go there around 3 p.m. there is less going on and you can enjoy it there. The meat was very good. The Lokum and Kuzu Sirt are particularly recommended. Sucuk and kofte were also good. What is unbeatable is the price-performance ratio. You can hardly find such good meat for the price in Istanbul.

The restaurant definitely means: to the meat palace! There are two huge display cases right after the entrance - filled with everything you can imagine from lamb and beef. It's perfect that you can choose the meat you want to eat afterwards. Super crunchy salad with sheep's cheese, lemon and excellent olive oil with toasted bread and spices as a starter, followed by grilled lamb with plenty of olive oil. There is supposed to be a specialty here - thinly sliced ​​beef - unfortunately we found out too late - maybe next time. Tastes like a dream and is prepared to perfection. Great, friendly and professional service staff. Great atmosphere on a glass-enclosed, well-air-conditioned giant terrace. No price information possible - we were invited.

Great dinner experience, the food cooked perfectly and the staff were friendly. Great price for money. There is awaiting time for about 15 to 20 minutes, but worth it. So much to choose from, I have made a selection between lamp and beef. ( beef not showing in below dishis options) For a family of 7 we spent around $ 160 including 3 dishes desert.

Uzan is a very good place for meat products, it is delicious, but the inside is no different than Köfteci Yusuf, it is extremely crowded, there is a lot of child noise, you have some difficulty in eating under these conditions, if you want a more decent and more comfortable meal, you should choose to come to Uzan Meat on weekdays at noon.
