Watch out for bed bugs! Horrible hotel, staff down to the deplorable state of the rooms, smell of cigarettes, super uncomfortable bed. These irresponsible people offer a hotel room knowing full well that the room is full of bed bugs and then refuse to reimburse you. To avoid absolutely.

A very pleasant place to stay in Bursa, within walking distance to Ulu Camii or you can just take the tram nearby, helpful and affable staff. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bursa ❤️

Good accommodation at an acceptable price and close to everything

This is a Hilton of 3-star hotels. Clean and nice room with shower and hot water. Nothing else needed if you are trespassing city or doing short visit to Bursa most historic places. Nothing more expected for the price. Personnel is friendly.

The most beautiful city I have holiday with my lover is Bursa and the price I recommend for the accommodation is really nothing compared to the quality.

Pretty good stay here. Mattress was a bit too soft, and pillows smelled of cigarettes. Room had good air conditioning, a television, an alright bathroom. Staff spoke very limited English, but were friendly and helpful. It was a 10 minute walk to get to any restaurants/cafes.

Basic room, staff were nice but little English spoken. When we couldn't find a bar to watch the world cup qualifying match they happily let us watch it in the reception! Thank you.

Liars. They had to checkin someone at 9.30, so they changed their checkout time for me to 9.30. Poor toilet condition. Bad experience overall. And the next guest was checked in within 5min of me exiting. You can guess. Location is good, close to attractions.

Great hotel for one night stay in lovely Bursa

This is great value for the money, 20$CAD. The reception was even kind enough to offer me their cell phone to try and settle and issue I was having with the rental car company. When I tried to pay them for the assistance they refused and whenever I waited in the lobby they offered me tea for free. Great hotel. Walking distance from all the main attractions.
