Very pushy staff. We had what was supposed to be a tour of the hotel with the idea of seeing their facilities so we can consider booking a room/suite for our stay. We were hugely impressed by the suites and penthouse and actually considered booking the penthouse for 2 nights while we were here and for the full duration of our next holiday to Dubai. Then it turned out to be a very pushy sales pitch. Where we were constantly asked our budget to buy a membership with them which would give us 'discounted' rooms. To make it worth our while they also wanted US to sell THEIR rooms to friends and family for a profit through the membership. To try and get out we said our budget was only £5000 and we can't afford membership. The manager came out and surprisingly membership was £4500! Then we said no not affordable, we have £5000 and can't spend it all, the price immediately went down to £2500. I have a family member who would have been very interested as he already has various successful investments in Dubai, but the very pushy sales tactic - especially the fact it was disguised under a guided tour of the hotel to show their facilities so we can consider booking means I will not be considering this for myself or any friends or family. If they had been honest and transparent, I would have done my research and probably gone with it. Oh and they told us we have to make a decision there and then and make payment as its a one time offer... when we finally managed to walk out (4 hours later) we were given the relevant paperwork and told to have a think about it as we can purchase at any time. No thanks.

The hotel was very clean, the pool area was great, the room was large and we've had a great view of the city center over the water. We've spend several evenings in the 44 sports bar at the top floor which was fun with great bartenders. I've eaten at Ribs and Brews and that was great as well. Overall we've had a great time at this hotel. The reception didn't feel like a Hilton should feel. The receptionist wasn't really friendly or interested, I do think that even the manager noticed, because he came over and tried to take over from the receptionist. But when we went to the reception a few day's later for a question, we had the same mediocre experience. But all the other staff were really friendly.

I stayed for 3 nights in this old building hotel. Unfortunately the inside of the hotel had a different look as it gives off the outside. The service is average. The front desk doesn't pick up calls often. The food and restaurant are below average. The hotel lacks five star capabilities when compared to the Hilton brand name. The site is very difficult and crowded. The staff at the front desk are very slow and incompetent. It is better to do your tasks by calling 0 and asking for Ashura who can solve many problems better than other employees. I do not include this hotel in my future plans when visiting Dubai.

We have been staying here several times and I have to say we love the hotel and every time the service gets better and better! The quality of the breakfast is superb now, compliments to the chef the pastries and bread are much much better than few months back! Orange juice tasted like proper natural orange juice and omg the pancakes 🤩 the f&b supervisor was so attentive and even the chef could not prepare a poached egg he followed up and found us and made sure we got one, considering how huge is the place we were pleasantly surprised of this attentive service! Thank you 😊

The entrance is so small which causes a long waiting on the street around the hotel. Also the waiting to receive your car from the valet a bit long. Other than that the rooms and reception area are fine. Nice location but not organized the entering and exiting the hotel.

It was my first time in Dubai, and I wanted everything to be perfect. I found the structure even more excellent than what I could expect. I stayed five nights with my husband for our leisure and everything was amazing. beautiful location, luxurious structure, efficient and professional staff and excellent food in the various restaurants that the hotel offers. I would recommend “Ribs ad Crews” in which we found exceptional meat / steak house and wonderful waiters and service. Thanks for your kindness and efficiency. I would also give a special thanks to all the employee working outside and indoor as concierge and welcome team. Everybody demonstrates great professional skills, kindness and proactiveness in help us to solve or to suggest the best. an unforgettable stay that I would recommend to anyone. if i were to go back to Dubai I would have no doubt. thank you for making this trip unforgettable. - bedsheets where dirty with stains (was not changed regularly) - at some day I return to the room leaving early morning and coming back afternoon and the room is not yet cleaned - towels were not replaced fully - room had cooking odor all the time and floor as well “seemed like cooking exhaust was in the room” - managers handled situation very badly and inconveniently, it took them 3 days to change the room (they do it listen to the problem I emphasized several times that) - after changing room odor problem was better - no turndown service (I have to request for it every time) - laundry service was always late 2-3 days to return laundry - items from laundry were missing some got located and received 3 days after checkout - some laundry items are still missing and still not located until today with is almost 8 days from checkout day. (Search is still in process unfortunately I have to follow up as well) - valet time is so long over 20-25 minutes to get the car - overall it’s the worst experience in what’s suppose to be a 5 star hotel! - nothing was up to a 5 star standard in this hotel.

It was an okay experience. The safety is great where you can't use the elevators without your key card. The cafe's fruit and strawberry tarts were delicious. However, the housekeeping services were supbar. They were only replacing the items that were running low. I noticed they never swept the carpet, never dusted the surfaces of the tables or the soap trays. They didn't change the bed sheets except when I requested it. The coffee machine wasn't clean. The fridge at some point broke and started leaking water over my food and I had to throw all of it out. The AC Vents looked like they haven't been cleaned in quite some time and it wasn't cooling even at 16. When I called Maintenance for both they were quick though. The room was in the non-smoker wings, however a couple of days into my stay the bathroom started heavily smelling like cigarette smoke (my sister is asthmatic!). Overall, aside from the mentioned above it was fine.

One of the best hotel in Dubai. Excellent amenities and services. Very helpful staff. The room is specious and clean. Housekeeping is excellent. I suggest to make the front desk location in the front of the entrance. The current front desk is to the side and smaller than the concierge

Lovely, very attentive personnel, amazing views and variety of amenities (gym, hair salon, spa, pool, 3 functioning elevators). Everything was really clean and they fixed up our room everyday ! People in the lobby were nice and kind. Meals on the buffet were good (8/10) and had vegan options, always with someone cleaning and keeping the space in order. Only thing I didn’t love was that the room key got locked twice but they always had a good attitude to fix it immediately! Very close to everything ! Would definitely go back ♥️

Very friendly staff, we were there for 5 days,they upgraded my room to a junior suite and the breakfast was fully included being a diamond member but we loved the food, my mom loved the staff members and their hospitality plus we also enjoyed the happy hour every for the guests. Highly recommend for everyone. I just loved this place to stay, I am definitely staying here when again in Dubai😁

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City Hotel I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City Hotel and I must say it was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The level of incompetence and rudeness displayed by the staff was truly appalling. Firstly, my luggage arrived at my room a staggering two hours late. When I approached the staff to inquire about its whereabouts, they displayed a complete lack of concern and professionalism. They simply claimed to have no knowledge of its location, while in reality, my luggage was left neglected beside the main door of the hotel. It was clear that they were too lazy to even check for it. To make matters worse, the breakfast I ordered was an hour late and completely unacceptable. I specifically requested a well-done Benedict, but what arrived was a runny mess. When I called the dining department to inform them about the issue, their response was shockingly rude. Instead of offering a solution or apology, they responded with a dismissive "What should we do now?" in an incredibly disrespectful manner. Overall, my stay at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City Hotel was marred by the unprofessionalism, incompetence, and rudeness of the staff. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value basic courtesy and efficiency. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

The Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City is a great hotel along the bank of Dubai Creek in the Business Bay district. The stay at this hotel was an experience in its self. We received a warm welcome from the valet staff upon arrival, who got our bags out of the car and to our room quickly. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly, even at 1 o'clock in the morning. We welcomed and promptly checked in. Our accommodations were clean and the housekeeping was great. The hosts and hostesses in the executive lounge were courteous and attentive. When asking for directions within the hotel or the neighboring hotel, V, we were taken to where we were trying to get to instead of just being told and directed. Kudos to Tony Besener for the kind welcome card and fruit in our room. We interacted with so many employees, I can't recall all of their names. Just know there's a winning team at work here.

It’s a nice hotel but the bathroom is old and the towels are so old and used like million times? We asked for it to be changed but the same was provided, old and shabby!! For a five stars hotel, we would expect better quality. Staff were helpful thu and welcoming.

Clean, well maintained and prestigious ambiance. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely views from my room at least on the 32nd floor. Free daily shuttle service to the Beach at Grand Habtoor a huge plus. Nice restaurant selections, esp as it's linked to the V and Habtoor PALACE. Main restaurant buffet had a wide variety of local and international fare. Awesome pathway along creek for morning jog. Easy bike rental also by that path, just pay and go. Great overall experience. Also great SPA and salon service.

Recently stayed at this hotel for three nights. We arrived midday from London but our room was not ready which was a bit of a disappointment, however Ravi took care of this without any issue and we were soon unpacking. The hotel is well placed and the rooms are really nice. We had a city view which was really special. The buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel itself is very busy but we found that the staff there were always happy to help. Special mention to Joy at the front desk and also to Linda - both of whom were really kind to us. Found it a little sad that some of the guests in the hotel are rather rude to the staff which I personally found offensive. Not a hotel issue just people!

I’m a Hilton Diamond member, and have stayed at this property twice between October 2021 and January 2022. The front desk staff and the duty manager have always been very helpful. I was given warm welcome and attention as a diamond member, and all my requests including late checkout were taken care of. I also received a suite room upgrade. The hotel has several dining and entertainment options, and a new executive lounge for diamond members. The hotel is connected to the other two Hilton properties and there’s great choice of restaurants. Thank you for the hospitality.

Was very happy in this hotel. It was clean, nice staff, and the pool area was lovely. The only negative comment is they should enforce the adult/lap pool rules and not let young children into all of the pools. Also they allowed people to 'reserve' sun beds for hours with their towels which is simply not fair. Check in was a painfully slow experience at 2am, with long queues. Otherwise would definitely stay again.

Great Cigar shop called The Leaf Master. It's probably the best in town. Had cocktails in the bar on the ground floor that were okay. The service was great, especially Laura, a waitress from Malawi. The location is a bit wonky to get to, but it's worth it.

I had very pleasant stay last week at this venue. Service was very nice, food was fine, pool area very clean and comfortable. But, i didn’t like your lounge on 44 floor and the restaurant; i don’t like this style. My experience at the Habtoor hotel is terrible for the simple reason of opening the safe and extracting money. When I informed the staff, they told me that they were going to check the cameras and tell me throughout the morning. When I returned later I asked them if they had any news, quite arrogantly they answered no. There I decided to call the police directly and they are following the case.

Had a great experience. Noor from the travel desk was so helpful and responsive, Mukisa, Enam, and Andre were very helpful and super quick with helping us with bags and getting our car, loading it up. All the staff were so friendly and thoughtful and ready to help. We needed a band aid in the hotel room and the security folks came over and helped within minutes. We stayed for a few days and lots of different staff were there to help us. Ashura and Viola were very kind also. That is the main differentiator here - lovely staff who are always smiling and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay the service was very attentive. The cleaning staff impeccable. About the only improvement that I would suggest would be that the windows needed a good cleaning on the outside.

The room was comfortable and cosy. I really enjoyed the time I had at the hotel. Hotel has a restaurant where you can have a drink. Additionally, the staff was friendly, helpful and cheerful. When I asked for a late check-out, they extended my check out time to 2pm which was very helpful for me.

Stayed at this hotel with my husband and 2 children from October 8- October 13. Magnificent hotel with very courteous, friendly and alert staff. The views from the room were breathtaking. Breakfast was great with selection of continental, Indian, Greek, Arabic cuisines.

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel. Service teams are great and helpful. My room is very large and good for even 3 people. Hotel is generally quiet and so close the metro.

The check-in with Pho was amazing. She's very kind and efficient. We got a room facing Burj Khalifa and it's very nice, the room quite spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast is huge and there's a lot of selection. Arabic, Indian, Asian, and there's a lot more.. it's more than enough for a breakfast. Overall my experience is great

Great experience at the Al Habtoor City Hotel. The staff can never do enough for you. Perfect for couples as the pools pretty much only had adults in them. Pool area rarely busy so always got the perfect spot. Breakfast was great and the one time I used the gym it ticked the box. Location is potentially the only draw back, taxi everywhere is a requirement. The view from the room isn't bad either.

Highly functional hotel, in good, western city location, also close to Jumeirah Beach. Very attentive and helpful staff. Two suite bedroom is very spacious. Brew and Ribs bar and restaurant is very pleasant: fantastic staff. Front desk staff are super-helpful.

This is a very busy hotel. I enjoyed the beautiful view from 36 floor and the room was large. I stayed here twice and the reason for me coming again was the hospitality of the staff. One of the best staff here was Ali khalaf he has  a professional, cooperative, supportive attitude. And when it comes to hospitality he's the best, he was providing all services needed without any hesitation. And makes this hotel feels like home for me. He took my experience in this hotel to the next level and he's reason why this hotel will be the only option to saty in Dubai next time.

Spacious business hotel, with large clean rooms and very helpful staff. Well positioned at the west end of the city and close to Jumeirah Beach. Two bedroom suites are excellent value.

Rooms service needs improvement with attention to details, like the room was booked for two but only one bathrobe was available, only one teaspoon, and so on... Pool area has not enough sun beds to accommodate all the guests. Cold water is not really cold. Very clean, comfy beds and carpets.

The hotel location is great in downtown near by many places and hotel room is very nice and decor style as well as service, just some months in hotel lobby is really busy seems like many guests are there for exhibition, convention, hotel more likely like business purpose not vacation purposes. The facilities are good few restaurants and in room dining menu the food is not quiet delicious. I better recommend you order from outside

A very nice property. Spacious rooms with a really nice view, the location is very good. They offer a complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall and to another hotel at the beach so even staying in the city center I could enjoy the beach. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

We spent very good time. Almost everything was good not a perfection but so far satisfying, the room was nice and the view is exceptional. The bathroom is 5 stars. The breakfast I didn't want to finish but I got full quickly 😅. The pools are nice good kids clup and awesome gym.

Amazing room with great views. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Hotel in itself is beautiful, so are all the amenities. While it might be a 5 stat hotel though, it feels more like a 4 star one. Breakfast is overcrowded. If you want to enjoy it you have to get up very early (be there 7-8am; not the most convenient thing during a vacation). Same goes for the pool. It’s a bit poorly managed because other hotel guests get up early (probably to be on time for the breakfast haha) and place their towels. So by 9:30-10ish no chance you will get a slot. Also, our room was opened twice by other hotel guests while we were there (maybe even more often while we were out 😅) - definitely not a 5star hotel experience. So use the provided safe for your belongings just in case. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and neat stay, I’ve spent 4 days in Dubai and I loved the location loved the staff. My only point that want this hotel to improve is to wash the carpet it look a bit old but no bad smiles at all. Thank you for that wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel with amazing rooms, adequate variety of food. Taxi's readily available although access to the metro is a bit hectic, you have to take a 7-10 minute ride (depending on the traffic flow) to get to the nearest metro station.

Great location in business bay 10 minutes by car to dubai mall, variety of stores and restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are very clean, however the AC was not that good. Staff are very friendly, I loved their attitude, definitely coming back again

This was our second stay in less than a year. We visited with our 5.5yo son and a 1yo baby. We booked a twin room, which was very spacious and accommodating. We came back to this hotel for our family vacation, and we truly couldn't think of any other hotel to book. The rooms were super clean, staff was extremely kind and helpful, children center was fully equipped and sterilized, and breakfast was great. The valet is super efficient and kind, and the concierge were super helpful. Pools are great and there's also a great kids pool with a water slide, which our older son really enjoyed! We even got 2 complimentary tickets for the "La Perle" show. I highly recommend this hotel!

Of course Hilton is a very good hotel, for example very good breakfast, rooms equipped with the newest technologies, but . . . but measured against the high price you pay you also evaluate against the highest standards...breakfast better to go early because at about 8.30 it is much too busy, standing in lines for your food, I personally could not even find where the tea was (it was definitely not on same place as day before). The rooms have new things such as a clock via which you can wireless charge your phone. But the result is that the clock does not work and gives totally wrong time. Shower buttons beautiful but it takes some time to find basic hot and cold. For the rest I enjoyed the hotel very much. Beautiful round bath

Loved our stay here this month. Amazing rooms, friendly staff and great location. The pool area is lovely also and lots of bars and restaurants either in hotel or close by. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for our short stay in Dubai

The Al Habtoor City Hilton is a large hotel with amazing rooms, highly attentive staff and in the perfect location This is my 4th stay at this Hotel and every year I always rebook. The treatment of Diamond Hilton Honour guests is staggering, the Hotels generosity such as Suite upgrades is outstanding and it makes you feel very valued. A separate area in the breakfast restaurant allows for a peaceful sitting and some one to one service. I always find the staff at this hotel some of the best in the World. Everyone speaks, everyone is kind and helpful and everyone smiles which is the most important A must stay when in Dubai

Hilton Al Habtoor is absolutely exceptional. I come here every time I go on R&R and will continue to do so. They offer exceptional service, the staff are so friendly and helpful – nothing is a bother. In particular, Gerardo is a staff member I would like to make special mention of – he helped me with medicine I was transporting that needed to be kept under special conditions. He went above and beyond to ensure the medicine was kept safe and at the right temperature. I really appreciate his concern, kindness and generosity in this matter. I also want to thank the staff at V who were key in helping with the medicine as well. I cannot recommend Hilton Al Habtoor highly enough, not only are the staff the best, but the beds are comfortable, the food is great, the restaurants/spas/salons are very close making the location superb and of course the service is absolutely perfect. Thank you Hilton Al Habtoor and all the staff!

Hotel was well cleaned and rooms are quiet big which is good for family and couples. We only stay for one night and we enjoyed the facilities. Yogesh, Katrina and Joseph was very friendly and accommodating in the lobby.

Being a Hilton Honours member this hotel was booked directly and has issues with customer service from the start. This hotel requires payment upfront and this generally is not the case with Hilton, a payment link is as sent to my email which ended up in the junk folder and booking was cancelled as no payment made was a bit annoyed as the new booking ended up costing more as promo had finished. As a family of 5 (2A 3C 12,10 and 4) I decided to pay for extra for interconnecting rooms so this was guaranteed on arrival instead of booking 2 separate rooms and then requesting interconnecting if available. Once paid and confirmed my booking got changed from one booking number to two when questioned I kept getting told interconnecting rooms are subject to availability and the hotel staff didn’t understand via email that I had paid has higher price for interconnecting rooms and my booking confirmation was for interconnecting finally someone from the hotel confirmed that the rooms would be guaranteed. So just be aware when booking that your rooms are not changed and confirm availability on arrival our rooms were together and a very good size. Double sinks in bathrooms and very good size beds. Room AC was a let down as the rooms had a damp feeling and couldn’t get the AC regulating at a higher temp. The Wi-Fi was also very poor and kept dropping out not ideal if your not roaming and dependant on the Wi-Fi. Main Bedroom has a king bed with desk and chairs large double bathroom with tub and separate shower. The interconnected room had double beds again with a large bathroom. We had breakfast included and the spread was very good from a choice of continental to Asian, fresh fruit and choice of pastries. Plenty of choice for any family to enjoy. All the normal facilities available at this hotel including 3 pools and a kids pool which has a small slide and play area. Throughly enjoyed by the family on our short stay. Taxi to Dubai mall would cost around 20AED and 10 mins same again if visiting the Jumeirah area so very central between the 2 spots but very quite at night so best of both. Would certainly visit again but the hotel must sort the communication and booking process as this is the one reason the review is 4 stars. Also upgrade the Wi-Fi and the rooms need a some work doing as the bathrooms etc have started looking warm down. Mouldy grout and cracking of grout on tiles. Stained areas of worktops. Sockets were not working and had burnt out and clearly visible but again this needs sorting for a 5* hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to get some activities done at the mall for the kids but your not paying the high prices of staying near the mall/burj Khalifa. But very accessible via a taxi.
