We loved this place with family. Indeed an eye for details. Enjoyed the bungalow with open kitchen, bunk bed and outdoor bath. Kids didn’t want to leave

I really enjoyed my stay-the room and the grounds are so beautiful. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The free laundry service, pool area and free bikes were welcomed extras! The location is a bit of a walk (about 20 min) from the main beach and town area but there are great coffee shops and beaches nearby too.

The Sunseeker is a little slice of heaven, a garden oasis a few minutes walk from central Byron Bay. ☀️It was the perfect blend of a peaceful retreat and easy access to the vibrant energy of the town. The rooms are spacious, well appointed with modern interior style and also impeccably clean. There are ample amenities to facilitate your stay including filtered water, ice, in room kitchen which includes hot plate, fridge, kettle and plenty of utensils. They also have a thoughtful waste system that includes compost and recycling options 🍃 The staff were kind and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with anything I needed. Also great drinks at the pool side bar! 🍹 Staying at The Sunseeker was a true escape from the ordinary. It provided a welcome blend of relaxation and hospitality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We researched and reviewed every place in and around Byron before landing on The Sunseeker. Best decision of the trip that we made! If you’re on the search path as well, look no further. The Sunseeker is hands down the best accomodation we’ve stayed in, both in Australia and abroad. Feels like you’re staying with family and friends. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the staff constantly went above and beyond to ensure our stay and trip to Byron was a great one. The room, simply put….AMAZING!! As soon as you walk in it’s shoes off and holiday mode on. Almost feels like you’ve been taken away to a beach resort destination in Mexico or a bungalow in California. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is also provided for too. This is first time I’ve stayed somewhere where the toaster and kettle were both cleaner than my own…and that’s saying something cause I love to clean! The pool, the bar, the library, the gardens, the playground in the back for kids…The Sunseeker has it all. It’s also a good distance out of town you fee like you can unwind and be away from the late night shenanigans, while being close enough you can easily stroll down whenever you feel like it. Thank you to all the staff at The Sunseeker, we loved our stay and we’ll be returning soon. Oh, and if you do decide to stay there, enjoy your freshly brewed morning coffee from the coffee cart out front…perfection!!!

The vibes are very cool and laidback. I enjoyed excellent margaritas by the pool. A pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

I honestly can’t think of a single reason to rate lower than 5 starts. The atmosphere is amazing, the motel style and decoration is mind blowing and everything just fits the perfect old school holiday motel picture. The amazing staff is the cherry on the cake. This is a no brainer if you’re still looking for a place to stay in Byron.

Stunning motel with great service, clean and spacious rooms, and good amenities (e.g. surf boards, electric bikes). The decor is beautiful throughout and the staff went above and beyond during our stay here. We loved every minute.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a family room with a toddler and couldn’t enjoy the experience more. The rooms and amenities are so beautifully designed, they have everything you need and the vibe is relaxed and more like a retreat than a motel. The service was fabulous and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Byron.

I stayed here for five nights with my boo and it was divine! Super helpful, approachable staff, stunning decor and aesthetic throughout, location suited us as we were driving, it’s a nice short bike ride or drive to Byron main beach. It has a sleepy vibe and the gorgeous kidney pool is a really lovely sun-kissed haven with a sleepy vibe. It is a motel style place meaning there’s no dining on site but there’s a sweet coffee cart out the front where we would get a morning cuppa. Tom and Cat were really friendly and up for a morning chat whilst they made me a flat white and you could tell all the staff enjoyed working there and were happy to help out. Opening hours of the reception and pool/bar area are quite limited at 9-5 but that wasn’t an issue for us. Honestly the vibe and artistic design of the place really sets it apart if looks are important to you you’ll love staying here. Surf boards and bicycles are available for free, and they have two electric bikes available for hire which were very cool. 24 hour complimentary laundry room came in handy for us as did the free car parking. Highly recommend this place!

The Sunseeker were incredible to deal with from the first point of contact when asking a question about my booking, to arrival, the stay and the departure. I couldn't recommend Sunseeker enough. Their staff are all incredibly friendly, considerate and went out of their way to ensure my friends and I had a pleasant stay. If you get a chance to stay in the Bungalow, you won't regret it! The outdoor bath was probably the highlight. We loved the sustainability and environmentally conscious thoughts put into the accommodation too. The design, furniture and styling was all superb! Absolutely loved seeing a mustard leather Togo in the reception area. I will definitely be back, and I've already told all my friends about our stay. Thanks The Sunseeker! ☀️
