    I consider their customer service absolutely abominable. You go to a private clinic in order to get away from the mess of the public system but end up with the same favoritism towardas friends and aquaintences. While waiting for my CT they literally cut their froend in front af me without even appolagising afterwards when called on it.

    Service is appalling. Reception is rude. You come in with someone and they make you wait outside. As in outside in the rain or snow. Access is allowed only to patients. Probably to save money on having a proper reception space.

A price communicated by telephone, another higher price on the spot. Because of this, the partial payment by card and the difference with cash were desired. Answer received: This is not possible !!! As you are not the only one in Romania who uses a cash register, I am inclined to believe that the cashier does not know all its functions and not the fact that she simply did not want to collect with a card and cash. However, the way you treat your customers is unacceptable (I mean the sales part, not the medical part)! (Original) Scriu in numele mamei mele care nu are e-mail, dar a "patit-o" azi la un CT. Programare facuta pt 1 martie, dar la fata locului i se spune sa revina in ziua urmatoare! Un pret comunicat telefonic, alt pret mai mare la fata locului. Din aceasta cauza s-a dorit plata partiala cu card si diferenta cu numerar. Raspunsul primit: Nu se poate asa ceva !!! Cum nu sunteti singurii in Romania care folositi o casa de marcat, inclin sa cred ca d-na casiera nu stie toate functiunile acesteia si nu faptul ca pur si simplu nu a dorit sa incaseze cu card si numerar. Oricum e inacceptabil modul in care va tratati clientii (ma refer la partea de vanzari, nu la cea medicala)!

    RIP-OFF PRICES RESULTS IN 3-4 DAYS (Asked if i can speak to or email a Manager. I was told by receptionist “we are the manager” - WHAT A JOKE !! VERY BASIC SERVICE ALTOGETHER and USELESS. GO ELSEWHERE FOR SAME DAY SERVICE AND A VALUED , RESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE !! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO stars if I COULD. This experience today made me feel like a piece of junk! No wonder why their rating is 3* … hopefully soon will go down to 1 !!!🤞🏽🤞🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 You won’t survive long enough to prove you CAN deliver great service!

    Str. Republicii Clinic Very friendly staff and super helpfull with everything that you guys might need! I would highly recommend and prices not to bad! 👍🤝👏

Stai 15 minute la recepție fără să fie cineva in fața ta. Asistentul de la analize de sânge se lasă așteptat și se plimbă așa de lent ca și cum ar fi la plimbare în parc. Ultima dată era o asistentă care a fost mult mai drăguță, implicată, eficientă și se și pricepe. Fiecare dată îmi promit că nu o să mai apelez la serviciile lor doar că e foarte aproape și tot timpul uit de promisiune.

Doctorul bunicii mele a vb cu recepționera și au stabilit la prețul de 625 de lei iar când trebuia să plătim au spus 725 de lei sub pretextul că au mai adăugat ceva la CT (ceea ce nu era indicat căci pe foaia medicului scrie foarte clar ce trebuia sa facă). Foarte urât din partea voastră să faceți acest lucru mârșav (stabiliți prețul la programare iar la plată mai puneți încă un plus fără nici un motiv). SĂ VĂ FIE RUȘINE!!! PS.     for any decent client services, respected appointments or professional services, go elswere. i’m with pain killers 6 hours after they took a blood sample and the wound looks like in the photo. the worse ever experience at a private clinic. ever.
