This place is really good and cooling to chill out. I’m not one who go to pubs or clubs much but enjoyed my time here. Here’s the cool thing. If you use grab, make sure to use the promo code ‘HEINEKEN’ to get 50K off your ride to and from here. It’s still valid as of this review, and it’s apparently an initiative between grab, heineken and the vietnam government to deter drink driving. Use this code if you are in the area! There’s also happy hour before 8 pm where drinks are 50% off, and certain food only at 100k. Promotion is still valid as of this review too.

I've been to Glow numerous times late night, but have only started going early evening for happy hour. Staff is very friendly and I usually saw somebody closeby in case we needed anything. Both signature and classic cocktails are great, and I think they are some of the best in Saigon. Drinks are half off during happy hour (everyday from 5 to 8 PM) with several bar snacks for 100,000 VND. The view is also great, particularly for sunset. If going late night, there is also the Play nightclub right underneath.

For a place that makes good drinks and has a nice view this place is unreasonable and inflexible in its policy towards non-bottle customers - they had us stand while tables were so empty at 11pm on a Wednesday. Drinks take forever to make. And the music is just so typically annoying.

Like some other rooftop bars in Saigon, though, the music is a bit loud early in the evening, especially since noone was dancing when I was there - most people seemed to just want to have a relaxing drink and chat with friends, but the (bad) music was very loud.
