Food is not really good. Everything looks dirty. Three floors but small and bad infrastructure. Elevator for staff only.

The Chicken is Fresh and sweet taste. My children love place and food here.

There's not much you can expect here besides Western style fast food with a hint of Asian culture. The lunch special is decent and the amount of food I got was pitiful. At least the rice wasn't too dry and the chicken tenders weren't cold. If you're really craving fried chicken, then this would be the place, but don't bother to get anything else that isn't fried chicken. The dining area is cleaned and well maintained, but the service could be better.

The fish sauce fried chicken and the fish nuggets are delicious. They had a special giving out free sandals with a combo meal. I like their mashed potatoes, but my wife (Vietnamese) didn't appreciate them. Popeye's in Vietnam is a bit different than in America, with regional flavors, but still very good.

The food was alright service was great the girl who served the food had good customer service skills. The combos are mediocre didn't see a combo that really peaked my interest.

The place is easy to find and large enough but not high enough for many people (low ceiling). I tried the combo meal with rice, mashed potatoes and fried chicken (not spicy). The chicken tastes really good from even the outer shell to the inner meat. Not really salty or spicy, and the way it crumbles in your mouth was perfect. The rice and potato still left much to be desired. As the sauce that came with wasn't enough for the former while being plentiful for the latter. One more thing, they have free soft drink refill as long as you pay for the initial cup. My meal was 50,000 VND (around 2 USD) and it still leaves me wanting more.

The restroom was a little bit run down. The food was alright for the price. Spacy and quiet. Needs some maintainance.

In my opinon, Popeyes chicken have better quality than Texas, the fries also very crispy and tasty.

Come here quite often as I work nearby but, as I'm carrying a heavy backpack and two bags the staff told me to wait for the food to bring it up. The customer service treatment is poor. A woman in a grey shirt/manager spoke to me. Maybe I'll find a new place to rest before work now unfortunately.

Good that they have many flavours and combo. Buy 1 get 1 free every Wednesday and many other promotion program. Free refill beverages. The down point is most of the dishes have too much chilli, too few choices for who don't like chilli.

Lots of people would book Grabfood to take away rather than enjoy the meal at the spot so the queue may be quite long
