    I love Chick fil a, but this new ordering process sucks. The mobile ordering and waiting in this line is slow. I used to be able to order come right to the restaurant, and my food is ready. Yet I'm waiting in line with my order, but I'm 5 cars back, so I can't pull off. 😩 so now I get home and my food is cold. I guess they spoiled me way too long! And the regular drive thru orders are moving quicker. This is the 2nd time in a week. I'm not sure I like this.

    The way the two car lines that merge into the drive through need to be restructured immediately. At the point where the two lines merge, people do not take turns and often ride the bumper (often within inches) of the car in front of them to not let the other line's vehicle in. I have personally had someone get out of their car and curse me out and have had multiple instances where cars have almost hit me. I have a friend that told me they had someone flash a gun at them in this situation. The fact that management hasn't done something about this safety issue is beyond me. It has been reported to them multiple times by myself and others with no reply. The issue could be easily fixed with a curb (or correctly placed traffic cones) and signs. Fix the problem before someone does something stupid or someone's vehicle gets damaged.

    This is why I've stopped coming to Chick-fil-A because lately my order is ALWAYS wrong!!! Twice in a row I've asked for a GRILLED chicken sandwich and got a regular chicken sandwich!! For one, you need to start back allowing customers to pull up to the menu to actually see what they order for themselves because these workers are clearly putting the wrong order down!!! Everybody doesn't eat here 24/7 and know the menu by heart. To clarify this time, I SPECIFICALLY asked for a GRILLED chicken sandwich, still didn't get it!!!!!! About to start checking my order from here too if I decide to come back.

    Getwell location… mobile drive thru never has a line. Takes to much time to get through the regular order line, now you got kids making change in the line on top of trying to hold a tablet. How long before one gets robbed at night, to much going on for the drive through. They are doing a good job it’s the ones that are handing out the food that really take so long.

    Visited this location for breakfast. Ordered two scramble bowls, spicy chicken and no meat. We were asked at the window to pull into a parking spot where we waited about 15 min. Once I got my food one bowl had no cheese in it and the other bowl had 4 tots thrown on top. Our food was also room temperature. When talking to the manager she offered two free bowls on the app after I asked for a full refund and that I would bring the food back.

    Come here all the time and decided to try the breakfast bowl. Got it with grill chicken. Pretty good. Great if you’re on a small portion diet.

    3 different Chic-fil-a in 3 months and still have not got to enjoy a sandwich. I am attaching photos to show this looks like a floured fillet on what was supposed to be a gluten free sandwich. I gave it away and scrambled me some eggs.

    The service is not what it used to be. Food is still great. I believe they have too much going on and not enough people to run it. The line goes very slow now. They should stick to what they were doing. Even though Covid the line went faster and it was always a pleasure to serve. Not as much now.

    Come on now do I really have to tell you about chicken Fil A 😊. The consistency of great service and order accuracy is unmatched. They always know when J Butta is pulling up 😁. I give them a 10 out of 10. To leave this review was my pleasure 👌🏾

    I placed an order in the drive thru and got home just to notice that I did not receive all of the items in my order. I spoke with the manager who told me that I could come back and it would be corrected. When I arrived back, instead of them bringing me my missing item or allowing me to come in for my order I was made to get in the drive thru line again and wait again. Once in the drive thru line I had to tell three other workers what my missing order was before finally getting it.. Needless to say I was highly upset! Very unprofessional and the manager was even laughing when he answered the phone and offered nothing for my inconvenience . Big difference in the morning and evening shift.

    While it was super busy it was fast and yummy. There were constantly workers going around to all the tables and grabbing trays and refilling drinks. Everyone was super nice

    If I could've given more than 5 stars I would. The employees are professional, very friendly, and act like they enjoy working there. On top of that 80 percent of employees are young and look like they're still in high school. It's great that this establishment hires these kids, it's giving the kids the opportunity to grow and see how work / Life experience is like. By juggling the responsibility given to them from their schools and employment as young men and women. I know some of these kids and I see how much it has matured them and the Respect I get from these kids, they are very respectful it's hard to find kids their age, especially in the times we are living in now. Chick fil la on Getwell in Southaven and the One OB are two of my favorites to go to in the Mid-south Memphis/Miss area. Very clean and the food, well the line around the drive thu just shows that everybody loves their food. Thanks

    The staff here are so kind and helpful and polite, they all need raises because they go out there way just to make your trip to this chick fil A a enjoyable one, always smiling and will tell you have a blessed ride to your destination! Which is much appreciated! But mostly all the chick fil A’s locations staff are some of the greatest people on earth! Keep it up Chick Fil A chains

    Stopped by to get something to take home for lunch. Drive thru was super busy so I decided to go in to order. Wait time wasn't bad at all. Nuggets were delicious as always. I also took home a Cobb salad for my husband to take to work the next day. He really enjoyed it. The girl that took my order seemed really distracted, didn't really look me in the eye, kept looking over my shoulder into the dining area, but, oh well. I love the Nuggets.

    Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. I love the cob salad with avocado lime ranch dressing, the chicken nuggets are delicious, and the lemonade tastes freshly made.

    Purchased a chicken market salad and tortilla soup. I've never had a bad experience eating a Chick-fil-A salad. I was crunching on dirt granules. Had to stop eating half way though. Also, I wonder when they added white beans to tortilla soup???? Like I said, never had a bad Chick-Fil-A in my life. I'm a 54 y.o. That raised 3 daughters with whom absolutely adored Chick-Fil-A. Definitely will not be back to this location EVER! Sad...if you look close at the pic....you can see the sand in articles....very disappointing!!!

    Yes yes yes this food has always been fie🔥. We need our chicken on Sundays fam. Y'all aren't closed on Halloween. That's a pagan holiday. Jesus🕊️ will soon the reason for the season. Bet.     Friendly workers pleasant atmosphere. The only thing I could say bad is, they had one too many flies in the restaurant probably due to construction outside the restaurant. Other than that I would definitely revisit.

    $20 and NONE of it was good, not even the shake. Yes, I was being greedy! The fries were undercooked and cold, the grilled chicken sandwich was just gross, the first strawberry shake had mint in it (too lazy to just get another cup I suppose) and the second had so much strawberry syrup it wasn't edible. People will try and hit your car to get in here and I can't find a single reason why. It's all bad. And there's no real way to tell them directly.

    Looked like one of the managers was seated next to us doing on the phone interviews during our entire meal...that was very rude... the food was good but the manager made our inside dining unpleasant with all the phone redic...she could have at the least gotten in a corner spot instead right up front...I guess she needed to be seen.

    I visited the Southaven location on 9/11/22 and sat in drive thru for a significate amount of time only for them to get my order wrong. I go into the location and request a refund and had to stood there and watched as individuals posing as managers go back and forth about giving me my money back. VERY POOR SERVICE

    Terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes inside. Waitwd another 20 minutes at the table. Repeatedly had poor service here. Owner no where to be seen. Never seen him. Living off Chic-fil A instead of living the Chic-fil A life. Fix it owner...you hurting a wonderful business with your laziness.

    Really what can I say, it’s Chick-fil-A. 😊 As always customer service is top notch/number one. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their face even while working in hot temperatures. Food is always amazing hot and fresh. If you’ve never ate at Chick-fil-A definitely give it a try. ((I’ll post pictures later.))

    Worst Chick-fil-A in the area. Food is mediocre, not up to same standard as other stores. Not as fresh? Cooking temp off a few degrees? Not sure exactly what it is. Order is off a quarter of the time(wrong drink,missing sauce, etc). Never big stuff but still not what I asked for. Staff is actually great. Very polite, friendly, professional. Some extra attention to details would get this location the last 10%. As of this review, I'll not be coming back to this location. The place isn't bad. But I can get to other locations just as easy and their just a bit better. I wouldn't refuse to go here though if I was out with friends.
