👍👍 Laid back restaurant that serves super tasty flammkuchen. Bit like a pizza but with a ultra light and crispy puff pasty base topped with crème fraiche and other yummy things. Worth a try and good value too. People often mention price,

Delicious salad and perfect Flammkuchen. The vegan option "Volksvegan" is super tasty. The service was very kind and fast. L'Alsacien Republique is definitely one of my Paris favorites. Strongly recommended.

Don’t stop reading because of the crazy word. This place has incredible Flammekueches! To the lay person, these are like thin pizzas made on croissant bread with a soft cheese— and you need to eat one!! Absolutely delicious. They are easy to eat! They are a decent size but a grown man can eat two. They are meant to be ordered and shared but we all ordered two rounds of the Flammekueches! The staff were super friendly as well!

Really good food, portions and fair price! Never tried before but it's delicious. Just book your table in advance or you will need to eat in a small high table(doesn't matter if restaurant is empty). Place is cozy and service really kind. We definitely recommend!! PD: check profiteroles as well.you won't regret it.

We were a group of 8. Some of us did not speak French and the waiter explained everything in perfect English. For a group of 8 we got the group menu in which we got to try each and every kind of tarte. We also got good alsacian wine and beer. Food was delicious and The price was very low. Perfect.

Absolute Recommendation! Beside all the asian cuise around you get some real Alsacien tarte here! The staff is young and friendly and the dishes really taste. After two sour/piquante ones we were recommended one with goat cheese, honey and apple which was a perfect finish: kind of a dessert but not too sweet - perfect. Be prepared to get food yourself at the counter when the beeper rings.

Delicious food and great ambience! The staff are super friendly. The menu copains was the absolute best solution for our group - there were 10 of us and we got to taste all the different flammekeuches (both salty and sweet - they were sooooo goooood) for a very reasonable price. Two thumbs up and cœur avec les doigts <3

Good and warm hearted - a bit confusing way of dining 🙂

A solid amount of good food for a reasonable price! The flammes (both savory and sweet), salad and beer were delicious, and as soon as you sit at your table you will be greeted with some tiny bretzels. What more can you ask for?
