Loved it!! First time trying their coffee, its unique and tasty Took the house blend Americano. The staff were so friendly and fast in their service. İts located on the 2nd floor, near Etisalat shop. Hidden in a weird corner. However the branch is so big woth plenty of seats.

Great coffee and general atmosphere, but prices have hiked up unreasonably after the devaluation, especially if you want a coffee and a sandwich. Regarding music, as with almost all other places, the guys just press play and it is the same playlist for a year. But staff are cordial and very polite and are consistent with the quality of the orders. For those needing a workspace there are big tables for individuals or groups. Overall great, but becoming pricey.

Coffee is good and the place is spacious and nice. Two things i dont like. No bathroom inside (you have to walk and find the bathroom in the mall floor. And smoking inside (indoors) Other than that a good place

No consistency in service level, taste, … It depends on the existed staff. I got different tastes in each visit. It’s smoking allowed but no ash trays available! Staff is not attending to organize the seating frequently so you would see seats arrangement is in mess. Internet speed is good.

There is also a facility to roast coffee beans in the cafe, and fresh coffee is served. However, there is no separate smoking area, so the smell of cigarettes is more than that of coffee. The toilet is not in the cafe, but you have to use the toilet in the mall.

Great place to grab coffee and study or chill with friends. It’s most popular with university students and is quite busy during university days as it’s across the street from AUC. The prices are good and the coffee is as good as Starbucks, also the desserts and snacks are better than in Starbucks. However, there’s a lot of smoking so if you have an issue with that then I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great place to grab a perfect cup of coffee. Love the urban design and general ambience of the place. Only dissappointment is the lackluster quality of service. You feel awkward and no one working there is smiling. I would have given the place 5 stars if the staff were a little friendly and smiled.

This branch is like a big smoking room in the shopping mall. If you don’t like smoking, don’t go there. The service and the coffee drinks were excellent sometime back, but everything has changed. Now it is average or sometimes even below.

Good coffee !! Hipster style , great decoration , the cold brew is really nice. Super friendly staff !!! The only problem is that its all smoking area , so not adviced for non-smokers !

Very rude staff and often "miscalculates" the change or the drink . coffee used to be good but now tastes like cardboard and syrups tastes like artificial flavours & are very sugary.

every pound you pay in this place puts employees' lives at risk, don't go there, you can find coffee everywhere but not humanity. And Btw EspressoLab EG your coffee tastes like feet. #peoplelivesmatter Rip Mr. Khaled.

Espresso lab seems to have THE BEST hot chocolate I've ever had. Everything is pretty standard, but absolutely nothing beats their hot chocolate.

I just went to study, the place was chill and the mood was great Tried the white hot chocolate there and it wasn't the best tho

Such an amazing place to visit , all the coffee & food are delicious. The guy really helped us to choose and we left happy . I really like the atmosphere and nice interior. The place is very comfortable and clean. I like the decoration and the way of welcoming their customers. This is a good place to study or chill with friends. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit. The ambiance of this shop was so relaxing, and the staffs are highly capable. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. Well done, guys! Highly recommended
