This place is just so sweet as is has so many features like the restaurant, the bar where you can get all types of drinks as well as whiskey, there have a good laundry service, good customer service. This place is not cash only, is wheelchair accessible, has a wheelchair accessible parking and wheelchair accessible entrance.

This hotel is not great but it's a decent place to stay. I spent 3 nights here so this is my share of the cake; The room is ok, not so spacious but ok. Food is great I must say! Just order and it'll be freshly made. Security is settled because it's very close to the Army Training Schoool. But the Number one Nigeria power issue affects them a lot of which they always put off their generator any time the power comes back on (as often as 3 times in 10 minutes). There was a time the power was out for more that 4 hours but the generator wasn't put on! The Satellite Tv has to reboot each time the power goes off, very annoying cause you'll miss interesting parts of what ever you were watching. The stations are not clear, there was no music channel playing. Parking space I good enough. In total it's a nice place to spend the night as long as you are not staying in all night! Enjoy.

The place is nice and cool. Good restaurant and bar. The only snag is the bathroom. Water easily gets affected with bursted Crude oil Pipes.

Booked in for 4 nights at carlcon hotels, but their exceptional service, prompt response, efficient room service, clean rooms and sheets made me to stay an extra day.. And the receptionist Miss Mirabel she greets you with a smile, very jovial and friendly to all the guest, the manager an amazing lady, Emmanuel one of the porters great young man...very wonderful staff.. Carlcon hotels is for sure my home away from home anytime am in Calabar. Kudos guys.

The problem of the water been polluted by oil has been solved as the water has been great for almost four weeks straight. Adding top notch staff services, a concierge, swimming pool and water heater as well as internet will make it add a star.

An incredible place indeed. Tho no obvious renovations but the bar is great and comfortable. Even tho i haven't been into the rooms it's safe to lodge because of the high level security.
