A nice hotel trying to step up their game. They have a nice pool and the rooms are good. However they need to work on their service delivery. I called in the morning to order complimentary breakfast and i was told the chef has gone to the market to buy food stuff. Lol. i got my breakfast at 12 noon and i was charged for it. (it was meant to be complementary )

My goodness! one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The reason I gave them one star is because on our first night, the food was good, but the second night, it was trash. We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights but we had to leave on the second night because it was just horrible! We paid for the 25k deluxe room. The room was not cleaned properly, like I even complained that there were stains on the stool in the room, and the lady said oh that's just the colour. Then the toilet was so tiny, my God, if you sit on it, you may hit the bathtub or the sink with your leg or your jaw. The next morning, they came to wake us up because they wanted us to change rooms. We agreed and moved, this new room had a leaky toilet, such that if you flush, there's water everywhere, also the toilet was even smaller than the previous room. That night I ordered afang soup and rice, the afang tasted like it had been in the fridge for a while and they kept warming it up, tasted like it was about to sour. It purged me for 2 days straight. Let me just stop here abeg. I'm never going back!

It is a great place to stay. You do not have any worries when you patronize them

Rooms are good. Little small in size. Bathrooms are exceptionally small in size. But very neat. Service is good.

They know their onions , they pay attention to details. They are responsible organization

The room is great, the food is great, the guys at the restaurant are usually late to the phone. Asides that, Beneville is a great Hotel if you are looking for some peace and quiet.

Very beautiful environment.. Clean and secured. My only problem is, that they need more staff. I got in and the attendant was no where to be found, probably busy attending to something else.. took a while before she came back to the counter

Hotel is truly a cool and amazing place away from the noise and boisterous town. The road leading to this place is also excellent. Actually most roads here are very good and motorable. However there are still some buts...

Averagely comfortable to spend a night

I called on the phone before visiting and got the same room at reserved rate without hassles when I visited. The rooms are quite tidy and had all the basic facilities. The bar is dry, you can only get basic beer and nothing else. The receptionist tried her best to be nice, but the other staff could do with more niceness. I will love to stay here again still.
