The service personal was friendly but gave the customer no information about differences between available products and the menue. So I've ordered an ice cup with amarena cherry's and as I got it the cherries were missing. So I ask for and got only an answer, yes I know there are no cherries because we didn't get these. And so we did not cherries in this ice cup. But the price for it is the same! Why not gave this information before!? 😕 Cannot recommend this place.

One of the best coffee shops inside the mall. They have great coffee, deserts and especially ice-cream

Not my favorite coffee, there are many other places with better coffee - some even cheaper- in the mall (at least for my taste). The staff is either really nice and polite or very rude. I think the nice ones compensate, but too bad for the other ones! It also happened that I payed differently for same products, in different days!

To be honest Segafredo has the best lemonade and pistachio profiterole in Timisoara.

They charged me 1 $ for honney after I mixed my coffee
