It was a terrible experience. The meat was burned like coal. We ordered the steak well done but that means not deep black and burned. We are disappointed about this place.

First tip for anyone who does not speak French, the staff here speak English. We decided to pop over from England just to eat at buffalo grill calais. Its been there years and I had been about 20 years ago. We had a friendly welcome and we were seated very quickly. The place was fairly full. Our waitress Eva was more than accommodating, she took time to go through the menu with us. We were given a complimentary side salad which I thought was a nice touch. Apitizers were tasty and arrived quickly. The steaks and burgers are all cooked to order and freshly made. Everything was cooked perfectly. I would mention however that should you need assistance with something and your server is not o hand right away, don't ask another member of staff to assist you. I did that and the other member of staff humiliated our waitress in front of us which of course made us feel bad as a customer and I am sure our waitress felt offended. Which is a shame because she was absolutely AMAZING. Eva, if you read this, thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. The price was very reasonable. Plenty of parking all the way round the restaurant.

Absolutely delicious food. Brilliant service from our host, Ludovic! I've been visiting this specific Buffalo Grill from being a child, it was brilliant to bring my own child here!!

Very nice lunch. I had the ribeye steak, very lovely grilled. And wife had the vegetarian cheeseburger also very lovely choice with a beyond meat burger. Many thanks to Eva the waitress who was very helpfull and friendly. Ciao!

Good food but the customer service especially for English speaking customers very bad. Waitress making jokes about us when we spoke to him in English. Taking that as not respecting other culture.

Came in on a quiet Sunday evening in January's at around 5pm. Quite a substantial restaurant which was dead (it was early and off season). The service was friendly and the food was good for what it cost, I would describe it as broadly similar to TGI Friday's. Menus are only in french but nothing Google lens couldn't help with. The atmosphere was lacking a bit to begin with but picked up at 6pm when music was put on and more tables came in.

A nice warm welcome, we were shown to our table. Our waitress asked if we were English and proceeded to tell us her English wasn't great but she would do her best. Her English was very good indeed! The food came quickly, we both ordered the chicken burger. It was nicely cooked and presented. The restaurant was very busy, which is always good to see. Emily, our waitress, is an asset to Buffalo Grill in Calais.

After a very long drive from west Wales we arrived to a warm welcome, the waitress was very friendly and helpful especially with my father who has mobility issues. We did not have to wait long for our food which was 3 beef burgers and chips and 1 finger fish and chips, my father said his meal was delicious and the 3 of us very pleased with our beef burgers and chips. A great place to stop for food

Brilliant service, very helpful and patient staff. Our waitress, Eva, was really efficient and polite. Thank you to her! And the burgers... cooked to perfection and with real meat and flavour!

Nice place, typical American design, waiter language skills very limited, good food. Had the ribs, which were seasoned ok and tender meet which was easy to pull of the bones

We were in Calais inly to pick up our puppy, Macchiato, and looked for a dog friendly restaurant. The food was very nice and filling, the staff was very friendly and helped us with our very poor french. Also, Macchiato was well attended by the waiter and some kids from the table next to us :)

Great steak, and ribs. And the service was friendly. My only issue, was we only popped in for a quick lunch. But the menus have changed, and we ended up paying over €30 euros a head and meals too big. Bring back a more economical lunch menu, and we will come back.

I was really pleased with the non meat burger, great taste incredibly close to a normal meat burger. Fast and kind service and fair prices. Good for a eat out before taking the Eurotunnel the day after.

Really poor service. Arrived waited ages, were finally delivered a tiny little salad and obviously charged for it. Asked for an English menu and waited over 10 mins whilst the place was very quiet. We all went for 3 steaks, the menu had pictures of how much these were cooked, we asked for Medium, they came out blue! They were so fatty, that over half was unedible, we attempted to get someone's attention but in the end are as much as we could and went to the bar to pay. Told we weren't happy and all they said was sorry, you should have told us at the time. Paid 90 for 3 steaks and 3 drinks. Please don't waste your time here.

Our Euro driving trips are not complete without a visit to Buffalo Grill. Please bring your restaueants tobthe UK.

Never been to this chain before and have no intention of going again. Waiters were great, food was as average as expected but the worst was the music. Wrong vibe, too loud, too stressful. The silences between tracks were the best bits.

Ordered ribs, didn't fall off the bone. Half stayed on. My mum ordered medium steak, came rare. Sent it back twice on still the same apart from being black an charred on the outside. Don't know if the chef didn't know how to cook or just couldn't be bothered. Such a shame as my dad had wanted to take us to a buffalo grill for a long time.

Extremely busy, but we were sat down with in 5 minutes. Good service, good food. Verry child friendly. Good parking. Can't fault would go back!

Ce n'est plus comme avant... moins consistant c'est soit avec tous les légumes ou rien et la sauce dans les hamburgers inexistante... très déçue !! Donc si nous avons une intolérance aux oignons on enlève tous les légumes...je trouve ça dommage car c'est pas hyper pénible d'enlever des oignons...tous les autres restos le font sans problème donc ciao buffalo

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Besuch. Essen war gut außer das Rindfleisch am Spieß war leider etwas trocken.

Parfait les plats sont très bon , l'accueil excellent !! Surtout avec le serveur Ludo qui est très agréable un super serveur avec beaucoup d'humour
