Small
room,
not
what
was
show
in
the
online
booking.
Smell
of
cigarette
smoking.
Tiny
space.
Poor
hygeine.
Noisy/loud.
Paper
thin
walls
you
can
hear
all.
Automated
checkin
system
that
only
accepts
credit
cards
after
9pm.
To
pay
the
local
torism
tax
that
isn't
included
in
the
online
booking
process!
Business
number
goes
straight
to
the
closed
check
in
desk!
All
of
which
we
only
found
out
at
nearly
11pm!
Finally
found
a
2nd
help
line
number
which
goes
to
a
completely
different
hotel
who
then
had
to
call
some
one
else
to
allow
us
entry
to
the
hotel.
There
was
no
mention
of
an
automated
check
in
system
after
9pm
so
we
had
no
idea
what
to
do!
The
staff
member
that
finally
arrived
to
help
had
all
the
appeal
of
a
dog
eaten
toy!
Apparently
they
had
finished
work
at
9pm
and
were
quite
happy
to
loudly
proclaim
this
and
tell
us
how
bad
it
was
that
they
were
being
forced
to
help
guests
because
it's
after
hours
after
all!
All
of
this
after
arriving
on
the
late
PO
Ferry,
discovering
the
only
way
to
leave
the
ferry
terminal
after
7pm
is
by
taxi,
as
the
local
bus
service
stops
at
7pm,
or
it's
an
hour
plus
walk...
Of
the
taxis
we
could
find
there
are
only
3
companies
nearby,
2
of
which
were
closed!
And
the
last
was
none
to
happy
about
picking
up
people
from
the
ferry
port
after
docking.
Which
they
loudly
stated
several
times...
