Stayed here for 2 nights. Worst hotel stay i ever had. There was urine on the walls of my room. There were dead spiders on the lampshades. Cobwebs all over the room. Poor state of repair with fixtures falling off. Very poor breakfast with almost no options available. Only positive thing to note was the free secure parking available. I will never stay here again and will warn others to stay away.

A nice budget hotel! Staff was friendly, no problems. However, lot of supposedly illegal immigrants are camping just in the park next to the hotel and signs of attempted burglary can be seen on the windows. The hotel has a security gate and codes to enter the building - it is just the area which made me feel rather unsafe.

Our room and hallway were not maintained properly and smelled cigarettes everywhere!!! Never again.

Definitely would not recommend staying here. We were staying there on a school trip and the travel company was in charge of picking a hotel. There was urine all over the walls. Dead spiders everywhere. My friends got bit by bed bugs. They even found few on the ceiling. The toilet is disgusting, there was mold all over the bathroom. Shower curtain does not serve the purpose - the water floods everywhere except the shower. The window is dirty, which is not really that important but it smells. The rooms are so small they barely fit three fifteen year olds and our things. I’m only fifteen but I’ve traveled a lot and this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Do not go here. Listen to my advice or you’ll regret it when you bring home bed bugs and cockroaches.

You get what you pay for. A bed and a toilet, very basic and not necessarily the cleanest, however for an overnight stop it does the job. Staff are friendly and there is a security guard at night with a locked gate to car park.

Arriving by ferry to late is an issue. No trains, busses are leaving after ±20:00u. Hotel desks are closed also early. Everything because of the current refugees situation. And if you don't know you end up waiting for the first train next morning. I was lucky to have found away to get a room shortly after 21h in this hotel. My suggestion is it to find a way to help stranded travellers like my self or mention it on the English side.

We've always enjoyed staying here. Perfect for the price. Management very friendly and helpful. Great location close to town. Secure car park. Great for the price.

The hotel was dirty, cold with no heating. Lights in the room where dark so couldn’t see anything, may aswell save the electricity bill and not have them it was that dark. Left almost immediately when asked for a refund it was refused, the hotel staff were rude and in helpful! Would avoid this place at all costs. If this could have a zero review it would!

Better sleep in the car than here! They gave me an occupied room, can only imagine what the people sleeping in that room thought when the door opened in the middle of the night and a stranger comes through the door!

Awful hotel. Non-smoking room stank of smoke. Room door lock was broken. Radiator hanging off the wall. Exposed masonry and black mould on ceiling. Automated check in was poor, but thankfully the call centre answered and we eventually got access. The bedding was clean and the car park secure.

Service was appalling. Paid for breakfast and did not receive it because the guy on duty could not be bothered. I wrote and complained and was basically called a liar as the guy said breakfast was ready. The door was locked and all the lights were off so it definitely was not ready at the time he stated. Great location just shame about that the rude and lazy staff.

Not a very nice experience. The rooms are all ran down. The bolts holding the toilet down in my room was broken. Every time you flush the toilet the dirty toilet water would come out the bottom and spill into the bathroom... The smell in the hotel is very off. I personally seen two people using iligal needles outside the widow of my room. Very very off putting. Staff that checked us in was freindly and spoke English. And the location is so close to the English eurotunnel only 7 min drive.

Really bad first expression in the reception with a very present smell of cigarettes. The rooms were okay but there some plastic under my bed cover! What the heck!? (see picture) Really happy we only stayed one night. Although the receptionist were very sweet.

We were there for one night durning school trip and it served its purpose. Wouldn't recommend staying there for whole week, rooms are small (one double bed and one small one, no wardrobes). It's okay if you would be traveling around all the day.

An appaling concrete bunker of a place that needs demolition. Completely unstaffed when we arrived at 21.30. Almost impossible to get into hotel. It has huge security gates. Luckily someone else entering let us in. Then we had to use an automatic check in machine. Even then we could only enter via a fire door where a guest was smoking outside. Do not be fooled by the photos and reviews. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and I have travelled 5 continents. It was full of refugees and I did not feel safe. The room smelled of damp

This place is truly awful. We stayed here 4 years ago and virtually nothing has changed. I cannot blame the staff as management needs to invest some money in deep cleaning and renovation. Curtains and shower soiled, bedspread has cigarette holes, sheets scratchy. Shameful! Add Classless to the name!

First room offered had heater with failed thermostat. Too hot (dangerous) to touch and room was like an oven. Luckily checked in while reception was still open and were able to swap rooms. Would have been major issue if arriving late at night with automated check in. It's ok for the price if all you want is a bed on your way through.

Reception staff friendly and free parking. That’s the only upsides. The corridors are filthy, there was a scary looking woman begging before we even got to our room. Then she tried to get in the room. Didn’t feel secure. The room was tiny and smelled strongly of smoke. The blankets (not duvet) had cigarette burns in. My friend slept on fully clothed on top of the bed and couldn’t get out fast enough in the morning. Gave it an extra star for being cheap.

We arrived late at night, I called ahead to ask if they were open 24/7 as stated in their website. This was not the case, there was a check in terminal which did not work and after calling the out of normal hours emergency number ten times I received no response. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel in all my 20 years of travelling.

You get what you pay for, not the nicest of rooms but a friendly welcome every time. Excellent location for Eurotunnel or ferry.

Small room, not what was show in the online booking. Smell of cigarette smoking. Tiny space. Poor hygeine. Noisy/loud. Paper thin walls you can hear all. Automated checkin system that only accepts credit cards after 9pm. To pay the local torism tax that isn't included in the online booking process! Business number goes straight to the closed check in desk! All of which we only found out at nearly 11pm! Finally found a 2nd help line number which goes to a completely different hotel who then had to call some one else to allow us entry to the hotel. There was no mention of an automated check in system after 9pm so we had no idea what to do! The staff member that finally arrived to help had all the appeal of a dog eaten toy! Apparently they had finished work at 9pm and were quite happy to loudly proclaim this and tell us how bad it was that they were being forced to help guests because it's after hours after all! All of this after arriving on the late PO Ferry, discovering the only way to leave the ferry terminal after 7pm is by taxi, as the local bus service stops at 7pm, or it's an hour plus walk... Of the taxis we could find there are only 3 companies nearby, 2 of which were closed! And the last was none to happy about picking up people from the ferry port after docking. Which they loudly stated several times...

Basically a good hotel for this price, but one of our rooms had a broken window and the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. Family rooms (or family prices) would be great (we had two 3 bed rooms side to side though).

Very nice young (and overworked) lady behind the desk. She was the shining star. Hence, the two star review instead of one. Really needs to remove the word Premier from its name...its nothing like Premier. Breakfast was very poor. (As in, let's see how cheap we can go on our customers.) Had to change room as there was dried blood on the sheets. (Not changed since last guest.)

We are stopping the night as we have a long journey tomorrow to Le Bugue. It's a nice place just to stop over, relax and freshen up. The church is a beautiful view from the hotel window. Tres bien. 👍🏽💪🏽😁

Very bad, poor service, small room, bad smells, damp smells On the site, the price is 43 euros, the price was taken from me for 3 nights 173 euros, really it was a bad thing, I only spent one night and demanded my money back, they did not return it to me I do not advise anyone to go

This hotel is ideal for the car ferry and euro tunnel, its basic but, at 7 mins from the car ferry can't grumble

I would rate this hotel with 0 points. The photo provided doesn’t match the reality. Reception staff very rude, rooms are dirty and with mould, hotel not smoke-free.
