Burnt Croque Mcdo. Cold Big Tasty badly assembled. Maybe a bad idea.

Sehr langsame Bedienung wirklich langsam !!!! Und es gab nichts veggie echt traurig !!!! Schade mc Donalds sehr schwach !!!!!! Bin zu tiefst enttäuscht!!!! Nie wieder !!!!!!!!!

Terrible service,staff miserable,food cold,portions half missing,burgers thrown together.worst .mcdonalds I think I've ever been too...

I like to they gave me plastic cup and plastic fries cup better than the paper cups,we can save the world with these small steps.Also the food much way better than the London McDonald's,also i got here lot of more fries was fresh and crispy.The burger just better than what i expected to positive way.Was very nice favour tasty .Also the burger menu wich i chosed for,i got two burger's one big mac deluxe and a cheesburger one large fries and a fanta large drink absolutely i liked it.Much way better than Uk McDonald's.Thank you French McDonald's!

Really bad experience first time ever at McDonald's ever in my life. It was about closing time. We reached 25 min before closing. If food wasn't available they better hadn't charged & served us. Even if staff figured out food isn't available they could ve reversed the payment. Cold & Insufficient food. Instead of 4 they served 3 burgers & whatever was available instead what we asked for. Coke & Sprite was served flat. Very disappointed.

You can't place an order if you don't speak French or have some kind of code for scanning (drivetgrough). It is the last place to eat before Eurotunnel so I expected something more suitable for international travelers. Avoid!

Very clean space, friendly staff and well served.

The staff are so friendly. I always visit here when I come of the Euro tunnel!

Very unpolite, very unprofessional, no one speaks few words of English. They forgot to put the salt on fries.

Half of order was missing, fries were cold and dry , the atmosphere was very loud we've been to this establishment before and it was much more chill and nothing was missing from the order

There was no water in the bathrooms which after a messy burger in McDonald's you kind of need to be able to wash your hands. Being the first place to stop for food off of the Eurotunnel, the menus were really difficult to decipher. Having said that, it's McDonald's... It does what it needs to and provides fast food.

We are at a Carrefour McDonald's, convenient but dispute helpfully staff the food wasn't up to usual high standards, despite asking for 2 fries only received one portion and the big taste wasn't as warm as expected. Still a cheap meal for 2 . No atmosphere as store was empty.

Last few times we received the incorrect order. The breakfast is not what it used to be. The egg tastes more like rubber.

not so fresh italian salad as the pasta was a bit hard, but mozarrela was good. not much food though for the price.

Excellent service The toilets are very clean and I love the reusable cups and chip holders.

The taste that you'd expect from McDonald's. Easy to order and the order was correctly prepared. Quite busy during lunch time but still managed to find a place to sit. Tables were clean so no problems with eating in. Friendly staff who smile. Just wish they the the cookie 🍪 available.

You eat first, than they bring your coffee. If you decide to take it with you, you have no chance to drink in the car because the cover is without a hole in it. And everybody pretends that they don't know English. OK, English is an international language, so if you understand my question, why do you answer in French?

Arrived after a 6 hour stint driving. Would have preferred to use the facilities BEFORE getting my food but the toilets are behind a code locked door with the code being on your receipt. Queues for the machines to order and a further 10 minutes or more waiting for food once ordered, only then to leave my food unattended at a table while I use the restroom. The only other alternative is queue to order, then run to the restroom and hope your order isn't ready by the time you're finished, sat there going cold. Terrible system, who thought this would work?

Good McDonalds handily located near to the Eurotunnel. Food selection was good and service was fast.

Advertising for vegetarian burgers, but didn’t have any type of vegetarian food 👎🏼. That was the second McDonald’s we tried at the same night

McSlow. For a fast food joint, we waited 15 minutes for our food. Place is deserted.

Only one vegetarian meal on the menu; italian salad. 🙄 The order was muddled up with 4 items missing. Burgers were luke warm.
