Absolutely loved this gym, especially the friendly gym dogs. 😍 Friendly staff, fantastic open gym, clean bathrooms and killer coaches. Couldn't have asked for a better combination! Looking forward to going back if I'm ever visiting again.

Amazing facility. I have trained in gyms all over the world and this was on my top 3 list for sure. To have that much space to work in is incredible. Very impressed with the team of coaches as well!

Can’t speak highly enough about my experience at Rise. I dropped-in for a partner WOD yesterday while visiting from out of town. Beautiful box with great coaching and a welcoming atmosphere. The energy in there was unbelievable. Felt like a regular on my first workout. Cant wait to drop in again when I’m in town next!

Rise Athlete is an awesome gym! I dropped in multiple times to do my own program and I was met with a super warm welcome by the staff every time. The gym is stunning and clean. The atmosphere was bumping in the evening with people doing classes or individuals doing their own thing and more than enough equipment for everyone! There was even a large group of youth hockey players crushing a workout too! I found my new favorite place to train whenever I'm in town.

RISE Athlete gym is absolutely amazing!!! I had the pleasure of working and event there and I have to say, the entire staff is SO friendly, SO knowledgeable, SO helpful. I spoke with countless members that have been going there for years and continue going because there's no place that even compares to it. I highly recommend this gym for your crossfit exercises and training.

I’ve been going to Rise Athlete for Teo years now and here is why it works for me: 1. Functional training and CrossFit provided. You don’t have to do CrossFit all the time. 2. Equipment selection is incredible. As a gym, I don’t think I have ever been without a piece of equipment I need, that being said, I don’t use machines so if you are looking for a traditional gym with machines. This is probably the wrong place . 3. Great community: as someone who works from home, I find it’s a great place to meet people, get a pump in and catch up on all things outside the gym vs say spinning where people get in, get out with little chat.

Excellent training! This gym is welcoming, with great coaches and no attitude. I’m re-entering the fitness world after a REALLY long time. It’s been a gift to work with Spencer and his team to build up strength and technique. I Highly recommend Rise Athlete!

I’ve worked out in over 50 boxes in over 10 countries and can happily say Rise is the best of the best. The coaches are encouraging and extremely knowledgeable; the effort they make to create a welcoming and supportive community to all skill levels is obvious. On top of that, the facility is top quality and there is always a coach around to help with anything. I couldn’t recommend this box more.

Amazing gym! Its huge, clean and has all new equipment. The owners and coaches are great, they make you feel right at home. They have classes, open gym and specialty fitness programs for youth

RISE is a fantastic gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and will challenge you. The facility is outstanding with top of the line equipment and plenty of space. I've been a member here for a while now and highly recommend it.
