    I started going to Lagree based on a friends recommendation for a tough but amazing workout. I’ll try anything once, so I took advantage of their first class free option and loved it! I have been going ever since. My favourite part about Lagree is that the workout can be suited to your skill level and abilities. The instructors are incredible (shout out to my 6am instructor Tracy!) and the studio feels inclusive and supportive. Highly recommend!

    I started with the unlimited monthly class and purchased a 20 class pack after that. It is by far the best strength exercise I have done. Friends and family are already noticing a difference with my muscle tone and I feel stronger. All of the instructors are amazing and have been very helpful and encouraging to me as a beginner.

    You will feel the burn!! Instructors will guide you through the work out. Today marks my 25th class (started in mid December), I'm down 20ish pounds and two dress sizes down 😭🥹 weight-loss was just a bonus because the best thing I got out of this is better mental health and being physically stronger. Location: great location, there is underground parking as well as the Sunterra parking lot with public parking. Transit is accessible as well Staff: very kind and welcoming to newbies. I've taken classes with Tash, Kim, Sara and Zoe and love all of these ladies who are always there to encourage and provide corrections. Workout: every lagree session is a challenge. You will feel the soreness for sure. My first class I couldn't move for a week but don't let that scare you. Just try it once if you haven't! If you don't have the grip socks they have some for sale. Make sure you arrive 15mins before your first class to get acquainted to the megaformer.

    Lagree is a excellent, full body strength workout that has not come close to any other strength workout I have done. I have been a regular at the studio for over three years - the studios are clean, beautiful and the instructors are exceptionally supportive and skilled. I am not surprised at all that Lagree YYC continues to be voted as one of Calgary’s top fitness studios - is it the full package - great management, great staff, great instructors, great space(s), and great workout.

    Beautiful studio right off of Britannia! It was my first time doing reformer Pilates and I had a wonderful instructor walk me through it all and got me set up! I was super comfortable the entire class!

    I’ve always been so nervous to take workout classes because it had been so long since I’d done it. Since taking lagree over the past few months, I’ve felt nothing but support and motivation from the instructors and staff. It’s been such a judgement-free environment and has helped me fall back in love with moving my body. I’m very grateful I took the leap and joined the Lagree community. <3

    The workout is a challenging, efficient and rewarding class, suitable for all fitness levels. Even the most accomplished athlete will be humbled by the megaformer! I appreciate that there is parking, item storage, clean bathrooms, and ample space. Instructors are easy going, motivating and gentle with any ailments.

    I've been going to Lagree for over four years and it is truly one of the best fitness studios I've ever been to. The staff is amazing, welcoming and kind. The workouts themselves are always challenging but the instructors offer many different ways to adjust the workout to your level/ adjust if you are injured. I always leave feeling like I had a great workout. And the best part is that you are in and out in 45 minutes.

    I use to attend Lagree in Victoria and it has become one of my favourite workouts. In 45 minutes you get a fitness experience hard to replicate elsewhere that is challenging but achievable. The instructors have been really lovely and welcoming me to the studio. I recommend anyone looking to try Lagree to give it a shot!

    Such a great workout, instructors, studios and environment. I always enjoy my classes, and there are so many adjustments to make it challenging for everyone no matter your level. Love that I can feel myself getting stronger, there aren't many workouts that can compare!

    I recently completed my 100th class at Lagree and it continues to be such a great workout. The classes are always different, keeping it interesting and challenging. All of the instructors and staff are so lovely! If you haven’t been yet, your first class is free - what are you waiting for?!

    Amazing! I started going to Lagree as an alternative workout to the normal gym and I have not been disappointed. Every class is challenging and different, never have I had a class or instructor repeat themselves and I always walk out feeling the workout. I would recommend to anyone looking for a low impact, yet hard workout.

    I’ve been going to Lagree for years and it’s the best workout - low impact but great results! The studio is clean and the instructors are amazing. I love how they are very conscious of people who may need modifications and are willing to go above and beyond to work with you to get the best workout possible!

    I have been attending Lagree for several years now and I keep returning because of the amazing community that is fostered there! The workout style allows both beginners and advanced users to be challenged in every class. These two things, plus the overall experience make attending classes here the best, and often the most challenging part of my week!

    Lagree is the best workout I have ever had. I have been coming to this studio for 7 years. I absolutely love the transformation in my fitness level. The instructors are all amazing.

    Over the years I’ve done many different training styles, and I can honestly say nothing comes close to Lagree. This is a total body low intensity, highly effective workout. Be prepared to experience the Lagree muscle shake😀 At 56 yo, I can full heartedly say that I am in the best shape of my life! Thanks Lagree!

    Lagree Brittania provides an overall amazing experience. The instructors are so encouraging and attentive to form to ensure there are no injuries and that you get the most from all 45 min of the workout. The studio is very clean as well. Management responds immediately to any questions or concerns!! 5 stars for sure!!

    Lagree YYC was very muscle-focused workout was very enjoyable and felt very refreshing to have completed one. I enjoyed my instructor and I definitely recommend as a way to experience a new and better way to workout!!!

    I love Lagree! Nothing but great things to say about the facility, staff and workouts. Sam at the front desk has been exceptional - so kind, welcoming and helpful! Jacqueline is a great instructor with new moves to try and so motivational, her classes are always so fun, challenging and make you feel so accomplished after!

    I've been coming here since the studio opened - it is absolutely my favourite workout. You can seriously start feeling and seeing results within just a few classes...you'll be walking taller and feeling stronger and more limber than ever. The studio and equipment are always clean and the instructors are great.

    I love love this studio. It’s welcoming, encouraging, and is a KILLER work out. My favourite class has been the Mega Moms, where you can bring your babe. The instructor is so sweet and helpful at checking in on babe, making sure I get the best workout I can. It’s a bit pricey, especially on a mat leave salary, but if you can afford it, I can almost guarantee you will love it!!! You’ll be sore for days. Hurts so good!

    Fantastic attentive staff with amazing customer service. I have been a member of numerous fitness facilities over my adult life and Lagree’s customer service far exceeds any other facility. The workouts…are tough!!! A great way to spend an hour of one’s time. Highly recommend Lagree!

    I can say that hands down Lagree is thee most humbling fitness activity I have ever done. With a strong background in Crossfit and having strength trained since I was 14 Lagree has brought to light many areas where I have been compensating and where my strength is insufficient. I have been attending regularly now since Feb 2023 and it has really changed my life. I love how friendly and high vibe the instructors are. Lagree will continue to be a staple in my fitness regime for years to come. Thank you!

    Lagree is by far one of my favourite workouts in the city! Such a challenging and rewarding 45 minutes. The instructors and front staff are always very friendly. The free underground parking is a plus. I have recommended lagree to my friends and family for years and it never disappoints!

    I have been consistently attending lagree classes for the past 6 months and have felt myself getting so much stronger. The machines are super versatile and allow for lots of different moves to be done meaning every class feels different. The teachers are awesome and the vibes are fun! My favourite workout. Highly recommend!

    There are very few workouts that are as challenging as Lagree while remaining low impact to save your joints and help with rehab. I am grateful to have found this studio. The staff and members have created a very friendly and compassionate culture. Every workout has improved my balance, posture, strength, flexibility and muscle endurance. Don't let the slower movement deceive you, this workout will make you sweat and your heart smile!
