I left a package 6 days ago and it has still not been picked up by your parcel relay. As a service provider myself in my Mondial Relay store, I find this unacceptable, especially given the additional work to be done alongside handling your packages. In addition, your number assigned to your Google account is not even assigned, working every day longer than your working hours, I can't even solve this problem without taking a day off because you didn't scan a package present in your establishment more than a week ago.

Normally a good gas station, today a note on the electric curtain to stipulate "closing 15 minutes" as I put ethanol I am waiting for the reopening because no pump by payment by credit card. 45min later still people...... 15min from what time????? I still find it lacking in seriousness.

Came today (07/11), 7 months pregnant (even if that's not an excuse) to "just" re-inflate my tire, asking the boss if he could re-inflate my tire (it takes 30 seconds) his response (very friendly): I don't know how to do it and I don't have the time! And he left . I know where to go now 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Very disappointed

When you write “come back in 15 minutes” it would be appropriate if you really came back in 15 minutes thank you (this is not the first time, hence the comment)

It would be good to stay open for packages, because when we close less than an hour before closing, we close the whole day or for 1 or 2 hours during the day... we pay to have our package deliveries & you get paid for our packages !

I put one star because it's not possible to put zero, I have to collect a package and under the pretext that there is no more gasoline, this gentleman closes and does not deliver the packages, shameful

Two trips to collect an important package but unfortunately the station is closed during the opening hours indicated. I will inform the dealer of my dissatisfaction for the inconvenience caused. However, there are no longer any problems with restocking gasoline in the north to my knowledge and even so, warning by a display of the closure or reopening times, would in my opinion be more respectful than leaving us without information.

Twice this week that I go to collect packages, twice that these close while these were supposed to be opened the first time not even a little word to explain the why and how and this time yes but it is clear that we can recover our parcel from 1:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and everything and close. Ok there is no more fuel but our packages?? Two trips for nothing..
