Recommend the creme brulee one. Also had the ube taro one but wasn't sweet enough compared to creme brulee. Came for the pet collar promotion for national pet week! Got a cute collar for my dog with a bubble tea charm. Some seating available, wasn't busy when I came just before 12. Nice clean store and good customer service. Would love to visit the alley again! #dogfriendly 🐶

Friendly and efficient staff plus tasty and filling bubble tea. The food is on the pricier side but it’s good quality and tastes great. We had a chicken sando, strawberry chocolate sando and two bubble teas.

The worst bubble tea I’ve tasted. I was expecting better since I really like the ally in Stratford but this one was sickening. Maybe the servers were new or something but they looked like they were struggling and messing up the orders although there were not that many people in the shop. We probably waited over half an hour for our drinks and all of them were horrible. There was no sugar added to any of our drinks, the tapioca was hard and uncooked and you could still taste the unmixed powder in the drinks. Would not recommend and would not come back here.

This place undoubtedly has one of the best bubble tea in London! I got the Ube Brown Sugar drink with pearls, and it was amazing! The cashier was a really kind young man who made sure my drink was perfect!

Noticed this new place opened in Camden. Ordered the Strawberry Lulu and the popular bubble tea. Very nice, but didn't taste exactly like the one I had off Regents Street. Staff was friendly and helpful too. They also offer 10% discount for students. Few seats available, comfy wooden ones too. Will return again someday.

Nice and friendly staff. Matcha brown sugar not sweet as thought, a good thing. Boba were chewy.

Great bubble tea, much better than any of the ordinary bubble tea chains. Notably very generous with the taro (I had the taro coconut drink), which I appreciated. Very tasty!!! Service a bit slow though.

We’ve been to the holborn branch multiple times, glad to see the Camden branch. Venue is well designed, minimalistic, and clean! The Kingdom is playing in the background as usual. Service was 10/10 young hijabi lady at the counter was polite and helpful. I got my usual, crème brulee Wife got the Ube. Our stomachs were already full from eating all day, but had to grab Alley’s bubble tea, consistent and didn’t disappoint
