A small but nice Starbucks shop in the Surrey Quays shopping center at ground floor. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. They have a variety of hot and cold beverages. They also keep lots of snacking options like chips , muffins , cupcakes , cookies , croissants , sandwiches , juices , chocolates, etc. They also sell Starbucks merchandise there. Being a small shop, it is generally crowded with fully occupied seating area and expect a queue for orders too. They also do takeaways. The service is quick.

This Starbucks is really gloomy. Too dark, tables and floor dirty with rests of food and crockery. Many people set in tables to use the free WiFi (although I suppose that's probably a constant across all Starbucks in the world). If you like Starbucks coffee, I suppose it's ok to just come in to grab a cup to go, but staying in this place is depressing. Update 2-12-23: Seems like they heard us, because they have changed the lights, painted the walls in a clear colour, so it doesn't look gloomy at all. Now they only need to decorate a bit more because the empty walls look, well, empty. Service still mediocre, as during the 5 minutes we were there , they confused the orders of at least 3 customers.

Small Starbucks with a lot of busy, staff. Food and drinks both nice - sausage baps, cinnamon rolls, a frappucino and a lovely, hot cup of tea.

This Branch of Starbucks is the worst I have ever been in. ...the place was dark & messy & the Staff were so miserable, didnt smile & had a bad attitude!! I will never go in there again. "Management you are losing customers take note"

Very busy, quick to serve but long time to pick up coffee

A chain is a chain. But they have sockets everywhere to charge your laptop if you want to work from home, they have an additional floor upstairs with more seating and an accessible toilet. My only con is that nearly all the time they misspell my name. But overall good.

Convenient Starbucks in the shopping centre. The line can be long sometimes but soon moves quick enough. Saturday mornings can be quiet with plenty of seating (see video). I’ve come did some work here travelling between meetings which worked well.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS PLACE. They ask names only not to call them when your order is ready. I ordered almond milk drink for my friend who’s lactose intolerant and when my order was ready instead of stating the drink or calling it by the name, they just called it by the drink name which I didn’t know if it was ours, after a while, I had to ask for the drink and they basically told me that they only call drinks and customers have to go read the cups to find out which drink is their, so I asked how I was going to know it was mine if they did not even say the type of milk that was inside… after going back and forth trying to get my point across, I asked for a refund ‘cause I did not want to argue with anyone and it was just impossible. They called the manager who came over and basically told me the same with attitude and said that it was not their job to call the drinks by names when they are busy. I work in customer service and when I see this type of behaviour I just can’t believe it. This place was the worse of all the places I have been to. I just can’t believe the distasteful way not only members but also manager in charge they have of treating customers. Shame.

I have no clue why we’re paying for 80% ice, 20% coffee. Side note: when ordering you need to specify “light ice”, or you will just be given what seems to be the standard amount (in the photo).

I ordered from them the other day on uber and only recieved one sandwich instead of 2, i was contacted prior to delivery but i am not a fan of the replacement they offered. so i contacted uber for a refund and they refused to give it to me :( i rang up today and they were more than happy to put an extra sandwich in! very kind helpful staff order from here all the time thank you again !

I had the ham and cheese sandwich here... Good to see them taking on Sourdough in their products but this still isn't going far enough. I have a problem with Wheat which when eaten late in the day will wake me up in the middle of the night. So I go around testing the breads to see which I can have, this is a little better than the average white but we need more restorative Whole Grains which don't hurt health.

It was great I got my order very quickly. The staff were amazing but the floor was quite dirty.

It’s small but there’s still plenty of seating and a good number of power sockets. The staff are always friendly, the service is good and fast, and the coffees/drinks are always properly made.

This is possibly one of the most poorly designed Starbucks I’ve ever come across. The owner/franchisee has to reconsider the lay out and experience for the people who want to sit down and enjoy their moment. On the flip side, the staff are bubbly and friendly and make genuinely nice coffees. Take away is your best option here!

Atmosphere fine and food is overpriced but you pay for what you get: a Starbucks. What I didnt expect to have to pay for was the rudeness of the customer service.

A small Starbucks with limited seating. But was able to get a seat without needing to wait. Popped in for a chat, enjoy a seasonal Pumpkin spice latte ☕️ and a small sweet treat. 😋

I am here regularly and it's so astonishing to see 4 people behind a till being so inefficient. 4 people working and still they won't take your order until 10 minutes have passed. No excuses made, not even eye contact with customers, just 4 people at all times not acknowledging your presence whilst you wait for them to replenish straws or something. Then they take your order in a rude manner as if you were the biggest inconvenience ever; they will roll their eyes, they will make minimal contact. And then you wait until a simple latte is made. Another 10 minutes because they must be hand picking the coffee grains for it. Honestly the most frustrating experience in a Starbucks I have ever had.... Repeatedly

Its a great coffee shop. They have some delicious flavors of coffee. There are many tables so it has ample of space. The staff are good and quite helpful. The coffee prices are slightly expensive, but the taste and quality is good.

I usually like Starbucks. But this one has the vibe of a small cramped pavement, every time I’m there can’t wait to get out.

The cake and coffee were okay but the service was very slow and not very efficient. Costa and Pret offer the same and usually the service is better and faster.

Worst Starbucks! Used to be amazing few years ago but now like a school playground. Was served by Ula, VERY RUDE with an attitude problem!

I understand the place is busy and dont get me wrong our drink was lovely but the customer service I recieved today was very poor. I asked for help due to being on crutches but all I got was a look as if I had 2 heads. Staff need to be more mindfull to people who ask for help. We r not doing it to be lazy we are asking for help for a good reason. Came in 4.1.23 for coffee and cake with husband. Again which was amazing. However the service from staff was better but I asked for help but I had to go up for our drinks as they wouldn't help. This needs to be addressed
