    Went for my first appointment today and will never be going back again, that’s how bad it was I can’t actually believe how bad the dr was, it took me 2 weeks of ringing early morning to manage to get an appointment for the dr to be more worried about getting me out so she could see her next patient, clock watching when you have a patient in tears suffering with mental health, nice one very compassionate, I don’t know how you can call yourself a dr, all they do is use google gone or the days when they actually knew anything for themselves. Although I will now be leaving the surgery I will be putting in a formal complaint in the hopes no one else feels like I was made to feel during my appointment.

    I had my covid vaccine here today. The staff were all so polite and professional. The nurse was amazing. I suffer with anxiety and she was very calming in her manner i left feeling reassured and was very impressed! We moan too much in this country I think!!!!

    Went to get the booster Jab. Had the worst Experience ever. Didnt sanitize the area just done the injection. I asked her disinfect the area was told very rudely " They apparently do not need to do this and insisted on it". Not friendly at all. But very next day wife went to get it done and the nurse was happy to do it properly. As in disinfect area before administring the vaccine and explain everything properly. I understand these people are doing a good job, but do it properly. If you are going to get it done my advice is go at a weekend as weekday staff are not very welcoming. Maybe Not all at least. Better yet go some place else. Glad they are not my actual surgery.

    Possibly the worst GP on Earth. The receptionists, the doctors, all of them are mad. I've waited over 20 minutes to get on the phone. I saw a doctor today who literally told me she 'doesn't care' what happened with the previous doctor I saw here, who was also terrible, and then opened the door and motioned to me to get out. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate Safia Mugals professionalism at -1. She acted as if me being sick was an inconvenience to her and quite literally shrugged her shoulders when I asked what will happen between now and my so-called appointment if whatever this is flares up. I've been complaining of nausea and vomiting for the past 6 months and now that the issue has escalated to fainting, immobility, dizziness, hearing loss and sight loss, meaning I ended up in A&E, I've just been referred. It's like they hire people here based on their level of rudeness. Don't go to this GP. They'll kill you.

    Spent two days trying to get through on the phone and get an appointment, eventually went to A&E, diagnosed with an infection and spent a week in hospital. Nhs 111 eventually made an appointment for me and for some reason the call from the doctor went to my voicemail and said to call the reception back or they’d try call me again. I called reception within the hour and took 40 mins to get through, only to be told the doctor had finished for the day(it was 3:30). I called nhs 111 again who told me that couldn’t be right and they made me another appointment and no one returned a call. Turns out I’m not the only person to be told doctors have finished for the day when they havn’t. I’ve had to change GP - I can’t end up in hospital again for another week because an infection spreads whilst waiting for an appointment. 7 day a&e trip could have been avoided.

    I registered to this health centre and came to my firs appointment recently. I had to wait over 30 minutes to be attended and I can't give positive feedback about both receptionists. The male one was super rude and showed lack of interest and the female one was very sweet, tolerant and kind but seemed to be distracted or not well trained to deal with medical services. The doctor, however, I found to be very professional and provided me with a good service.

    This is the worst GP surgery I have ever come across. They clearly have taken in more patients than they can handle which in my opinion is unethical. The staff are incredibly rude and I have never seen the same doctor twice.

    Just had my booster. All of the staff were friendly and polite, particularly my nurse. It was fast and efficient, no complaints whatsoever!

    The GP I had was not helpful at all when I asked for a simple medical certificate to run a marathon. I have been told that I had to pay for it and that I needed to come back a few days later to get it where it should have been a matter of a few minutes to get it done. I pushed back and managed to get it in the end but, there was no thank you or good bye from the side of the GP because she was upset I believe, which I found to be poor.

    I have to give a huge thanks to Artesian vaccination clinic. The whole experience was made very easy by starting the receptionist, the volunteers and then the nurse/doctor was so patient and kind answering all concers and taking her time. Thank you!!

    First they didn't have the registration forms, tried doing it online and it took ages because they lost the form, now I call and they don't have appointments, spent almost one hour on the phone waiting, their web says that they open from 8.45 am, they say they open at 8,it makes no difference. Call again next Monday!

    Ghost staff at lunch times at the foot clinic reception area. No one on reception to take your referral form so you end up having to return again later. Notice stating we are at lunch for an hour. The feet doctors there have seen before seemed to be ok and gave me exercises to do, am returning again due to a bunion. But you will get no help if you choose to hand any forms in at lunch times as there is no one there.Phone line constantly engaged.

    Terrible how my grandad has been treated by this doctors, has been trying to get a doctor for months, kept putting him off saying he needs to go tower bridge where he cant walk that far due his heart, we finally got him a new doctor and he has been dianosed with heart failure! the other doctors is sending a letter here and we will be in touch with this legally! AVOID THIS DOCTORS AT ALL COSTS
