If I could give this clinic no stars I would. I went for a reassurance scan tonight and I’m happy my cyst got picked up and is now being sorted . bUT.. the one thing that will put you off is they allow another woman to attend this “scan” when Iv been to others before and they only have one person in.” Not the receptionist also” There rude at the door whilst stuffing there faces in till they re open the doors looking miserable. And talk behind your back it’s really uncomfortable experience, they do not explain enough for your £70!! People are right about this place avoid avoid avoid! I’ll be making a formal complaint about the blond woman also being able to attend in my scan when she clearly didn’t need to be in there . She just sat there clueless like the scan lady did! As she didn’t speak much English and didnt no how to deal with her clients properly! Please don’t waste your money your be rushed stripping down behind a curtain no privacy really whatsoever , left feeling uncomfortable. 😣 don’t go!! Worst time of my life no parking either

If you’re looking to know the sex of your baby, and you’re so excited you’re not focused on the quality of the scan and the staff taking the scan, go ahead and book your appointment. If your concern is more about the health of the baby and you care for the treatment you receive when in the scan room, there’s better clinics out there. I tried to book for a growth scan and, long story short, I didn’t get it, what I got was a moody guy taking my scan, not telling me anything I wanted to know. Waste of money. When I complained to this email they answer reviews back with, I still got nothing. Only decent person was receptionist.

Window to the womb were amazing from start to finish. Unfortunately we couldn’t get any good photos on the first time round, so had a free re-scan and although our little Baby was being a little madam again, we got some much better photos. We were completely taken care of and not rushed in anyway. Thank you to all the staff!

A very special place for an introduction to my daughter's daughter who will be coming soon, in February 2024. It was more than pleasant, the staff at Window to the Womb from the receptionist Molly to the radiographer and Assistant Danni, was so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place, if I could rate it higher than 5🌟 I would. Thank you so much for making my daughter so happy❤️💎

The staff was unwelcoming when I had my 28-week scan on 11/12/23. I had booked a premium 4D scan and foetal wellbeing check, specifically to monitor my baby's weight as part of the wellbeing assessment. However, when we inquired about measuring the weight, the staff informed us that it was not included in the package and refused to do it, which was embarrassing. Ultimately, we had to pay an additional £30 for them to perform the weight check after waiting another 30minutes , and also they were in a rush to complete the scan.Unfortunately, the staff's attitude did not meet the expected standards.

I came yesterday at 4:30. Staff were amazing and lovely no doubt. It was a really nice atmosphere and they made me feel so welcomed. Clean and relaxing. However, I am really upset with the scan, I’m not happy with how the scan was taken and I couldn’t see the face and it felt really rushed. I came few years ago and the difference in pictures and scans were miles apart.

Lovely friendly staff, the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I’m not sure the scan was worth £70. I’d previously had a scan with window to the womb in the same week with my first in 2019 where I was given 3 different images, all printed and available online and also a video with music which I was able to show to family and friends. This time I came away with just 1 photo which was quite blurry and no video which was disappointing. I know it’s an early reassurance scan and the baby is more blob shaped than baby shaped, but I’d have loved a video with the heart beating and a couple more photos

I’ve had 3 scans here throughout my pregnancy so far. All of sonographers and staff are so friendly and kind. For my 4D scan baby had hands in front of her face so they let me go for a walk and come back after 10 mins and we managed to get great photos! Excellent service - good price. You get print outs included depending on your package but all photos you can access digitally anyway! Would highly recommend, thank you x

We had the loveliest experience at Window to the Womb Bexleyheath. Baby wasn’t in the best position first time round, we got some decent photos but were given the opportunity for a free rescan which was so good. Staff were all so lovely and friendly. It was lovely to bring our 3 year old along too since she can’t come to our NHS scans. Felt so comfortable there and would recommend it to anyone.

Mollie and Ella were amazing when we visited. We’ve been here a couple of times and every staff member treats the customers like they are the first ever through the door. Sensitive, professional, friendly and go above and beyond. Highly recommend and will be returning for other scans.
