Was made to feel very comfortable and at ease when I visited a couple of weeks ago. The dates I was given were spot on with what the hospital have just told me. Only thing that could make it better would be if they offered more than one photo. I usually use another clinic who are slightly cheaper and give about 5 photos so that would be my only criticism but overall great experience and would definitely return.

I attended an early reassurance scan and as I was so early they offered an internal scan which I agreed too. I have only had tummy scans in previous early reassurance scans and it’s very difficult to find the baby’s heart beat which is extremely nerve wracking! Here they were very quickly able to find bubbas heart beat and make me feel completely at ease! The staff are lovely, very friendly and bubbly. The facilities are really clean and we left with a lot of information about the baby and pregnancy. I would definitely recommend

The staff are lovely, welcoming and accommodating. My first scan wasn’t clear enough due to babies position so we were able to come back the following week for free for another go! Would definitely recommend!!

Really lovely experience for my first 4d scan. Clear image quality prints and the service was good. The clinic is clean and spacious. I was given 4 prints and the rest of the pics and video is on the app. They gave us a freebie bag which was nice! I brought my hospital notes as advised on booking but the practioner said she didn't need to see it.

We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Georgina in Hackbridge. In fact all staff were amazing. They took instructions on how we wanted to find out the sex and followed them through. It was an amazing experience to see my first Grandchild and we couldn’t have been in better hands. Highly recommend them.

Such an amazing experience! Done this with both my bubbas, Really gets you exited to meet baby! Staff are so friendly and accommodating. They do everything they can to get the best pics of baby for you and the extra purchases are too cute, couldn’t leave without the heartbeat teddy bear! Would recommend this experience to everyone expecting a little one!

Very friendly staff, and was attended to very quickly and smoothly :) Ensured I did not find out the gender during the scan to keep it a secret for my reveal! First private scan and I’m very impressed!

My scan was so easy to book online. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The sonographer took his time during the scan to show us that everything was well. We got a sneak peak of her face in 4D and was able to get more pics for £2.50 (2 were free in my package) would highly recommend!

Lovely relaxing experience at window to the womb. Baby was not in a good position to they allowed us to come back for free for a second visit to try to get better pictures. When the second visit was no more successful, the provided a free growth scan as well. Lovely staff, and nice environment.

Amazing customer service I love coming here. Been for all 3 of my pregnancies Staff are lovely Georgina is so kind , her mannerisms to us are lovely the way she speaks and comes across is perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Our baby wasn’t co-operating and they send us away and to come back for a complimentary Re-Scan for free. Thank you for your time and reassurance always

Just had our 4D scan done for second time (as first time baby wouldn't show their face) and I can only recommend to any future mummies out there to do the same.. it's 100% worth it. Window to the Womb did an excellent job. The staff is incredibly lovely and took their time in explaining every step.

Lovely staff, made you feel welcome and comfortable. Easy to contact & comminicate with. Friendly & patient. Even though my baby wasn’t playing ball, they also give you an opportunity to get another image by taking some time out to walk/ jump to change the position and a 2nd visit so really do care about there customers. My experience at Window to Womb, Croydon was amazing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming - it really made the experience even more special for me. The clinic itself is very pretty! And the sonographer was very attentive and made sure he got the best pictures. Loved it so much!

Staff were great. Dammy the scanner was helpful and Tracey was very friendly. Only reason it was not 5* is because our baby was stubborn and did not want to show us his face. Nonetheless great experience

was such a lovely experience. from when we walked in we were greeted by lovely receptionist & the waiting Room is light and airy and sets the tone for the rest of the appointment. we were practically seen straight away and when baby was in the wrong position, we went for a quick walk and resumed the scan again within 5 minutes. a very efficient but warming service. will definitely be returning in a months time to have another 4d scab to see babies features clearer. thank you to all the staff !

Came here after visiting the worthing branch. I didn't realise there was somewhere closer to where I lived so I decided to visit the Croydon WTTW. I cannot thank them enough. I've had only positive experience with WTTW. I went for a 5 week scan, 7 week scan and only yesterday I went for my 9 weeks and 3 days scan. Everyone is amazing and helpful. The sonographer is friendly and I was made to feel welcome. I came to get a private scan because it's my first pregnancy and I'm a little nervous. however they have made me feel so better and if I feel the need to pop by and check up on my little one, I shall. Love this place! Thankyou

A wonderful experience and great to check on the baby’s welfare. Baby’s face was obstructed by the cord so we was kindly invited back for another scan. Unfortunately for the next scan baby was hiding but everyone done everything they could to make it the best experience and to try get the best scan picture

We came here for 8 and 16 week scans for reassurance following the loss of our first baby, Poppy earlier this year. The team were outstanding and went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this service highly enough and a small price to pay for peace of mind! Highly recommend. Was amazing to see our little one on screen and hear the heart beat before 12 weeks. We enjoyed it so much we booked a 4D scan as well. The staff are super friendly and explain everything on the screen very nicely. We decided to not find out the gender, and the staff were very discreet.

I'm just over 16 weeks and had the fetal health and secret gender scan. The sonographer and staff are so nice and explained all the options we could do. I was well informed in the scan and got really good pictures. Great value for money. Definitely would recommend and will come again for the 4d scan. Thanks again :)

Very comfortable environment with friendly staff. The sonographer was very reassuring and explained everything he was looking at, I even got rescanned as he wasn't in a good position so we had the option of more pictures. All of the staff on the reception and in the room were welcoming and made us feel at ease. We will be back for a 4d scan soon, thank you.

Came for a scan with my friend to confirm the gender. The team were really lovey. The scan was really detailed and we were able to see that she is having a little boy! Found out the gender of my baby and couldn’t wait to come back and see him 4D. Baby was a bit stubborn and wasn’t in the right position but after a walk and a sugary drink he moved enough for us to see him. Staff were reassuring and said should we need to come back altogether they would accommodate. Customer service was lovely and I felt really looked after. Thank you all <3

We had a fantastic experience at Window to the womb/First scan Croydon. Our baby was being naughty and didn’t want to show the face for the scan so they were super patient and got us to go for a walk then come back and have a re scan. Second time was much more successful. Can’t recommend them enough the whole experience was easy and enjoyable.

A wonderful service and friendly environment. All the staff went the extra mile to provide us with the best 4D pictures. We had to get re-scheduled as the position of our baby was not great the first time. But it was a smooth process and the staff were very accommodating even though I was already 34 weeks then. Such a lovely team! They were so so friendly and genuinely enthusiastic seeing little one. My baba was being camera shy and blocking their face so they gave me a free re-scan for a week later too. Also love that they have stocked the bathroom with pads/nappies/wipes etc in case, small thing but very thoughtful!

Todays visit was my second scan at Window to the Womb and I love it here. The receptionist is so welcoming and friendly, even remembered my name from my visit 7 weeks prior. All staff members are cheerful and professional. They offer a lot of different packages / extras. The quality of scans and pictures are the best. Would recommend 10/10.

It was an amazing experience to see our baby, we loved being able to see what their nose would look like and tongue sticking out to say hello. Everyone was so friendly and made the experience even more special. They were so accommodating to allow both sets of parents to come and see the baby also.

Wonderful experience yet again! Our third scan here and they have all been amazing. The staff are amazing from reception, sonographer, chaperone and to the last advisor helping with photos. Always such a positive experience.

Me and my wife have been here a few times with our first pregnancy. The staff are amazing, very attentive and understanding. The ultra soniographer was very reassuring and informative through out the scans we have had. Definitely helped with my wives nerves. Definitely worth the experience.
