I went for a well-being and reveal scan and I wouldn’t have choose anywhere else to have it done. Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Sonogram tech made me feel at ease. Happy to answer all my questions. I just want to thank window to the womb for their job. I would definitely recommend for any expecting mother’s.

I'am a little surprised by all the positive feedback frankly. We attended the chessington branch and found the waiting to be very busy and all seemed a little chaotic. The sonographer who scanned us was very monotonous, did not smile, or greet us and all felt very rushed and not personable. The manager/lady in reception was nice though. We would definitely not return.

Great service - everyone was friendly and made us feel really relaxed, talked us through everything we needed to know about the baby - and the images we got were super clear and great to share with our family. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant experience at Window to the Womb - we found out the gender of the baby and loved the sneak peek in 4D. When we came back at 29 weeks, she wasn’t in a good position, so they rebooked for us for free! Photos arrived very quickly :)

Really happy with the whole process. The staff are super lovely and friendly and make you feel very relaxed and they try to hard to make sure you have all the pictures you want and need. They inform you of everything they are doing which can be very reassuring as first time parents. Would definitely use them again in the future!

I had a scan here Monday evening. I had the most horrendous experience. The Sonographer mumbled her way through our appointment. She told me ‘you have a sac but no baby, take a pregnancy test in 2 weeks time to check if your still pregnant’ I thought I had lost the baby. The stress could have caused me a miscarriage. I had a scan 13 hours later where they found a baby and a heartbeat. The scan I had after this company told me I was given the completely wrong advice from window to the womb. I don’t want anyone to go through what I did.

Friendly welcome. Synographer clearly explained all the scan details to us as she was completing it, and gave us the chance to ask any questions. Left feeling reassured that our baby is healthy and well.

We have been coming here through the first 5 month of our pregnancy. The staff could not be warmer, more welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend.

Amazing experience, did everything they could to get the best photos and well-being checks. Had to come back as baby was stubborn free of charge and tried again. Unfortunately wasn't able to get good enough photos, so gave us a growth scan instead. Very pleased with the offer and highly rate the service. Would use again further children

Had a great time at Window to the Womb, Chessington. Staff was really nice and knew what they were doing. Clinic was clean and had a good vibe. The 4D scan was the best part. Seeing my baby on the screen and getting the video was pretty cool. Our baby smiled! Definitely recommend. Five stars.

Good to see baby for reassurance as the NHS do not offer many scans. Would be good to receive videos as well as photos for the fetal well being scan. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Thank you

Lovely place to come and have a 4D scan. I was given the scan as a gift for my first baby and loved it so much I bought it for my second baby and came back to the same place. Highly recommend using Window to the Womb, Chessington!

Amazing to see the baby in 4D and they do try to get a good shot for you, allowing us to go take a walk to come back after the first try as she wasn't sitting in a good angle to see her face. Christian the sonographer was great and friendly. Also Diana on reception was really welcoming and friendly!

Had a great experience here. Baby wasn’t playing ball so they fit us in for a rescan the next week and we managed to get some lovely photos. Appreciate them taking the time to make sure we left with some lovely 4D scan photos/videos

We have had two scans here now and they have been brilliant both times! The staff are lovely and welcoming and we will definitely consider coming back for another scan further along

Terrible service. No communication between head office and the branches. Turned up for our appointment to be offered a sub-standard scan unless we wanted to come back two hours later! Do not recommend!

I have been to window to the Window Chessington for both my 8 week and 16 week scan. The staff and Ike the sonography have been brilliant each visit. Would highly recommend to parents to be.

Had plenty of patience with our shy boy 🙈 He was covering his face so we went for a walk and done rescan. He hasn’t moved and still covering his face. We have been booked for another day to come back and try again. Same thing happened again. Still managed to get some nice pictures. Very patient and welcoming staff. Thank you.

From entering we were very welcomed there was plenty of time for us to enjoy the whole experience, the lady told us every thing as we saw it and even enjoyed the giggles as our little one begun a yawn. The team in reception and to choose photos were patient while we choose our photos.

Had a wellness & early gender reveal scan/check here & can't fault the place! Lovely, welcoming staff, scans were so detailed and our sonographer was great, he talked us through the entire scan & told us the gender of our baby which was later confirmed the same at NHS 20 week scan so we were happy! Will definitely go for the same scan with baby no.2!

Absolutely fantastic the women at the facility we’re very kind and approachable offered assistance and guidance throughout the full time of our stay. My other half had a fetal health check and gender scan. We couldn’t tell what the gender was as our little girl had her legs crossed after some advice and patience and after 3 attempts we found out we will be having a girl next year. They even went over the edge and wished my other half a happy birthday which is tomorrow. We are over the moon highly recommend this location I drove 1 hour feeling a bit on edge due to some things I’ve heard but wow they are wrong if they had 10 stars they more than deserve it. Thanks so much guys

My experience was not great!!! We had to go twice because my baby was not in position to be seen. I also was not happy with scan pictures, I couldn’t see my baby face scan 4D. They given me an expired code for avocado app and we couldn’t to see our baby scan. I called them but they didn’t answered to my call. It was better to go to somewhere else!!! I really disappointed and I don’t recommend them!!!
