Absolutely amazing customer service. The amount of attention to detail, flexibility and empathy displayed by Kevin was second to none! The shop experience was amazing, attentive and bespoke, guided by Tom and other associates (sadly don't remember their names) which were clearly watch enthusiasts that knew what they were talking about. In regards to watch buying I can confidently say Fraser Hart One New Change were the best watch AD I have dealt with. If you are looking for a retailer in this segment, search no further.

This was my first time buying a luxury watch and I wanted to be able to collect it from a store and get it fitted rather than have it arrive in the post. Fraser Hart we’re very accommodating sourcing my watch from another branch that had it in stock and Ali was a legend with getting it fitted! I would definitely recommend Fraser hart to anyone that wants to buy any luxury jewellery and wants a great in store customer experience! 10/10

Another superb customer service experienced at the One New Change branch! Great communication with Ron keeping us informed and advised on their new stock and limited edition timepieces. The store manager Tom was welcoming and gave professional advise and let me tried other watches that I am interested without any pressure. I was on the hunt for a specific two colour Tudor Royal wristwatch. I spoke to Ali on the phone who confirmed they had the watch in stock and would hold it for me for the day. I visited the store the same day and was greeted warmly by all staff. The watch was presented with a cup of coffee and a very pleasant atmosphere. A sale was agreed and I left a very happy customer. Overall we had a great experience. Tom, Shabeer, Cagla, and Emma were very friendly and gave us a hospitable welcome as we got our watches. I was in the market for the Garmin MARQ Aviator and I was promptly served the watch and had it resized. All done quickly in less than half an hour. However, you'll stay longer to enjoy having a conversation with everyone. If you don't know what you want to get yet, they have a great selection of watches and everyone is knowledgable about the inventory that they have. Other pros: Great Accessibility. Stones throw away from Mansion House Station.

Amazing customer service! I liked Gucci set (ring and earrings) and Fraser Hart was the only place where there was a discount on it (around 30% which is huge). I was not sure about the ring size and I didn’t want to deal with returns, so the shop offered to deliver items to the store. The communication was prompt and excellent, thanks Cagla! I received a notification when set arrived to the store. At the boutique I met Tom, who is extremely polite attentive and just super nice, he offered me a cloth for polishing but they run out of it, so he promised to send by post. This is something extra I would never expect from any business, it shows they truly care about you. I will definitely buy from Fraser Hart again! Thanks so much.

Highly recommended! Well worth visiting this Fraser Hart Store (One New Change - London). The store is located 2 minutes from St Paul's and stocks a nice range of luxury watches, I’ve had my sights on the Longines: Avigation BigEye for a while now and was waiting for the stores to reopen after lockdown to see it up close. This store had the exact watch in stock and I was amazed they also had £500 off the RRP (Fraser Hart were to only UK stockists to offer this reduction). In store I was greeted by Shabeer who was most helpful, he asked how he could assist me. I wanted to see the BigEye up close, so he got it from the display cabinet to try on. He demonstrated the functions of the watch (a chronograph) plus helped me get the correct fit with the strap. (all COVID safe behind screen + masks) You couldn’t fault the service, no hard selling or pushy sales tactics, just a professional and relaxed sales experience. I’m so pleased with my new watch and will be back to this store for sure :-)

2 months ago, this would have been a really bad review. We bought my fiancée's engagement ring (a nice ring with a topaz on, rather than a "traditional" diamond ring) here just after we got in engaged, in February 2020. Just under a year later, with all the shops shut due to Covid, the ring broke. I was assured over email that I could bring the ring in once the shops opened, and that it would be under warranty. 5 weeks after being advised that the waiting time for repairs was 5-6 weeks, we were told that was to an estimate, and that the repair would be *another* 6 weeks. All in all, 11 weeks after giving our engagement ring back, we received it, and had had to pay for the repair. Within 2 weeks it broke again, so I returned to the store, fuming enough to immediately ask for the manager, and vowing to return it and never shop here again. Tom, the branch manager, could not have been more helpful. He was sympathetic to the issues we'd had and the time things had taken, and did all he was able to do to support us. He offered to take the ring back in exchange for something else, and had at this point been so helpful and up-front that we decided to look at purpose-sold diamond engagement rings. Tom ordered all the rings we wanted to look at for us in the right size, and talked us through them until after closing time. As a final token, Tom arranged for a free drink for us at a bar upstairs, which was such a nice touch and much appreciated. In the end, we left happy customers, with a beautiful engagement ring and would recommend this store and Tom in particular, to anyone.

Went to the place to repair the strap of my watch (was not even sure they could do it). Well let me tell you: not only they did it but but they were super helpful and professional. And I’m referring especially to Ali, who was super super kind too. Would definitely recommend it a million times!

Great service from Ron. He took time to fully explain the watch and his passion for watches is obvious.
