Food:
This
has
to
be
one
of
the
best
foods
I
had
at
an
all-inclusive.
The
buffet
was
easier
to
access,
since
reservations
were
not
needed.
The
buffet
did
not
lack
flavor
or
options
at
all.
The
staff
was
amazing,
and
made
the
experience
ten
times
better!
Please
tip
if
you
can.
As
for
the
restaurants,
I
only
had
the
chance
to
try
the
Thai
restaurant.
The
other
restaurants
were
booked
so
I
recommend
making
reservations
asap.
I
do
wish
the
resort
can
send
a
booking
site
to
their
restaurants
prior
to
arrival.
It
will
give
people
more
opportunities
to
try
the
restaurants.
Drinks:
Drinks
were
great
at
the
pool
and
lobby
bar!
The
espresso
martini
was
the
best
I've
had.
Every
drink
I
had
didn't
disappoint.
Although
it
is
a
family
resort,
it
was
the
prefect
balance
if
you
are
on
a
relaxing
trip
without
children
as
well.
Now
the
reason
for
2
stars:
There
were
several
times
staff
will
joke
about
paying
an
excessive
amount
of
money
or
exchanging
a
personal
item
for
a
service.
A
specific
time,
at
the
jet
ski
booth,
a
staff
member
jokingly
said
my
friend
and
I
can
have
a
free
ride
in
exchange
of
an
iPhone.
Ironically,
my
phone
was
stolen
during
this
trip
(not
at
the
resort),
and
it
was
very
uncomfortable.
Luckily
our
last
day
was
approaching.
I
also
had
forgotten
a
gold
watch
in
the
room
(my
mistake,
yes).
However
when
trying
to
retrieve
it,
nothing
was
found
even
after
their
"inviestgations".
Found
this
a
bit
odd
considering
I
purposely
left
an
item
behind
and
that
item
was
not
found,
so
they
say.
I
do
believe
there
needs
to
be
some
improvements
on
professionalism
at
this
resort.
This
comment
is
not
a
representation
on
all
staff,
but
those
interactions
play
a
major
part
in
someones
decision
of
staying
at
this
resort
or
someone
feeling
comfortable
while
present
at
the
resort.
