I highly recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive! The staff was extremely welcoming and nice! The cleanliness was a 10 out of 10. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, along with the pool side food. The pool entertainment, bartenders, & other staff around the pool were wonderful. The rooms were air-conditioned, very clean, and up to date. Every restaurant we were in was spotless and the waiters/waitresses were very friendly. House keeping comes everyday to pick up and make the bed. The lobby bar area was really cool, they had sporting events on and did occasionally played music.

We were there for a wedding. It was nice overall but I wouldn't say family friendly. The rooms have doors separating between them and the couple next door to us were very loud while having "fun" during our 4 days stay. And even through a loud TV, we could still hear them. Second, the food tasted 3/10. For an all inclusive 4 star resort, and the amount of money we paid, definitely not worth it. The service was great everyone is super nice which is what I liked mostly. Unfortunately the quality of food wasn't as expected. There's not much to do after 10 pm which is not fun for couples but we had to be in this resort for the wedding. It was a cool experience but don't think I would recommend or go back.

Well, for the amount of money that we are paying for the stay and the fact that the hotel calls itself a 4 star - we would expect better hospitality. Some of their staff is rude, not welcoming at all and would behave as if they are being asked to do so under some pressure, which you definitely don’t want in your vacation. The lady at arrival desk was so unwelcoming, not even a single smile and not ready to accommodate even a simple request. She had the answer ready “we are fully booked” and thats it. When we talked to her supervisor, he did agree to the request. The staff at breakfast buffet was again so worked up and not at all trained to handle the number of guests staying with them. Same for cocktail area by the pool. We have seen more hospitality and more professional staff at less rated places. Food is completely BLAH! I haven’t had one single thing so far which is delicious. It is all below average!! Also on the last 2 days of our stay, both my husband and baby had bad stomach due to the food they had in the hotel. Location is fantastic, and the pool area is great.

Fiesta Americana was a fantastic resort! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Miguel who brought us our food and drinks every day while we were at the pool all week. He along with a few of the other staff members are one the main reasons why we are planning our return trip! Everything was super clean, all activities were well planned out and very well organized. The pool staff was super friendly and outgoing and got everyone evolved with the pool activities. We ate at both buffets, and 3 restaurants. All have great food and great service. We spent a lot of nights at the Main lobby bar which had entertainment and top shelf drinks, but you needed to ask for them. We felt very safe in this resort and several times a day we would see army and marine members walk through and patrol the resort. We left the resort and took a cab to the mall downtown, again we had a great time and felt very safe. I can't wait to go back!

After a short 20 minute shuttle ride we arrived at the resort with a toddler and newborn. There was one visitor at the desk already and no one else was in line but we waited an uncomfortable amount of time to check in. No one asked if we needed anything or offered us a drink which we have always had at other resorts. It was hot and I was wearing the baby and the toddler was walking around the area splashing some water in a decorative pool they have there and I just wished someone would have come and said welcome would you like some water, because yes we all would have liked some after a long flight, customs, and shuttle. We were given a free upgraded room to see the pools and a partial ocean view but it seemed like a downgrade once we entered. Part of the curtain was broken so light came in all night and we could hear loud music and entertainment all night. Luckily the children slept through it but my husband and I did not. The food was mediocre at the buffet. We only stayed 2 days and did not have the time to check out the restaurants. There was a cart to make self-serve coffees but it closed early in the day and had many issues of something being broken or no more cups next to it. There were yummy crepes and ice cream at the resort and we enjoyed the pizza by the pool. The kids area is small and dated. Many of the toys were broken. Luckily the kids pool did have a fun pirate ship with slides. It was easy to get around the resort with a stroller. We will not be going here again. Spend just a little bit more money and you'll get an amazing experience somewhere else.

Just had a wonderful trip to this hotel. The hotel, its location and its staff are far superior to any other hotel I have been too. Don’t even know where to start. The grounds are well maintained and the beach is awesome. They really do a great job in providing amazing entertainment (loved the fire show, Michael Jackson show, pool activities). They really are all inclusive and are not cheap in terms of providing food and beverages. Lastly, thank you for all the staff for being concerned about our dietary needs and making us as comfortable as possible. Definitely would come back!

Excellent service! Very responsive - we walked into a noisy AC unit, so they sent a technician to get it fixed right away. We then noticed a leaking sink, so they sent another associate to fix it but was unable to. They quickly set us up for another room and sent a porter to get us relocated. We transferred to another wing, same sized room but with an upgraded view, so that was unexpected but very much appreciated. Nice variety of restaurants to choose from for meals. Just make reservations and plan accordingly. Every associate made an effort to provide the best service and experience. There is nothing negative to say. We will return.

One of the best resorts in Cancun! High class All-Inclusive hotel! Exceptional service with welcoming, professional, and friendly Staff, super clean and modern rooms, amazing and very relaxing place to stay, great restaurants where we had an amazing dining experience. This property is amazingly beautiful. The staff was very attentive to the guests needs. They all went above and beyond. The food at the restaurants was delicious. The rooms were well detailed clean with an amazing view of the ocean. The attention to detail from the staff to the restaurants were nothing but amazing!! The swim up pool was just as wonderful. We highly recommend. Thank you, Miss Fernanda, for the outstanding service, you made are stay seamless from the time we came to the time we left. We can’t wait to come back!!

We had such a lovely long weekend at Fiesta Americana! The staff was extremely respectful and welcoming. The facilities were clean and in good shape. We loved the drinks- no bottom shelf brands here! And the food…. I had set my expectations fairly moderate. Most all inclusive resorts aren’t known for their food, however, Fiesta Americana had some GREAT food. The sushi corner was my favorite or maybe the pool side burrito style hamburger! I can’t recommend Fiesta Americana enough :)

An excellent family-friendly hotel! The staff is friendly, providing the best service. A wide variety of entertainment and food options, along with a beautiful beach, make for a nice experience. The pool area looks amazing, with multiple food/drink serving locations. The pool bar, is perfect setting to enjoy a cocktail while having a swim. Had lots of entertainment activities for kids and adults. There was a fire show one night and it was amazing show. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we always felt safe during our stay.

Amazing stay! Resort is beautiful and has tons of great amenities! From the pools and swim up pool bar, to the beach front lounging and live entertainment! Food options were great as well! Would recommend you try to book dinner reservations ASAP (for Italian or Steakhouse). Room was even better! Had the family suite with tons of space and oceanfront balcony with jacuzzi!

Food: This has to be one of the best foods I had at an all-inclusive. The buffet was easier to access, since reservations were not needed. The buffet did not lack flavor or options at all. The staff was amazing, and made the experience ten times better! Please tip if you can. As for the restaurants, I only had the chance to try the Thai restaurant. The other restaurants were booked so I recommend making reservations asap. I do wish the resort can send a booking site to their restaurants prior to arrival. It will give people more opportunities to try the restaurants. Drinks: Drinks were great at the pool and lobby bar! The espresso martini was the best I've had. Every drink I had didn't disappoint. Although it is a family resort, it was the prefect balance if you are on a relaxing trip without children as well. Now the reason for 2 stars: There were several times staff will joke about paying an excessive amount of money or exchanging a personal item for a service. A specific time, at the jet ski booth, a staff member jokingly said my friend and I can have a free ride in exchange of an iPhone. Ironically, my phone was stolen during this trip (not at the resort), and it was very uncomfortable. Luckily our last day was approaching. I also had forgotten a gold watch in the room (my mistake, yes). However when trying to retrieve it, nothing was found even after their "inviestgations". Found this a bit odd considering I purposely left an item behind and that item was not found, so they say. I do believe there needs to be some improvements on professionalism at this resort. This comment is not a representation on all staff, but those interactions play a major part in someones decision of staying at this resort or someone feeling comfortable while present at the resort.

Last month I had the opportunity to return to this fantastic hotel with my family. It was the second time after the great experience we enjoyed back in 2017. One more time, their service, gratitude and quality surprised us. The food is fantastic, the facilities are very beautiful and confortable, but the best is the quality of the people working there. They really look after you, treat you with respect, politely and lovingly. We specifically received a fantastic service from Nadia and Diego in the pool area and Karina in the breakfast. Great professionals with a unique human touch 🫶🏻 Hope we can return one day 🤞🏻👏🏻

I have been to this resort 5 times with my partner and we always have an amazing experience! The staff always treats us with kindness and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. The last time we visited in May 2022, Fernanda greeted us and made sure we got checked in quick and easy. She was so kind and found the best room for us, and truly made it a remarkable experience. The staff truly care about our happiness and strive to make our experience the best it can be. Definitely don't hesitate to book with this resort! Fernanda deserves a raise for her amazing service as well!

Very clean. Looks just like pictures. Really great place for a couple or family with kids. Not a terrible place for a single person if you want to relax but if you want to party, you probably should go elsewhere. Entertainment staff is high energy with the activities around the pool they do. Food and drinks were good for the most part. Not over the top but good choices and tasty. Staff was extremely nice. Beach had a lot of seaweed but that is a mother nature issue beyond the resorts control. Felt very safe there and would definitely go back!

Loved this resort. We were celebrating a family milestone and absolutely loved it. We visited in January 2023. The dine-in restaurants were okay at best. Not the greatest. They were not bad by any means but I had higher expectations. Service was pretty good. Would visit again. Buffet menu was pretty good.

We love this place! This was our second visit and we enjoyed it even more. The resort is relaxing and is totally our speed. The staff is very friendly and provides amazing service. The facilities are well maintained. There is a great variety of food. The buffet that is available for all meals is superb. We are the kind of folks that just want to relax and unwind. This resort is perfect for that.

Such a brilliant week! The food was great, the staff were amazing and the hotel was lovely. The pool is a clever design providing different areas for kids or games or adults. So many places to eat and drink. Never been looked after so much on holiday. The cleanliness of the hotel as a whole was outstanding. The room was superb. Our maid, Gabriela, was the best. Will definitely return.

Me and my friend stayed for five nights. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the place is kept very clean! Our room was pretty and we didn't have any issues (shower was hot, the A/C was cold, and beds were comfortable). The food was better than I expected from an all inclusive, and they had a decent amount of vegetarian options. Cocktails were a bit inconsistent and could use some work, but were good enough. My main complaint is that guests put their things in the chairs by the pool and leave it so you can't use them. Overall, a great vacation 😊

Fiesta Americana Condesa was delightful. The resort is not overwhelmingly big, but still offers a variety of dinning options (Steakhouse was the best - awesome flavor to steak and mashed potatoes), two large pools, three hot tubs, swim up bar and plenty of seating whether by the pool or on the beach. The beach is not deep, but there was plenty of space for everyone. The ocean water is beautiful, clear, nice temperature, not full of seaweed. Some days there is a good amount of waves, others not so much. The drinks are good. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The customer service is incredible. We interacted with at least 30 different staff members performing different tasks and not one was rude or incompetent. We were helped or served with a smile and everyone strived to make our stay enjoyable. I would 100% recommend staying here and would not hesitate to come back.

if you enjoy food this may not be the place for you! As an all inclusive resort, you will be having a lot of your meals here. Although they have a varied selection of restaurants, the food quality in all of them is very very basic, think rural cafeteria in the US. Even their Mexican food options seem to have been designed in the rural Midwest. The presentation of the food is also disappointing. Interestingly their better offering of a "steakhouse" is popular because they create scarcity and FOMO by making it: "reservations only" that can only be made between 2 to 4:00 p.m. on the day. And beware eating here costs extra. It's also not that great. If you're going to be spending extra money on food perhaps consider leaving the resort to the many other restaurants in the hotel zone. Interestingly the food offering at their sister location in Cancun is much more elevated. Other than the food, the location is outstanding the beach is absolutely fantastic and the two pools are great! They may be a little intrusive with security and are continually asking for your bracelet and room # and when you take a taxi they like to ask where you're going to. The rooms are very comfortable and well insulated.

This was my first all inclusive experience. I came here to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend. The service, food, and drinks were great! We were big fans of the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the Italian restaurant within the resort and how they only came to clean our room once throughout our stay. However, everything else made up for it. I definitely recommend this resort for anyone who is thinking about booking here. I would rate this resort 9/10. They exceeded my expectations.

Update: After our review, the staff refunded some of the costs for the child fee. Not sure if the loud music from the private party and lounge chair availability would be addressed. Original review: i was told that I could check in early but waiting since 4 hours and no room is available (it’s 3:30 now). The official check-in hour is stated as 3pm. Lounge chairs are all full. Adding a 7 years old to the reservation costs $120 per night extra. There is loud disco music from a private event until 1am. The good: the sea is amazing. The trees and the fishes inside the property are very pretty and overall well maintained. Plenty of food options (quality is acceptable).

We have been to Mexico twice and have stayed here both times. We tried another resort but, left it after 2 nights to come stay here! Hands down the best food for an all inclusive. Great vibes for honeymooners, families, and singles. Upgrade to the ocean front view is definitely worth it. Amazing friendly staff as well and super convenient to get a covid test on site.

Love the hotel, dining options, pool and beach area as well as incredible guest services! Seriously, the guest services were top notch! Servers remembering your name and preferences for drinks/food is the key to my heart! The spa has 15 different massages and awesome services! I only wish the hotel was keeping up with the Covid times and not enforcing such strict mask policies.

We had an amazing time. First of all, evert corner of this place was spotless. This is the first thing I look at anywhere I stay. I couldn't find one dirty area. There was always someone cleaning, the counters where clean, the restaurants spotless. The staff ridiculously friendly and helpful! It was great to relax, eat, drink and enjoy! I went with my husband only, but we will be back with our kids for sure!

We had our wedding here last month, and I cannot get over how amazing everything was!! The food was incredible, and the staff were so friendly. Our wedding planner Alma was the best and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect (and it sure was!) they went above and beyond for us. The rooms were very clean and well kept, comfy bed. We can’t wait for our next trip back here - thank you Fiesta Americana team!

We've been here 3 times planning our wedding and every single time it's been such a treat. They have always been so accommodating to us. The rooms were always so nice, and room service always comes and cleans up well. The food here is always good the buffet is restocked and fresh. The restaurant staff always friendly made you feel right at home. The all the shows were amazing, my personal favorite was the Fire Show. The wedding was absolutely magical, Alma was the wedding planner for us at the resort and she was AMAZING. She was always an email away while planning the wedding and very responsive. Everything went down without a hiccup. At the end of the day we've been here 3 times and I would come back again anytime. They will do anything to make you feel like family.

I can’t agree that this hotel is family friendly, or for people who needs early quiet hours. They have tons of activities(karaoke, live music, bingo..), which were fun, but at very late hours in the main lobby area. you can hear them clearly from possible every corner in the hotel. And the activities last till around 12:30AM! Just can’t fall asleep with all these noise. It’s a good deal for the price, but it also makes it really crowded everywhere. On the beach, the pool and the restaurant.. To get a good spot, need to get up like 7am to get your beach chair.

Awesome experience. The whale shark excursion was the highlight for us. All the restaurants were great, and Rosato was our favorite. Make sure to book your reservations for the each of the specialty restaurants once you get there.

We had a great time. They have daily activities, several restaurants to pick from and a wide variety of food. The resort has everything in close enough proximity that you aren't walking too far. The beach was very enjoyable. The swimming pool was warm and felt very good. We have a great view from our room. We had difficulty reserving dinner reservations. The bathroom doesn't offer much privacy if you have children with you. We would definitely stay here again. We made the right choice for this vacation.

This place is amazingly beautiful and friendly.. the rooms are amazing as well as the pool and beach access. The food is great well but this place has the best service there is to offer !! You gotta come and stay here you won't be disappointed.

I loved my stay at this place. Resort is absolutely beautiful and has many amenities! Staff are very friendly. There are about 5 restaurants, and for dinner, reservations have to be made in advance. There are different activity days, and I must say "the silent club" was definitely the best. It was such a blast staying at Fiesta Americana Condes Cancun.

Loved the resort very beautiful and aesthetic for pictures. Food was good, room was clean and everyone was nice(for the most part). The young lady who checked us in, who’s name is Yesenia. Very rude to us as soon as we interacted, other ladies checking in my family were very pleasant and amicable however she chose to not give us any information about our stay and kept telling us to hold on if we asked her something, she walked away several times and left us waiting without saying a word. Another thing, my sisters were able to be accommodated in a room next to my mothers room and they were told by their receptionist there was another room available on the same floor however Yesenia ignored our requests. We know accommodations are only done upon availability but she clearly just didn’t want to help us. I am pregnant and got there tired that morning ready for some relaxation and it was VERY frustrating having to deal with her attitude for whatever reason it was( it wasn’t us because we barely said anything to her and she seemed bothered from the get). Anyways when she finished with us she gave us our bracelet and then rang the bell to continue with the next person without properly sending us off and asking us if we had any other questions or concerns!? It was super unprofessional and rude. I hope no one else has to encounter this, everything else turned out great in the resort, had it not I would’ve taken further steps. This review is for reference if others have the same experience I did, so that necessary steps can be taken towards this employee. For some other great feedback, we loved the sushi bar and all the different entertainment going on every day!

I am amazed at the cleanliness, maintenance and staff who run this hotel. It is very obvious that they love their job and it makes you feel well cared for. My only issue is a personal matter because I feel that the ocean view rooms are in fact more a view of the pool area. I ended up having to pay for an upgrade to oceanfront which is what I thought I was purchasing initially. I did discuss it with the front desk and they assured me that they would take actions to resolve the matter.

We absolutely LOVE our stays here. Every time they make us feel so special while we are there. It’s like our home away from home. Fernanda takes wonderful care of us making sure we have what we need during our trip. Henry at the Thai restaurant was wonderful, Jose for a pool waiter and Carlos for tacos and drinks. We can’t speak enough good things about this resort and it’s staff. Can’t wait to see them all again.

There for a 4 day weekend and had the absolute best of times! The accommodation was top notch, the welcome at the property was matched by next to none! The room was very welcoming with an incredibly comfortable bed that one would just sink right into. The food was fantastic and I can’t stay enough about how good the food was! The drinks could have been better, but all inclusive so I get it.

I write review very rare BUT for this resort I couldn’t wait till I found the time after that AMAZING EXPERIENCE to say few words. An amazing staff, amazing food , beautiful property!!! Am impressed by everything here! I never expected this service! Thank you to all of you for this welcoming place! Highly recommended! Honestly deserves more than 5 stars!!! Will go back 😍

Absolutely wonderful hotel! We had the best family holiday ever! My toddlers (2 and 3) loved the pirate ship, the beautiful stretch of beach and all the wonderful amenities. My husband and I haven't been so relaxed on a family vacation as we were here!! The staff were incredibly friendly and all of the food and drink was delicious! We will ABSOLUTELY be returning to fiesta Americana!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough! All of the restaurants and food options were wonderful and the entertainment during the day and the evening shows were great fun! Everything was so clean and we also enjoyed a massage at the spa which I would highly recommend! Thank you so much to the staff at Fiesta Americana for such a wonderful vacation!!!

Highly recommend this resort. Everything was great from the moment we arrived. The staff is courteous and attentive to all your needs. The resort is extremely clean as well.The food was excellent! Lots of activities throughout the day. The beach access is great not too crowded. Will definitely stay here again!
