I was only here for a night and I’ll tell you about the room experience; they allow smoking in the rooms, so if you dislike the smell of smoke know this before hand. I’m not sure if they have non smoking rooms, but you could smell the smoke?! This doesn’t bother me as a non smoker, so I figured I start with this. The shower seemed to only have cool-cold water; again, not an issue for myself, but done may prefer hot water showers. The beds were soft and the A/C was very cold. Just what you need in Mexico, especially this part of Mexico in the summer. Room is about $70 USD. There are cheaper places closer to the beach or tourist area. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, and our room came with 2 bottles of water which is useful if you’re not wanting to drink the water in Mexico. The pool is open until 10pm; and they have a small gym area that is open 24-hours a day. There is a restaurant in the lobby that has a basic menu for lunch or dinner: hamburger/cheeseburger, pizza, fries, nachos, etc. Next door, connected to the building is a cafe, if you want desserts and coffee. There are several restaurants close-by, a bank of you need an ATM, and a convenience store. Hotel is about 10 miles from airport, in the heart of downtown Cancún. If you don’t speak Spanish, then you may be lost in translation here. It’s easy to get a cab or bus here and it’s cheap to anywhere but the airport. If you’re going to airport expect to pay about $20 USD (currently $400 MXN pesos.)

Great location for travelers because within walking distance to buses. Very helpful and friendly staff! They always have a smile and are willing to help. The pool is small but at least there is one. The breakfast is hot and cold buffet style.

Pretty good hotel with everything you need for a quick stay. Came to Cancun to see some friends and stayed here for convenience. I booked through Travala.com wich was also pretty neat since I used ADA (Cardano) to pay with. The buffet for breakfast was $120 pesos and it was pretty good, waiters service was very good. Tipped them well. Would recommend for quick stays.

The room was adequate if dated. The employees at front desk were pleasant and spoke English. The restaurant was clean but the food was really bad. Either too spicy too taste or too bland to eat! As mentioned by other reviews on several sites, don't let the Security guards call a taxi for you. They have a deal with a few taxi drivers who charge you 3 or 4 times more than walking a half block and catching one for yourself. They tried to charge me $15.00 to go 3 miles!!!! I caught my own cab and paid $4.00!!!!! I reported it to management but they said they'd talk to them and the same security guard tried the same thing 2 days later! Stay somewhere else!!!

We loved our stay here. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had wonderful variety. Tere was so nice every morning! We can't wait to go back. The convenience store next door and the restaurants across the street were all we needed!

Clean rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. I've stayed here collectively for 4 days and the experience is consistently great. The breakfast buffet is above the norm with a good selection of fresh fruit, quesadillas and assorted local food as well as a waffle station. Some other meals can be made to order for an additional charge. On my most recent visit, they had an electrician sawing into the hallway ceiling to make repairs - although when we complained to the front desk, he stopped.

The location is rather convenient, there's a big shopping mall just couple blocks away. The reception and all the rest hotel staff is polite and courteous. Breakfast is usually included (buffet, mostly Mexican food), they also offer dinner and lunch with surcharge which saves you time. There's laundry and a swimming pool. The rooms are neat and equipped with a mini-bar (empty) and a micro-wave. There's also a tea/coffee set refilled daily. There's a hair-dryer, shampoo and shower gel, sufficient amount of towels. The only bad thing is that all the rooms are no smoking. Smoking is allowed only downstairs, outside the hotel.

My husband and I were there 11 months ago so many of the specific pros and cons are not readily available. I will update in a couple weeks because we're returning for another stay! During our last stay, I was very disappointed the hot tub did not work and am hopeful that it will be usable when we return. Everyone was so nice. Our room was clean, as was the lobby and in-house restaurant. The breakfast was good and was an impressive spread, but the little restaurant in front of the hotel, and the open patio restaurant just south of LQ were EXCELLENT. Tacos al pastor (?) at the restaurant down the block is the best! Looking forward to an excellent trip in a couple weeks!

Great value for price. Hotel concierge spoke English well, very friendly, and gave us local information on taxis/buses. Location is fantastic for visiting the beaches on the hotel zone or restaurants downtown. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and ADO bus station. Pros: free continental breakfast (eggs, pancakes, waffles, bananas), small gym (treadmill, dumbbells, one machine), quiet at night (for the most part), good for families & couples, clean pool out back Cons: card deactivated every day, staff often forgot to deliver fresh towels upon request
