Had a wonderful 12 nights here in September. A good sized resort, right on the beach. Were always able to find available sun loungers. Staff constantly available to get you drinks as you laid by the pool A great range of activities during the day and the most fantastic team of daytime staff. Shout out to Said, Benjamin, Alexia, Angel, Alonso, Maria and Andrea, who made our stay so much fun Beautiful beach with soft white sand, the clearest blue sea, and hardly any seaweed. It was so empty as well! Walked along the beach a few times and hardly saw anyone! Good choice of restaurants. The buffet had a great selection of food every day for breakfast. Everything was fresh and good quality. We went twice for dinner and both times the food was really good (my husband doesn't usually like buffets, but he was impressed!) We went to all four restaurants twice and had a good meal every time. The two biggest takeaways were 1. Every single member of staff was super friendly, helpful and polite 2. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and anywhere you looked you could see someone cleaning For the price we paid, we couldn't have asked for more. We hope to go back

I don’t even know where to begin. This trip was everything we wanted in our family vacation in more. Each night we would go to our room amazed with the day where had. I’ll begin with check-in, everything was great. Everyone was so welcoming, we arrived to welcome drinks and were in and out. Just like any resort I’m sure they have busy times but the counters were always fully staffed. The amenities and events for the kids blew me away! The kids club I can’t speak highly enough of the entire team and thank them for loving our babies so much and giving them the best vacation. The highlights were the foam party, dream catchers, wax hands & balloon fights. They went above and beyond and the kids LOVED every minute. The kids area as an entire area was loved so much by every kid. The food- all I can say is WOW! My husband and I travel internationally twice a year and typically like an all inclusive, this was the best we’ve ever encountered! And the Italian restaurant was beyond AMAZING! Particularly Alberto as the server, we even went back and requested him as our server. Last, the entertainment was great. Luigi did a get job at hosting every day and evening and really made our days that much more enjoyable. If you are in doubt at all, don’t be! This resort will go above and beyond and is worth your time! We had the best family vacation. We travel as a family of 9, with 3 kids! And I can’t thank them enough for making memories for our kids that will last a lifetime!

I took here a 10-night vacation with my boyfriend and an another couple and we had the best of times. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed was perfectly comfortable. The hotel has 4 restaurants, one of them buffet, with great food. I didn't have my hopes up regarding the quality since I'm a bit picky with food, but there are plenty of options to choose from and everything tasted great. Drinks were also good. The 24/7 cafeteria was a nice plus. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. My only complain would be the check-in time: even with only 4 groups before us, it took longer than an hour. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Service was fantastic. The beach was phenomenal compared to other resorts nearby. It was flat with a very easy area to enter and chill in the water without giant boulders blocking your way. Waves were perfect for boogie boarding fun. Wait service on the beach was very prompt (Diego and Jonathan) with a bar at the very back of the beach was crazy convenient. There is also a taco station next bar that is easy to miss. The resort was extremely clean. They had a fun program or entertainment every night and activities to involve kids. The Italian restaurant workers were very fun and trying extra hard to ensure you were having a great time. Food overall among the entire resort was just above average as an all inclusive (talking about the buffet food), but better than I remembered from a long while back. The selection was extremely sufficient. Some buffet style restaurants have different themes each night. The barbecue night was phenomenal. The Asian food could use a little improvement but I only had a small sample to judge from. For the price it is definitely a place I would not hesitate to book again if I were to come back.

We had such an amazing experience at this hotel since the moment we checked it until the moment we checked out. The absolute highlight of this place is the staff, they are extremely kind and they really take care of you. The food is delicious and varied, the rooms are spacious and clean, the pool and the beach are always being cleaned and organized. This is honestly a perfect place for families, couples, friends, they have activities for everyone. They are extremely accommodating and will go above and beyond to make your stay great. Will be back and will be recommending this hotel to all our friends!

I am unsure on what are the expectations of people that dare rate this resort low. It was fantastic. From the location, to the service. That beach was mind blowing. Enjoyed every second of it. The rooms were perfect, clean, food although not excellent, it was good enough. Would come back 100 times if I could. Our family had the best vacations ever. Highly recommended.

Overall, it was a great place for families. We came as a party of 10, with 5 children. They enjoyed the pools, beach, and dining options. Even if we didn't leave the resort, the kids would've been perfectly content going to the beach and pool. The rooms were clean, staff friendly, and a good location. You can hop on a bus going south for $1 USD and be at the mall in less than 5 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly. If we came back, I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Good location near downtown. The service and friendliness are 5 star. Mid tier liquor throughout resort. The main bar in the lobby makes the best drinks. Only two medium sized pools that have been pretty packed each day we've went. Your kids will enjoy the slides, though if you have a single child, adults aren't allowed to go with them. Beach front is nice, other than the seaweed which is seasonal. Neat swings at the beach bar. Food has been above par at every restaurant we've tried. The Italian restaurant is the most popular, so you have to get their early, otherwise you risk not making the waiting list. Overall, I would recommend for the price point.

Room we had was outdated. There were a lot of little tiny ants everywhere. Service was standard except for Benjamin in the dining facility AND my massage therapist was amazing! They both made my stay well worth it. Also the food was exceptional. I was not expecting so many delicious options. Great selection of booze as well. Locations was perfect. We were so close to everything and in walking distance of shops.

Can't wait to return all ready planning next trip. The beach area was awesome clean and the water so clear and blue also not rocky was in the water ever day all day. Many food choices and the alcoholic was great. Staff was very friendly. We did a wine and food tasting Gerry was awesome. He taught us a great deal about wine. Had a ocean front room loved it. I understand Wyndham just bought the resort and will make many changes. I only disliked one thing the AC was so loud I turned the TV up but I'm sure there are aware of it and working on it. I will be returning this year so worth the money.

Just returned from a 4 day Thanksgiving long weekend trip from this beautiful resort. Situated 25 mins from Cancun Airport, this all-inclusive resort is all about blue waters, white sand, pool vibes, amazing bars, and restaurants! The staff was courteous and welcoming. During our stay, I saw the resort is also a favorite for wedding shoots, dinners and parties. It's a family resort with a kids club and a separate children's themed pool. There is always something happening to keep everyone busy. If not, you just soak up the sun and enjoy the fabulous views lying down on the beach cabanas. I am definitely going back!!!

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was fantastic and very nice interactions. Our room was a king suite oceanfront and the view was amazing. Food was what to expect from all inclusive and no complaints, the burgers from the grill very tasty. We enjoyed all the optional activities throughout the day. I give a lot of credit the to event staff, never stopped throughout the day. We will be bring our son next time knowing he would love the kids water area. Thank you to all

TL;DR really well run hotel. Friendly staff, great service, large clean rooms with balconies, nice beach setup with palm trees, awesome kids club and good food. Check in was smooth, with plenty of staff. Rooms are clean and large. Good beds and all have balconies. The beach is well set up with loungers and palm trees, beach bar and taco hut. Pools are decent. No swim up bar. Kids club is amazing with really friendly staff. There are also kid specific pools with slides and two larger hydro slides. Service is excellent, with drinks served to you while at the pool and beach. Food was a pleasant surprise. The buffet had a wide range and different dinner special each night. The restaurants each served good food. The resort is not too big so easy to get around. Suggestions: 1. More shade umbrellas by the pool and beach. 2. More policing of people reserving chairs (probably solved by 1) Stop reading and book! Note on seaweed (Aug 22) (not in the hotels control). Yes there was sea weed. Probably affected swimming half the time. Some days almost none, others too much to use the beach.

Pros: The location and beach are pretty. The drinks, snacks and service at the VIP lounge are superior compared to every other bar on the property. The coffee bar service and drinks were great. CONS: we were bothered by staff wanting pitch a membership or time share when checking in. We upgraded to a first floor walk out room for an extra charge and were told we had access to the cabanas. We asked if that meant any one and the front desk said yes. The second evening we decided to sit at one only to have a woman with a clipboard tell us we had to pay a fee. It was close to 5pm and only one other “premium cabana” was being used. I did get a manager to agree that we could use it in the end after a long hold on the phone. The one that is “included” is smaller, rickety and slopes backward toward the building and the view is literally blocked by the others in front. We also weren’t told that a loud wedding reception would be right above us until late night and that an entire wedding & reception with DJ would be right outside our room in the sand. The food and drinks on the property weren’t great (they were over sweet and terrible, we threw so many away that we resorted to Vodka tonics and ranch waters) The VIP lounge bar service and drinks were the best but we weren’t told we had access until the second night. The fridge didn’t work which was verified by maintenance only to have an employee who brought a replacement try to insist that it was fine because the beer that was just delivered by room service was cold. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The entire room flooded with nearly a 1/2 inch of water through the sliding door at 3:20am. We called the front desk and they sent one person who tried his best to squeegee most of the water out the door. There was absolutely NO follow up or concern shown by management at any time before we checked out 6 hours later. This resort shows as all inclusive, but they want to up-charge for different things.

Couldn't have asked for a better beach, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The food was borderline inedible. Every single dish at every single restaurant, aside from chilaquiles at breakfast. The food photographs nicely at least? Of the 5+ all-inclusive resorts and vacations I've been on, this one nickles and dimes the most. Also, room service limits you to 2 .5 liter bottles of water per person per day, which we found strange.

Arrival- checked in early which was nice. There is a coat but it made it better to check in and get settled. They did give us a room that we were not happy with. Bottom floor with no view and it was loud with toddler so couldn't nap. However the following day they allowed us to get a different room which was on a higher floor. So was happy about that Beach- beach was nice. White sand and the hotel has a taco bar and bar on the beach. Life guards are very active on the beach warning people and actually saw them rescue someone.so give them 5 starts for attentiveness. Food- was average for a resort. I was hoping they would have nicer restaurants with more of a theme. Portions were small, had to order two entrees each for me and the wife to get full. Not too much of a selection if your here for more than 3 days it may get old. Shows- the nightly entertainment were below par. A majority of the time it is held in the lobby near the bar area which is a small space. They did have a magic show my kid liked for kid night and they gave him a box of toys which was the only plus. Things to note. There is no swim up bar. Which is my first time experiencing. It is inconvenient to have to get up out the pool each time you want something. Although there are servers it's not as fast as it should be. Also there is no Jacuzzi, a very small one is at the spa. Positives. There was always seating available at the pool. Beach fills up but not too early. Bout 10am all spots will be taken. As far as the high rating from trip advisor, I don't see it. I have stayed in Cancun over 5x at different resorts, and this resort was average too me. Seems like they didn't have enough staff at the buffet as some stations not have anyone, and the workers looked overworked, and not happy.

Our family of five stayed here for 5 nights this past week and it was amazing! Don’t let the reviews scare you. I was a little worried after reading reviews but as soon as we got there it was paradise! Rooms were large, clean, and fully stocked. Pool/beach was not overly crowded. All staff was so friendly and always willing to help! Solomon (At Sunset) and Martin (Azul) were the BEST. Sadly our five year old daughter got sick while we were there and we had to call the Dr. on-site at the resort. He was at our room in less than 30 minutes after we called, so kind, and so helpful. Overall such a great experience - we can’t wait to come back!

We just returned from staying here for an entire week and I was blown away with the entire resort. Where to even begin…The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean. The entertainment that the staff provided on a daily basis was beyond me. The nightly shows, the activities in the pool, the lobby dance parties and live music was all perfect. Lastly the kids activities were so awesome as well. We are not the type to leave our kids in kids clubs at resorts but when our two youngest ones insisted and begged to leave them for just a few hours it was hard to say no and when we returned they begged us to stay another 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe it! All around the resort was perfect for the entire family. Our favorite by far was the beach party….we had a blast. Definitely will be returning!

We had such a wonderful vacation here at the Wyndham Alltra Cancun. I wish I could give the service 10 stars. They're simply phenomenal. Really feels like they care about you. Our room with bunk beds (plus a twin pull out) was perfect for our 3 kids. And the fact that it was a king bed for us was awesome too. The bathroom was a huge shower and that made it easy to wash off all the kids and their sandy bodies. Perfect for wheelchairs and strollers as there are ramps everywhere.

Stayed at Wyndham Alltra Cancun for a week during April 2022 (spring break). We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice pool, beautiful beach and weather. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The food was pretty good with lots of options. My wife got a massage that she was very happy with. Tons of entertainment at pool and beach during the day and indoors by the main bar at night. It's also convenient to Downtown Cancun and other landmarks.

This was amazing!!! Just stayed at this hotel for 12 days and had the times of our lives! The day time entertainment was amazing including water volleyball and aqua fitness. The leaders were so fun and inclusive with special mentions to Maria, Alexia, Andrea and Benjamin who were so amazing with all the children and showed so much enthusiasm. The accommodation was nice with a good sized balcony and comfy beds. The food was amazing and the service was incredible! Definitely recommend for families with young children or teenagers as they will never fail to be bored!

Stayed in the infinity swim out beachfront room and it was truly wonderful. We had the end unit - which made it even better! Since we had this room... we did not have to use the resort pool (which was often very crowded with kids). Highly recommend the swim out room for privacy and relaxation! Food is decent... best spot is the Italian restaurant. Definitely worth the $. Short ride from the airport.

Overall, we had an absolutely amazing experience with Wyndham Alltra Cancun. A few specific comments that I hope people find helpful. We stayed in room 2216 which had an amazing view however we literally think the room might have been haunted. We had several occurrences of the lights turning on and off by themselves and would also have the closet door open by itself. Nothing major however when you’re sleeping in the dark and all of a sudden the overhead light turns on and then back off multiple times it can be a little unnerving. We have stayed at numerous all inclusive resorts before and this was the first one I’ve stayed at where I really felt like every single employee cared about us having a good time and taking care of us. The employees were all super nice and helpful and looking for ways to serve us and ensure we were happy and taken care of, it was truly an amazing experience from that perspective. With that being said, I do offer a few opportunities for improvement: • The mini-bar was never stocked with the right beer for me, I left several notes for the person stocking the beer asking for a specific type but it never happened, not a biggie since I just walked down to get it but that would have been nice • We didn’t notice there was a water filter to fill up water bottles until our very last day of our stay (as we were checking out). I drink a ton of water and used a ton of plastic water bottles which I felt like were a waste, I think knowing I had an option to drink filtered water out of my water bottle would have made a huge difference and these filter stations should be pointed out during the check-in process. • The rooms are a little worn… however I know the resort is working on upgrading them as they were working on the one next to our room during our stay. • The mattress was very uncomfortable, we complained about it the first day and nothing ever happened. I know different people like different types of mattresses and my wife and I like different kinds and neither of us liked the one we had. Even with all of these opportunities for improvement I will say our stay was an excellent experience and we will definitely keep this place in mind if we return to Cancun.

We read a lot of great reviews about this resort and wondered if they were all true. After spending 24 hours at the Wyndham Altra All-inclusive we can categorically say they are. When we first arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and extremely helpful attentive staff, the video of the resort felt very welcoming and family-friendly but still comfortable for a young couple. Nothing in this resort is over the top, but it has everything you need and we think it's the best value-for-money option in Cancun. The food was outstanding and we would have to give it a 10/10, there are 5 restaurants of which we tried 3 and they were all amazing, there's also a snack bar and a cafe that serves real coffee and other treats 24 hours a day. We definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing comfortable holiday and will be returning with our family in the future.

The staff was amazing! Super helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms are a great size if it's just for 2. But traveling with a family of 4, the room was very tight with little space to allocate luggage. Loved that they offered laundry service but disappointed with the food. The specialty restaurants on site were tiny so the wait if you were able to get on a waiting list was long and the food disappointing. The hotel offered great entertainment and many different amenities especially for kids. They had a pool slide, a jungle gym, a water park and a kids club with staff that entertained not only the kids but the adults as well.

This was my first time at this resort with my family (4 adults and 1 toddler). I have never stayed at a family friendly resort and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed myself. The food is great, very attentive and polite staff, rooms are clean and the general areas of the resort are very clean. The negatives: check in process was longer than any of my other times at an all inclusive resort; the line for the grilled food outside by the pool could get very long; the two pools connect with the lobby and the lobby floors get slippery if you’re wet so you need to be extra careful. I stayed a full week Mon-Mon so I got to see what the hotel offered each day. There are 4 restaurants (healthy food, Mexican, Asian, and Italian) as well as a taco window on the beach, grilled food (hamburgers, chicken and shrimp skewers) by the pool, and taco station by the pool. There is another pool that has a couple slides for toddlers and children ages 5-12. There is also food outside that area too. I will definitely be back with my family and recommend this resort!

I literally just got off the plane on my return home from the Wyndham Alltra Cancun and I can't wait to go again. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. We didn't utilize the pools at all but they looked very clean. The food was amazing, especially the steaks at At Sunset. The buffet was always well stocked and delicious. All the staff were amazingly kind and helpful and treated us like family. Shout out to Jesus at the front desk for answering all our questions and being so helpful.

My now husband and I just got married here!!!! 10000/10 absolutely amazing!!! Sabina was our wedding planner and made it 100% stress free!!!! I would do it all over again! Nice rooms, massages were good, water was super warm, and beautiful! Food at restaurants was good! Wedding day food and our private dinner food was amazing!!! Zero complaints!! Definitely will come back!

We have been to this resort twice now. The staff are amazing, but especially one of the bartenders Angel. If you are reading this its Aleah and Anna! You are awesome. We had great conversation and he remembered us from our last stay there!

Experience excellent all-inclusive service with family. Always enjoy entertainment activities and beautiful beach during my stay. Hotel also organize people to do some team sports. The restaurants include Italian, Mexican, Asian, Sunset. Recommend early 1 hour to book for dinner. Or you can enjoy a buffet for delicious and a variety of cousins. The room is super comfortable and clean. Highly recommended for relaxing vacation.

My friend and I stayed in the resort for a few nights. Everyone was friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. We had a neat room with an excellent ocean view and always well stocked. The bars were so much fun with top shelf liquor and spectacular margaritas. There is live music at nights in the lobby bar. They have different options for food which was always fresh and tasty. They have a great coffee shop with beverages and snack options always open. They have different activities everyday in the pool and beach which keep people entertained. Everyone there really worked hard on making our stay memorable. A big shout out to Sofia and supervisor Alexander in the lobby and server Many at the beach bar. You guys are awesome! Can’t wait to go back and enjoy the resort and Cancun again!

Here's my thoughts on this place. First off the food is excellent. Never a dull moment with the food, it is not bland and it is actually very tasty. Not sure why people posted things about the food not being good but we were consistently impressed. The staff are excellent, and the management team (Glenda) is also hands down the greatest. They are there to make sure your experience with them exceeds expectations. Glenda went above and beyond for us ....as well as the restaurant staff and front desk. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are good. The cleaning staff would leave beautiful designs with the towels for us. Shout out to the cleaning supervisor...I forgot her name but she created an intricate teddy bear for our kids out of towels! It's the littering that you don't expect... We had a room in the VIP wing and the additional cost was worth it. The VIP lounge has food and drinks and makes for a nice place to chill before dinner. The bartender in the VIP lounge made superb drinks. The entertainment is wonderful. They do such a great job, so get involved in the activities they do. You will have a good time if you participate in the activities like pool volleyball, aquacize and the various games. The coffee bar is outstanding. How do you go wrong with 24/7 coffee?? They will make you anything. I highly recommend this place.

we really enjoyed the time spend at Wyndham Alltra Cancun! Excellent customer service from all the people who works there! 5 stars are not enough to explain the service we received!! The only two things they can improve are the covered space in the main pool area, it’s not enough and people run in the morning to reserve the sun beds nearby the umbrellas. And second thing, the extras are too expensive. For example the excursions and massages could be cheaper for those who has all inclusive. Overall really good staying, thanks!

I’ve been to Mexico several times and this was my favourite trip! So much great aspects to this resort but the best being the food and amazing service. The staff here are so sweet- special shout out to Alain with the entertainment crew and Marlenne, a server in the Asian restaurant. Those 2 made our trip especially memorable. We will be back!

We love this resort. Went back in November and from start to finish was amazing. The staff are so kind and treated us like family. Special shoutouts to some of our waiters Luis, Martin, Salomon, and Rigoberto. They genuinely gave such amazing service and put a smile on our face everyday. In regards to the restaurants, the food was nothing to rave about with an exception to the steak house. However, the taco stand on the beach was authentic and amazing! They also have stands by the pools that change daily that are also fresh like jerk chicken and fish tacos! While we were there, the one restaurant actually flooded due to excessive rain that week, but they pulled together a beautiful outdoor barbecue to accommodate not having that restaurant open and the food was amazing!! They had steaks, ribs, and so many sides! The rooms are beautiful as well. We had an ocean view with a hammock and the beach is just so relaxing and wonderful to be near. I would say overall this is a smaller resort BUT we absolutely loved the service we received. Overall, would return!

Recently stayed at the Wyndham Alltra for 8 days and we enjoyed it, minus a few things. The good: - Amazing Staff - Beautiful Beach - Very clean - Good drinks - Decent food The Bad: - Very small pool area that becomes overcrowded with children during the day. The children's pool is out front and has waterslides for kids, but during our stay all the kids were always in the main pool. Many people had complaints about this. The main pool next to the bar should be 18+. - We also found that the entertainment ended too early, most shows being finished by 10 or 11. Overall I would give this place a 6.5/10, which isn't terrible. However if you are looking for a couples vacation or something more laid back maybe look into an Adults only as this place is definitely not that. AMAZING STAFF.

Great location on the beach. Great for walks up or down the beach. Most rooms have a great view of the beach and water. We mostly ate in the buffet restaurant, and gf and I enjoyed the selection and quality of the food. Only downside is that there is no jacuzzi. I highly recommend.

A wonderful week! I spent the week here with my family and taught the fitness classes for the resort. The entertainment team is truly one of a kind and provide exceptional experiences for all ages! The views are extraordinary and the waters exceeded our expectations. So many fun activities for kids on and off the beach. The last night they even provided an acrobatic show in the water and my kids were over the moon! A clean, friendly, top-notch resort! Cheers to the entire staff for providing such a wonderful experience.

I stayed at this beautiful resort in April 2023 with my two young kids and I would rate it 4 stars. The lovely staff, stunning resort and abundance of kids' activities made our stay wonderful. The resort is definitely tailored towards families with young children, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with older kids or teenagers due to the lack of activities catered towards them. The resort staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We met some lovely people who were eager to assist us during our stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of things to do in the surrounding area just a quick bus or taxi ride away. The rooms were comfortable, although slightly aged. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room decorated beautifully and a welcome cake waiting for us as it was my partner's birthday. The food and restaurants were a bit hit and miss, with some being good and others just average. We only had a few dishes that really wowed us, and those were at the Italian restaurant. The process to book a table at the restaurants was a bit outdated, with a queue system to book the Italian restaurant opening at 5pm for the evening. For the first two nights, we were refused a table when we walked in without a reservation, as they claimed to be too busy. There was plenty of transportation available, including the use of Uber, to get around the area and back to the hotel. Overall, this is a great resort, although slightly dated. I highly recommend it for families with young children who are looking for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

We were there last month for spring break. The check in process was very smooth. We asked for ocean view and were put in a horrible room that felt like I was walking into a underground room with an insanely loud AC unit. However, they were very accommodating and immediately gave us another room with pool and ocean view. Staff was very friendly and welcoming all over the hotel. The entertainment staff is EXCELLENT and make the stay so much more fun for all ages. On our fourth night we had dinner on the beach and they did a fire show, it was amazing to say the least. The only things I feel they need to work on is better food and the facility needs to be remodeled/upgraded. Rooms smell very musty and the appearance is old. Hallways look dirty and outdated where the bedrooms are located. They also need another pool . One fairly small pool for the amount of guests they have is not enough. Overall it was a good stay. Make sure you visit Candelario at the bar, he was great.

Upon arrival and check in, we noticed a moldy and musty smell in the room. They offered a treatment to clean the air which was a very temporary solution. No other room was available that night in the same catagory and we were forced to pay $500 extra in order to upgrade to another less smelly room. This hotel is old and rusty and not being taken care of. Some outlets in the room are not working. There is absolutely no window screens to be able to open the doors for ventilation and not worrying about bugs getting in. There are only 1 adults pool and one kids pool. On the other hand the hard working staff were amazing. Food was fantastic for an all inclusive hotel.

Hotel is centrally located, ready access to public transportation. Check in was very nice handled by front desk employees, and though the room wasn't ready until 3 pm, were grabbed the bracelets that have us all the good and drink services. Food was good, and quality above other all inclusives in hotel zone of Cancun. Pools (2)were ok, the main one s bit small. But the pool entertainment group were very good, special mention to Alexa, full of energy and fun. The hotel building is in need of some attention. The rooms are not equipped with modern chargers for cell phones, but do have plenty of power outlets. Kudos to Reception employee, Zaire Mendoza, making the check-out process a breeze. And providing temporarily bracelets to continue to enjoy the hotel, pools and restaurants until picked up by ground transportation

Fantastic Resort. We stayed there for 7 nights. Did not want to go back. There is so much to do at this resort. Lots of sun beds on the beach. Multiple bars and restaurants with great food options. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. Overall best beach resort for the money you pay. The rooms were big and spotless. Great evening entertainment for the children and family. One of the best things were the day activities. So many sport and fun options. Thank you entertainment team (Benjamin, Alonso, Alexia, Yoceli, Angel and Francisco) for your constant entertainment and activities. You guys are absolutely great.

The food was terrible and the hotel was showing its age. If you need to save some money on a family vacation and aren't too picky about what you eat, then this place might be OK. But you definitely get what you pay for. We previously stayed at Royal Sands and Akumal Beach Wellness Resort and the food was fabulous. Not so much here. I came here because the place had 4 specialty restaurants, but each one of them was terrible. Also, good luck getting a spot on the beach. The only way you can is if you come out at 8 AM and plunk down your stuff and claim it. This is exactly what several people did despite the fact they didn't show up till the afternoon!

Terrible experience, we spent 2 hours waiting to check in, without giving further details where our room was located, without any explanation of what the resort was like, after being lost for 15 minutes until we finally managed to get to the room. When we entered the room it smelled of humidity, we couldn't breathe, the broken minibar door, the bathroom with a curtain supported by wood without a towel for the beach. The pool is too small for so many people. Excellent service in the restaurants, thanks to all of them. That is why I do not recommend this Hotel, there are better ones for the same price. It looked like a better hotel in the photos on the website. disappointed

The staff here are the defining aspect of this resort. I decided to check out early and not stay at this hotel because it's more family oriented and there's a lot of younger college people but I was very kindly assisted by the manager, Fernando, who helped me check out early and even refunded a portion of my stay. I received refund promptly and this was really appreciated! Its a nice resort at an even better price. If you're fine with a bit of crowding, this place is great value.

Went with a family of 4, One room fit all of us so comfortable for 6 days. All inclusive, it was my grandmother first time traveling and we left her alone to the staff, she was taken care of so well. When we came back she was relaxing by the coffee bar listening to entertainment. The staff was super friendly and helpful shout out to Benjamin one of the camp directors was super fun to play soccer and learn salsa moves w family. Wither your wanting alone time or celebration I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the hotel a total of 5 nights and they were amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful whenever we needed any questions answered or help with anything from the time we arrived all the way through our stay! The hotel has a taxi service that can take you anywhere and they always make you feel safe and are great about explaining the different areas. The massage packages are very good and definitely worth the time and money! All of the restaurants were amazing and the food and service exceeded expectations! We will definitely be coming back and recommending this resort!
