Great rooms. Super clean. Decent wifi in the ground floor, not so good on the second. Fabulous breakfast (not in my price). Wonderful staff. I don;t like Cancún but if I was forced back I would stay here.

Don't hesitate, book this place if you're looking for a budget friendly option in downtown! We accidentally booked the wrong dates at our resort and needed a place for the night we landed. Our requirements were that it be convenient, clean and comfortable. This place blew us away! The room smelled as clean and fresh as a 4 star, the sheets and towels were embossed with the hotel name and logo, the rooms were huge with vaulted ceilings and they even provided plastic cutlery which was so unexpected but amazing since we grabbed some food on the way! As for the noise complaints, totally true. There is a heavy metal bar just up the road and the live bands are loud but they close at 11pm so unless you're an ultra early bird or have young kids this isn't really an issue. Also it's only weekends. You'll love this place, easy 5 stars review.

Perfect place to crash after a long flight. Easy parking, good service. Room was sparkling clean, safe, good bed. It was a Saturday night so there was some noise from parties in the area and a few sirens but nothing some headphones or ear plugs didn't deal with. Good location. Good value for price. Cute little pool.

Its a cute little hotel in a pretty decent area. Their restaurant closes at 3 but there is a market complex across the road that has a supermarket, Subway, Burger King, etc. There's also an adorable place called Punto pasta where we had most of our meals. The room was clean and quite spacious. A microwave and coffee machine were also included for our use. The staff is quite friendly and the receptionists do speak English although most of the serving and cleaning staff doesn't. A great experience overall.

Located in central Cancun around some great food and shopping. Rooms were clean, a/c was cold, and staff was nice. This is off the beaten path for tourists and the area is not a touristy area. Definitely a locals area. Nice little pool area also. The bad - biker bar located a few buildings away and the live band played till 1am. It was extremely loud. They should give out free ear plugs here. The area in general is a bit noisy.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Very friendly staff. Great location with a couple of great bars with live music within walking distance, Walmart 5 minutes walk. I would recommend this hotel

Not for the rowdy. Very chill place. Clean. Comfortable. Excellent storage space. We opted for two queen beds. Had microwave, Mini fridge, TV, desk, nice shower. Excellent for business trip. In downtown, so many amenities in walking distance!

Very good service and nice rooms.

Rooms are surprisingly large and had fridge, coffee pot and microwave. Restaurant was open from 7:30am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Weekends until 2pm. Very reasonably priced. Lobby staff were very helpful.

Super friendly staff all along the night (we arrived late). Very spacious rooms for a good price and lovely breakfast.

Stayed here for 2 days. My wife enjoyed it so much we stayed for 2 more days. Staff, food and garden around the pool were excellent. dining area by pool was an added plus. Housekeepers, cooks, pool cleaning guy, front desk all were pleasant and professional. My wife bought a giant blue monogramed beach towel as a Souvenir.

Horrible. It says kids are free, kids free room, but they charge us additional fees immediately. Almost every place is overpriced to foreigners. Stop ripping off travelers! We won't come back this hotel and even Mexico.
