They have the worst management anyone can imagine, the manager is called Komang, and he is the rudest manager you will meet. he simply doesn't care about the guest's interests - he just want to take your money in any kind of way. We came to stay for a week and paid the full amount, and on the third day my body and my boyfriend’s seemed to be irritated and red spots covered us, only to discover later that the bedsheets were full of insects so I asked the manager to return the money to me because I want to leave this hotel and I want to go to the hospital, he refused And he started telling me that the problem was with me while I was sick and that he wouldn't return us a single penny! So I decided to leave anyways. knowing that he cheated on us and we were a fraud victims!!! What a bad manager. The story did not end here. My boyfriend forgot his wristwatch in the room, so we went back to the hotel and asked them about it. They denied and we are sure that we forgot it in the room!!. Yes, they stole the watch and refused to admit it. They accused us of lying! They think this is the first time we've been to a hotel. I have spent my life among hotels all over the world I will definitely give this hotel ZEROOOOOOO DO NOT GO THERE Its a dirty dirty place hiding behind white doors! The coldest and rudest human being / manager to manage a hotel ever. That guy, presumably the front desk management shouldn't be allowed to deal with the crowd because anyway this is supposed to be categorized and hospitable? Far from the hospitality, this hotel sucks! It's far from just dirty and it doesn't matter how desperate you are not to come to this hotel. Cos it is the worst in the whole world.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. We also worked in the room and the wifi was very good. There is a router in each room so you get your own connection. The bed was huge, I’ve never seen anything like it. It was probably 220x200cm. The place was very clean and it had everything we needed. The staff is also very friendly. Overall we had a great stay. The only inconvenient is that the bathroom is a bit small and dark, some better lighting would go a long way. Also the location of the hotel is very convenient, close to all the hot spots of Canggu. The breakfast is fair, even though it might get a bit repetitive if staying for longer periods. We recommend also eating out breakfast if you can as there are tons of good places in Canggu. Overall I definitely recommend this place. Oh, and there was a cute cat that visited us sometimes 😀😀

We are couple and stayed 4 nights in July 2022. We really enjoyed during stay at Tapa Tepi Kali. Their staffs are very friendly and nice to help us a lot. During the 5 days, we rent motorcycle from hotel, and we had a traffic accident in second day afternoon, the staff “Mr. Deni” he help me to negotiate with garage and got a very good deal for us, I really appreciate his great help for us. And Deni also arrange a one day tour for us in next day, and that tour also perfect for us😊 I will stay Tapa Tepi Kali when I come to Bali again😊 Thank you Tapa Tepi Kali and thank you very much Deni 😊 We highly recommended to our friends and other travelers one to here. 👍

Don't stay here. The staff are dodgy. I've been to Bali 16 times and not once have I ever been charged for such ridiculousness. They said they had to charge me more to clean my sheets because there was a dead mosquito which I squashed. As if it doesn't come off with a normal wash. Ludicrous. How many other customers they have rorted with this excuse I don't know I paid it because I couldn't be bothered arguing with them but they will loose business from their shady practices from this bad review. So short term gain long term loss. Honestly this is not the spirit of Bali.

One of the best hotel in Canggu located near eco beach (like for real). Clean accommodation, nice hospitality, and affordable. There are only few choice of breakfast but the tastes are awesome and fair portion. Quite hard to find the location since the signage are not clear enough on the dark road. Unable to use the cattle because it’s broken, but the staff willing to serve hot water for us and replace the cattle on my 3rd day I stayed for 4 days, and will recommend this place to anyone who want to visit Canggu.

Nice hotel with friendly staff on perfect location near the food- and shopping area. Beach is on walking distance. Rooms are very clean. We had a room with pool acces which was very nice. Breakfast was good. We can recommand this place.

This was the first hotel I stayed at when I arrived in Bali for my trip in September and it was fantastic. The hotel is located in the heart of Canggu which means there are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, and minimarts in walking distance. Various beaches are also a short walk away. Luckily the hotel is just far enough removed from the action that it feels quiet. I stayed on the ground floor, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool isn’t the biggest and when all the lounge spots are taken it can feel a bit crowded, but it’s good enough to cool down for a dip. The Indonesian breakfast was tasty. I haven’t tried the lunch or dinner offerings of the hotel restaurant. Would recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again if I had plans to visit Canggu again in the future.

Stayed here for 10 days and best hotel I’ve tried in Bali. Really satisfied. The only thing slightly negative is that there’s only 6 sun loungers and the relaxing music that is always on. These however is so minor compared to my entire stay. Will definitely stay here next time as well.

Firstly, Tapa Tepi Kali to everyone. The staff were very helpful. The room was large with a huge bed (possibly two queens pushed together). The pool was also a great feature with Bintangs brought to your pool bed. I did find the electronic dance pool music a bit much but my girlfriend like it. Included breakfast was simple but did the job. Great value. Would stay again.

we stayed here for 5 nights. the service was prompt (i mean within minutes when you rang the front desk) and you really do have lovely bright rooms with modern fixtures and nice marble flooring. however, if you pay attention, by day 3 when i started to look, there is mold on the ceiling, the paint in the bathroom is peeling, and the details and finishes are just degrading. -the BIGGEST issue was the shower. the shower pressure was soooo sh*t. we tried changing rooms but was fully booked. we just had to deal with it. -as ambience music… they play this song on loop. i don’t know why or what it is, it may be a prayer frequency? it has us almost going crazy. when i say on loop… ON LOOP. Non stop. can be heard always. -LOCATION IS PRIME AND ITS TUCKED AWAY so it doesn’t feel like ur in the hustle bustle! ❤️ -food was sh*t. -people and service were so kind ❤️ -the bathrooms are TINY!!!!!!!!! when u open the door it literally takes up the whole room. overall, would i come back? no. improvements HAVE to be done in the details in the room, water pressure, food quality, and please stop playing that song on repeat throughout the hotel. service was on point. rooms were pretty at first glance. people were lovely and service was impeccable but will not be returning.

Loved my stay here. I though location was perfect, away from busiest canggu but within walking distance of everything. Hire scooters for $8. Clean rooms, good price and friendly staff. Manager Rizki was very helpful. Breakfast staff also lovely. Will stay again next time I’m in bali

I visited here to take part in the cooking course which was fantastic, seemed like a good hotel although can't describe the rooms. The cooking course is definitely worth trying though, you will learn alot and is a fun experience+ you get to eat it after!

First of all the service was great, all the staff are lovely and are willing to help you with anything. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was huge. The location is great everything is within 5 minutes with the scooter. Over all we had a great time i definitely recommend to stay here.

Highly recommend this place for your stay in Canggu. Tasty breakfast, clean rooms, great service. It is also super green so it feels like you are far from the city. In addition to that internet works great so it is easy to work from this place.

Would 100% come back to this place when I next visit Bali next year, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they catered to my every need and more, The rooms were beyond clean and of very good size, the location of the place is perfect, The breakfast and the juices were great, from the second I walked in, to the moment I left everything was just Incredible. Great place new clean very comfortable. The included breakfast was really good. Great spa on site and all the staff were very nice. It was nice being close to everything in Canguu but not in the center were it can be quite noisy. The beach is a bit of a walk but they do have bicycles to use for a couple of bucks. Recommend renting a scooter to get around. Only thing that would be nice is if they put in a water station or 2 to fill a water bottle.

My favorite hotel in Bali! Everything was clean and well organized. Staffs were amazingly sweet and kind. We had room service quite many times and all food were so nice with reasonable price. They offer many options for breakfast and it was also delicious. Massage at the spa in hotel was relaxing but still not expensive. Highly recommended!!!

The place was ok quiet & clean. But the minus is just their hospitality, we knew that the room capacity is only for 2 person. One of my friend is coming over and just stay for 1 night with us and we asking for 1 more towel and they didn’t even gave us. I mean what would be bad if they gave us just one more towel ?! I don’t mind to pay. But their attitude is just sucks. Im done and i never ever go back here.

Brilliant hotel. They think of everything! The staff are so friendly they really help with everything it makes the stay so easy... I must say, I have never stayed in such a comfortable bed in my entire life. That is the most comfortable bed ever! I wish I could have one at home... I have had a bad back for months and the first night I slept there it disappeared. The 15 minute free massage was brilliant so relaxing I wanted to fall asleep was tired for hours after 😂 The food for breakfast was also amazing so fresh and delicious. I want to thank all the staff at the hotel they are extremely kind people Lots of love Dean

It’s actually a nice place, also well-located. Nothing was really a big issue during my stay, unless for their toilet shower.

We are couple and stayed 3Nights. (Okt 2021) We really enjoyed during stay at Tapa Tepi Kali. Their breakfast are the best.. all of choices; Tapa Healthy bfast, American bfast and Indonesian bfast with nasi goreng were very delicious. The coconut free every day is very fresh and good. We tried lunch with chicken curry but tasteless. The staffs very friendly and welcome and service very outstanding. The room is spacious, quite small bathroom. The pool is good enough for us because no others guest when we are swimming. We rent bike from hotel, price very affordable only idr 30K for 1 day full and their service very good with helmet and pump the tire, check the break before we used it. Their spa "Nori Spa" was amazing. Only 100K per hour. Ms. Apri the terapist is very recommended. I tried 2 times and very satisfied. Only wifi sometimes on off or slow down when we are using for zoom or online meeting. Overall outstanding Thank you Tapa Tepi Kali.. we highly recommended to our friends, family and colleagues..👍👍

Ac in our room didnt work really well, so we need to changed room. Luckily they upgraded our room. But after we moved to another room, the shower didnt work well too, as well as the bidet too.

My partner and I did one of the cooking classes here and couldn’t be happier with all round experience. The staff had all ingredients prepared and ready to go upon our arrival and we’re very excited to greet us. The cooking instructors were explanatory and very helpful throughout the entire class. Overall we are extremely satisfied with this experience and would highly recommend this to anyone.

Good place, freshly renovated, with a lot of light. Near to the ocean. Cleaning was just 1 a week, and in general, you could feel that the manager is trying to save money on everything till the season comes again.
